Senior executives can temporarily leave quarantine in England if they are undertaking business activities which are likely to be of significant economic benefit to the UK.

Published 4 December 2020 Last updated 29 June 2021You may be permitted temporarily to leave quarantine for coronavirus (COVID-19) in England if you are a senior executive in a business and you are undertaking activities which are likely to be of significant economic benefit to the UK.
You are only exempt when you are undertaking activities that qualify for the exemption. You must self-isolate at all other times.
You must notify the government of your intention to use the exemption before you travel. You will only be able to use the exemption if you have received written confirmation from the government that you are eligible to do so based on the information provided.
This exemption is designed to enable activity that creates and preserves UK jobs and investment, while taking steps to ensure public health risks are minimised.
Who is exempt
Certain senior executives that are performing activities which would be more likely than not to bring ‘significant economic benefit’ to the UK are exempt. Read the regulations for a full definition of a ‘senior executive’.
The exemption covers 2 types of senior executives (where they are undertaking qualifying activities in England). These are:
- multinational executives – executives based overseas who are part of multinational firms and visiting their UK based subsidiaries or branches
- international executives – executives of overseas companies normally based overseas who are seeking to undertake exempt activity in England related to either:
- making a financial investment in a UK based business
- establishing a new business within the UK
You do not qualify for the exemption if your activities can be done remotely (for example by telephone or email) or can be done by anyone other than you who would not need to leave self-isolation.
You are considered to be bringing ‘significant economic benefit’ if the work you are doing has a greater than 50% chance of creating or preserving at least 500 UK-based jobs in either:
- an existing UK-based business which has at least 500 employees
- a new UK business within 2 years of the date you arrive in the UK

This outrageous pandering to the elites, applying travel and movement restrictions to ordinary people but allowing the elites to do whatever they please, could last well beyond the Covid pandemic.
Back in 2020 the British government BBC suggested Covid lockdowns were a template for a future permanent climate lockdown. So it is pretty obvious where this new trend could lead, of locking down ordinary people, but providing an exemption for the elite, providing they pass a wealth and importance test.
There would be no crime in the streets if lawbreakers were sentenced to “15 days to cool off and think about it.”
Going by the lies on the record about Covid lockdowns, “15 days = Life in prison with no parole.”
Those who run government have always been exempt from the rules that the government enforces on the plebes.
These same exemptions will apply if/when the government implements vaccine passports. No one who has wealth or political connections will be constrained by any vaccine passport rules.
Just show your party membership card at the door to gain admittance.
This shows why many US states have passed laws prohibiting classifying some jobs and businesses as essential and all others as not. Thank the goddess we have rights in this country,

Anyone see the sleight-of-hand trick here? The British government goes to lengths to define what “senior executives” and “certain senior executives” have to do in terms of activities performed versus financial and potential financial benefit to the UK income and employment, but nowhere does it define what the term “senior executive” actually means.
Reading through the above quoted statements, I see no reason that anyone from any company who bears a title as “senior executive’ is not eligible to travel through England under the guise of wanting to do “proprietary marketing” of a future investment/building plan in the UK . . . they just need to arrange a few meetings with different city executives, no matter how preposterous their “investment/build plan and associated contract conditions” may be.
Using the term “proprietary” is sufficient reason to claim this “marketing” could not be done over the phone or Internet.

It’s NOT about the disease or curing it.
If it was they would NOT prevent early treatment with IVM & HCQ for 8-10 months.
If it was they would NOT be telling people with natural immunity to get the shot.
If it was they would NOT be misusing PCR tests by running them to obscene cycle thresholds.
It IS about getting everyone injected with an experimental gene therapy treatment.

If the virus is so infectious and deadly, lifting quarantine at any level makes the whole thing worthless. In addition, they are actually exposing the people most crucial to an intact economy to this “deadly virus. Yeah, that makes sense.
On the other hand, this indicates that the deadly virus is not so deadly and more like mythical. And they know this and give themselves exemptions while delighting in oppressing the masses. This is very Medieval when royalty moved about ignoring the diseased masses and looking down on them in disgust.
We can’t even be sure about the case numbers. The so called Gold Standard PCR test for Covid-19 is being poorly used. New research suggests 50-75% of results are false positives.
Effectively by ramping up the PCR cycles, you can find tiny traces of virus DNA, even well after the person is infectious. This is serious, because people are being forced to isolate needlessly.

Bet dollars to donuts that ‘important’ people will also be granted exemptions from having to travel by bike, walking or using mass transit. Same applies for having to live in small apartments in massive cities, not being able to fly, and not eating meat.
