Facebook: People Are Now Permitted to Speculate Covid-19 Leaked from a Laboratory

Guest essay by Eric Worrall

h/t Breitbart; Following official suggestions the Wuhan laboratory leak hypothesis is being seriously considered by the US Government, Facebook has announced they will now allow users to share their Wuhan lab leak virus origin theories with friends.

Update on May 26, 2021 at 3:30PM PT:

In light of ongoing investigations into the origin of COVID-19 and in consultation with public health experts, we will no longer remove the claim that COVID-19 is man-made or manufactured from our apps. We’re continuing to work with health experts to keep pace with the evolving nature of the pandemic and regularly update our policies as new facts and trends emerge.

Read more: https://about.fb.com/news/2020/04/covid-19-misinfo-update/#removing-more-false-claims

Other topics like discussing whether cheating changed the outcome of the 2020 Presidential election are still likely to earn you a ban. So don’t let the munificence of Zuckerberg’s decision to broaden the range of permitted Covid topics confuse you into thinking other restrictions have also been lifted.

Of course, it is really President Trump’s fault that liberals initially rejected the Covid Lab Leak hypothesis. As ABC presenter Sara Haines recently explained, Trump’s “racist terms and dog whistles” made it impossible for liberals to consider Trump’s theories about the origin of Covid-19, until President Biden signalled that publicly discussing the lab leak hypothesis is no longer an act of disloyalty or sedition.

Imagine what life would be like if these clowns got their hands on real power.

And, so it begins. FOX news just now reporting additional news regarding Joe and Hunter Biden’s pay for play activities.

FOX is unwittingly playing into the CCP’s plans to alter the outcome of the lab leak investigation.

Of course, there’s more dirt to be had. The CCP is holding a trump card.

How gracious of FB to allow us the opportunity to engage in a limited discussion of this issue, now that it’s received an official sanction. All hail FB. Ask not what FB can do for you–ask what you can do for FB.

Totally off subject- sorry, but: “Climate disasters ‘caused more internal displacement than war’ in 2020” from your favorite paper, The Guardian.

“Intense storms and flooding triggered three times more displacements than violent conflicts did last year, as the number of people internally displaced worldwide hit the highest level on record.”

Those so called racist tweets was nothing more than Trump associating the Wuhan virus with Wuhan China.

Leftists are so convinced that they are the good guys and incapable of doing wrong, that they have to believe that anyone who disagrees with them is evil.
That causes them to see the actions of those who disagree with them as inevitably being evil. Even when those actions are indistinguishable from the actions that leftists are engaging in.

Facebook is an abomination. Our society would be better off if it never existed.

Since that genie is out of the bottle, how about removing their “platform, not publisher” protections (since they clearly are a publisher) and prosecute them for the massive amounts of IP theft and other illegal activity that occurs on their site?

Is TDS soon to be officially recognized as a DSM psychiatric syndrome/disease?

Circular reasoning at its best.

Trump alluding to China as the source of the pandemic was the reason he was accused of being “racist” and sending “dog whistles” to his followers.

So somehow his being correct then becomes the reason they didn’t believe him.

Isn’t there someone in the room listening to what they say?

The scum at FB, Twitter, etc need to be taken to the legal cleaners and frankly put in goal. We’ve been limited and banned from sensibly discussing AWG issues for no good reason other than FB doesn’t want us to. The use of ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine has been banned by the medical bureaucracy and politicians in gutless first world countries due to pressure from FB, etc, costing countless hundreds of thousands of live. For the record, I’m taking ivermectin/Zinc/Vitamin D now as a prevention and have some hydroxychloroquine if I need something else. And of course the subject of this post – where did the dammed Chinese virus come from in the first place – has been totally off-limits. Why, because FB, etc clearly have too much to loose if they offend China. Completely pathetic. Nothing will be done while Biden is in power, so we’ll have to wait as this sort of extremely strong action can only be started in the USA unfortunately. Historians will look back on these past few years as the period when the world went start raving mad.

An interesting read:

Is Ivermectin the New Penicillin?

Cases in Delhi, where Ivermectin was begun on April 20, dropped from 28,395 to just 2,260 on May 22. This represents an astounding 92% drop. Likewise, cases in Uttar Pradesh have dropped from 37,944 on April 24 to 5,964 on May 22 – a decline of 84%.

I have read with great interest all the ivermectin studies. BUT until somebody can explain the FDA required mechanism of action, neither I nor FDA will buy it. And nobody yet has.

Plausible hypothesis: in the third world, those with parasitic infections better withstand COVID-19 because they are usually malnourished so underweight, while obesity and TY2 diabetes are known US/EU co-morbidities. Ivermectin treats the former, thus avoiding the latter. And correlation never proves causation.

So, how exactly does an antiparasitic gut dewormer
/skin scabies treatment defeat a respiratory virus? Explain, please.

you’ve probably seen this, but here it is anyway. (just the messenger)

https://www.covid19treatmentguidelines.nih.gov/antiviral-therapy/ivermectin/

Reports from in vitro studies suggest that ivermectin acts by inhibiting the host importin alpha/beta-1 nuclear transport proteins, which are part of a key intracellular transport process that viruses hijack to enhance infection by suppressing the host’s antiviral response.4,5 In addition, ivermectin docking may interfere with the attachment of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) spike protein to the human cell membrane.

Here’s an in-vitro study published in June 2020:

The FDA-approved drug ivermectin inhibits the replication of SARS-CoV-2 in vitro – ScienceDirect

Since then, I don’t know whether or not this has been verified inside the human body.

That wonderful (for us old farts) little blue diamond pill was originally created to help heart conditions by opening up capillaries. Only when tests stopped and many men using it requested to continue using it, did they ask why. A great little ‘black swan’ golden goose to mix metaphors.

