Apparently, some similar taunting occurred from US tourists (more frat boys?) at the Stonehenge incident the other day.
Naidu recalled that a group of young Americans, led by males, made fun of him and his organization while he staged the protest, chanting “Oil” and otherwise mocking the demonstration and its intentions.

The general publics reaction to these climate cultist’s antics is encouraging. What they are engaging in is technically called Mid-Level Violence. They are attempting to provoke a violent response by goading and inciting their enemy. But the enemy is not the intended target of this action. The intended target is the wider viewing audience. Largely oblivious to the details of the issue, they are supposed to see the over-reaction against these antagonists as effectively an unprovoked attack. This is often done by recording the incident and releasing edited footage to portray the incident in a light favorable to the cultists.
However, this strategy is no longer working. The climate cultists no longer elicit sympathy when they are arrested or even if they are attacked by the public. Instead, people are now feeling disgusted by their actions and are starting to see the intended target of these cultists as the true victims of these disingenuous attacks. This indicates that the veil of the cult is broken. People can see through it and don’t, or at least, no longer believe that these people are acting in good faith.
That’s not to say our problems are over. But we might be getting to the start of the end or it all. There remain powerful forces, forces that were responsible for fomenting the climate cult in the first place, who have significant power over governments and their law enforcement forces, are still going to try to progress their project. That project is, ostensibly, to obtain authoritarian power over the entire world (or at least all of the Western world). The climate was just an excuse to exercise power.

Yep. Given the state-of-affairs in the USA with inflation, unchecked illegal immigration, higher energy costs and crime. Climate change is not on the average Joe (not Joe Biden) lists of concerns. These activists days are becoming numbered as Americans realize life becomes a tad more challenging each day. Emotionally some are at their ropes end and violence or should say, “frustration” may result in a lashing-out.
I have little tolerance for protesters, peaceful or not.

I do support the right to protest, peacefully and within the law. That sort of sort of protest tends to be made by people who almost never protest.

They should be tried, convicted and sentenced to 1 month picking up bird and bat carcasses at a wind farm followed a month of washing solar panels at a large solar farm.
I looked through the replies on X and saw very few if any who supported the antics of these XR activists. Though I am not a golf fan, I am an NBA, MLB and NFL fan and can imagine how I would react if these very dim lightbulbs interrupted a baseball, football or basketball game. They may yet do it someday.
So I very definitely sympathize with golf fans who are upset by this.
The terrorists were lucky to be tackled by cops rather than golf fans. Imagine NHL fans!
I’ve heard it said that NHL players sometimes get their teeth knocked out during scuffles with each other. Imagine if that happened during the tackle of an XR activist protester at an event like this.
Would be a very brave protestor to interrupt a grid iron game.

Indeed. I know I would not want to be tackled by one of those huge linemen. Those XR protesters should think long and hard before interrupting a gridiron game the same way the interrupted this gold tournament.

At least, it didn’t affect the Putting Game. At Best it forced the gas powered blowing equipment to be used eliminating the residue and releasing even more beneficial CO2 into the.atmosphere
Anyone looking to see goofballs in action only needs to attend one of these climate activist demonstrations. All they succeed in doing is turning the general public against them while eliciting a hearty horse laugh at their antics. Why go to the zoo when the human kooks can put on a more entertaining brand of asinine behavior while undermining what little sympathy they had in the first place.

But seriously, take a picture of each and build a database that can be cross-referenced with participants in other “protest” that may or may not have anything to do with this particular cause.
Then go for the organizers and funders.
Funders include very rich greens, such as billionaire investor Christopher Hohn, Dale Vince (the owner of Ecotricity) and support comes from the likes of Stanley Johnson, father of Boris Johnson, and Emma Thompson (actress) who just flew in first class from LA to attend a demo in London.
They are very well connected.
