ClimateTV Live at 1PM ET – Climate Change Causes Everything’

Today’s episode of Climate Change Roundtable, titled “Climate Change Causes Everything,” critically addresses the pervasive narrative that climate change is the root cause of every weather event. Host Anthony Watts, joined by acclaimed panelists Linnea Lueken and H. Sterling Burnett, delves into the world of media representations of climate change, highlighting the contradictions and inconsistencies prevalent in many reports.

This live YouTube show tackles the meteorological paranoia stoked by corporate media outlets, scrutinizing the avalanche of climate scare stories dominating today’s headlines. The panel dissects the climate discourse, evaluating the validity of the causal links proposed between climate change and diverse weather events. Is climate change truly a universal culprit, or is it a convenient scapegoat? Are we genuinely observing an increase in extreme weather events due to global warming, or are we falling prey to sensationalist reporting?

This episode endeavors to untangle the complex webs of information, misinformation, and hyperbole surrounding climate change. So, join us for an enlightening and potentially paradigm-shifting discussion on Climate Change Roundtable. Be part of this robust conversation and engage with us during the live chat. Not specifically mentioned in the podcast, but important to note:
The MNBF1 buoy is located at straight-line minimum distance of 5.5 miles inland from the nearest surf line of the Atlantic coast (see attached screen grab).

Anyone can enter the NOAA-supplied coordinates for that buoy—the exact one that provided the “data” for all the MSM stories about the ocean temperature (hah!) exceeding 100 °F—into Google Earth and see for themselves both the nearly-isolated lagoon called Manatee Bay and how far inland it is from the closest shore of the Atlantic Ocean.

MNBF1 buoy is located at 25°14’22” N 80°25’18” W

To sum up the claims, “Climate Change causes everything and must be stopped! So join the fight against change for ‘Change you can believe in!'”
(“Change you can believe in!”, Obama’s early version of The Green Raw Deal.)

And here’s another point of concern:

As Anthony, Linnea, and Sterling discussed, MSM falsely fronted so much alarm about Atlantic ocean temperatures reaching temperatures above 100°F either due to their sheer incompetence in fact-checking or due to wanting to “run a piece” that supports their climate-alarmist hidden agenda.

But an even more concerning aspect is the fact that NOAA, source and publisher of the temperature data from the MNBF1 buoy, has remained silent in the matter and has not issued (AFAIK based on Web search within last 10 minutes) a press-release stating that this data is being completely misinterpreted and misreported by the MSM.

IMHO, NOAA has an ethical obligation to correct such an obvious, widespread misuse of their data . . . that they have remained silent on this speaks volumes about NOAA’s management and ethics about informing the public.

I really loved this episode. So much is going on in the media that is absolutely outlandish. Anthony, I am glad you and Sterling provided much more time for Linnea to voice her take on things, as I see it as very informative.

The MSM are merely cogs in the machinery of the Industrial Climate Complex. No thought process is either involved or allowed, because the basic tenets have already been laid out. They choose to be a part of the ICC because it benefits them to do so, in addition to the fact that they are an enormous benefit to the ICC. It’s a win-win situation for them.

And IPCC is a subset of ICC, or certainly acts like it is.