I don’t understand how ivermectin works against a virus either. But there seems to be enough anecdotal and real-world evidence to warrant a serious evaluation. Here’s another rather longish article from earlier this month:

The Drug that Cracked COVID

Kory had been working with a senior data scientist in Boston named Juan Chamie, who discovered that Ivermectin dropped case and death rates off the cliff in numerous regions around the world. The huge Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, which with 232 million people would be the fifth biggest country the world, mass distributed Ivermectin to 200 million people last fall and by winter was reporting few if any deaths in the country.

(For HCQ: Dr. Zev Zalenko explains hydroxychloroquine opens the pores to let zinc in which destroys the virus. Azithromycin contributes. Strong recovery correlation with high Vitamin D and rapid progression with low Vitamin D.) COVID-19 Outpatient Study (thezelenkoprotocol.com)

See Meta reviews of ~296 medical papers on Ivermectin & Hydroxychloroquine etc.
Ivermectin for COVID-19: real-time meta analysis of 56 studies (ivmmeta.com)
•97% of 37 early treatment and prophylaxis studies report positive effects (95% of all 56 studies). 26 studies show statistically significant improvements in isolation…
•81% and 96% lower mortality is observed for early treatment and prophylaxis (RR 0.19 [0.07-0.54] and 0.04 [0.00-0.58]). Statistically significant improvements are seen for mortality, ventilation, hospitalization, cases, and viral clearance.
•100% of the 17 Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) for early treatment and prophylaxis report positive effects, with an estimated improvement of 73% and 83% respectively (RR 0.27 [0.18-0.41] and 0.17 [0.05-0.61]), and 93% of all 28 RCTs.”
HCQ for COVID-19: real-time analysis of all 296 studies (c19hcq.com)
“Database of all HCQ COVID-19 studies. 296 studies, 220 peer reviewed, 246 comparing treatment and control groups. Submit updates/corrections below. HCQ is not effective when used very late with high dosages over a long period (RECOVERY/SOLIDARITY), effectiveness improves with earlier usage and improved dosing. Early treatment consistently shows positive effects. Negative evaluations typically ignore treatment time, often focusing on a subset of late stage studies. In Vitro evidence made some believe that therapeutic levels would not be attained, however that was incorrect, e.g. see [Ruiz].”
HCQ for COVID-19: real-time meta analysis of 246 studies (hcqmeta.com)
100% of the 29 early treatment studies report a positive effect (13 statistically significant in isolation).
•Random effects meta-analysis with pooled effects using the most serious outcome reported shows 66% improvement for the 29 early treatment studies (RR 0.34 [0.24-0.49]). Results are similar after exclusion based sensitivity analysis: 67% (RR 0.33 [0.24-0.44]), and after restriction to 20 peer-reviewed studies: 65% (RR 0.35 [0.25-0.47]). Restricting to the 6 RCTs shows 46% improvement (RR 0.54 [0.33-0.86]). Restricting to the 13 mortality results shows 75% lower mortality (RR 0.25 [0.16-0.40]).

Democrats have been arguing that the lack of independent scrutineers in the Arizona audit means that its results are untrustworthy. Scrutineers were kept at the front of the room behind tables and too far away to vet the handling of ballots in the Nov elections, surely FB should allow commentary now about its results being untrustworthy since their “source of truth” has designated this conclusion.

Eric,
Fascistbook, Twatter and the other High Tech Nazis need to be investigated for mass murder! They suppressed all mention of therapeutics early on in the plandemic, which led to at least 200,000 unnecessary deaths in the US!
Having them admit the possibility of the virus leaking from an NIAID funded lab in Wuhan is just a baby step in establishing blame for this worldwide man made disaster; having them sweating over criminal investigations into their actions that KILLED people should be the real goal!
I don’t believe conspiracy crimes have statutes of limitations; at least not for the different degrees of murder. Maybe Dorsey and Cuckerberg can look forward to class action civil suits as well; that would make for a comfortable dotage!

This is an old refrain, but why do people who have achieved notoriety in one field assume that bestows on them omnificence in all matters; moral, scientific and political; not only confirming that their opinion or declaration of fact on any subject is without question correct, but that they have an obligation to impose that opinion, or worse a course of action based on that opinion, on the rest of humanity?

Is there a better picture of Sophomoric smug arrogance than the portrait heading this post?

Oh ! Our masters shall permit us to discuss the Dread Covid and its origin story once again.
Well bless their little souls.
Call me a cynic, but now,as the Dread Covid Theatre is collapsing, our overly authoritarian nitwits need to distract us from seeking revenge .

For they have betrayed every “value” the claim they defend.
Our human and civic rights were cast aside,by Emergency Order and the rights of each individual declared null and void due to the terror of the majority.
For these last 15 months have been an absolute shitshow of incompetence, stupidity and group think..
Prior to this,if you had attempted to sell a work of fiction describing these last few months, you would have been called crazy..
Government has truly demonstrated their abilities and most observers will agree;”Never Again” would be the best way to sum up the “help” we have been living under.

So our poor benighted helpers are starting to read the Tea Leaves,we are not a grateful public, praising their hard work and effort.
We are angry, much poorer and much wiser.
With help like this,we need no enemies.
I have gone from “fire Them all” to preferring far more permanent retribution,as a warning for our parasitic overload to never do this again.

Now I used to believe I am a reasonable man.
If this sentiment is spreading,as we consider the Dread Covid Theatre in total, then small wonder it is now OK to blame China again..

We have seen how our “fearless Leaders ” perform under pressure,we know they must be replaced.
So they need a squirrel right now..China China China..
And of course it will be President Trumps fault..Somehow.

Liberalism is a progressive disease.
