On July 24th on Meet the Press, Chuck Todd interviewed Al Gore suggesting he is a prophet. Todd ignored all Gore’s failed predictions but started by fearmongering a mix of troubling headlines that have nothing to do with CO2 “
Todd stated, “You know, this week felt like your PowerPoint from Inconvenient Truth come to life. Some of the headlines: The Colorado River having to do water rations, the Monarch butterfly declared an endangered species. We had the ice melt in Greenland, record high temperatures in the UK, wildfires in France and Greece, the Rio Grande is running dry in New Mexico. It’s here. How much do you look back at what you warned and suddenly you see it come to life?”
Midway through the interview Gore then disgustingly suggests those who don’t act on climate change are similar to Uvalde police who did not act to save the children from being massacred. Their fear mongering knows no bounds!
Gore stated, “You know, the climate deniers are really in some ways similar to all of those almost 400 law enforcement officers in Uvalde, Texas, who were waiting outside an unlocked door while the children were being massacred. They heard the screams, they heard the gunshots, and nobody stepped forward. And god bless those families who’ve suffered so much.”
The interview was so disgusting I almost puked. Just to clear up some Todd’s dishonest ignorant statements and omissions:
Greenland’s ice sheet oscillates. It looks like Greenland ice is rebounding and will gain ice this year, similar to the gains made between the 1960s and 90s. Of course, Todd failed to mention Gore’s failed predictions.
The lack of water in Colorado and Rio Grande has nothing to do with greenhouse gases. It is partly due to how humans are using that water and partly due to atmospheric circulation not delivering the rains. Global warming should increase the rains that fall during the summer monsoons, not reduce the rains.
The Monarch butterfly’s greatest die-off happened in the winter when they froze to death. Added to that fact, the Monarch’s main food is the milkweed plants, a weed that competes with crops. So milkweed is being eliminated where it grows between crop rows.
All Mediterranean climates like California experience dry, hot summers, and thus are always fire prone. Localities should expect fire frequencies ranging from every 10 to 60 years. Fires in France and Greece are to be expected.

Actually, skeptics are the complete polar opposite of those Uvalde cops.

Fighting with gusto to stop guys like Gore from using blatant intelligence stealing, climate DISinformation/propaganda schemes.
Gore’s success is based on being a very charismatic professional con artist. He get’s rich, selling fake climate crisis snake oil, while doing more to destroy the planet in 1 year than most of us do in 2 decades of consuming natural resources.
Gore and company are revered as being saviors of the planet!
What sort of bravery is required to do things that make you filthy rich and win you an Emmy, a Nobel Peace Prize and adoration for twisting the hell out of the truth to get those personal rewards?
What did Gore, the extremely wealthy, fossil fuel guzzling, luxury addicted, massive natural resource consuming hypocrite ever sacrifice to show us by example how to live?
If we all consumed material things like Gore, the planet would be running out of natural resources.
If all the science being taught was similar to Gore’s fake climate crisis science, we might as well stop teaching science in schools and universities.
Better to not know anything than to have ANTI science principles programmed into your brain. This effectively sabotages those minds and assures authentic science will always be rejected.
No understanding at all about a topic and at least that blank slate is capable of learning new, authentic things because that mind hasn’t been programmed/taught to reject real science.
How many millions of minds have been permanently harmed by Gore doing this?
Stifled to not use critical thinking or questioning or fact checking or having the skepticism required to apply the scientific method? Instead just believing in Gore’s junk science like its a religion?
Al Gore: “The debate is over, the science is settled” There have been very few more ANTI scientific method statements ever issued in history!
Praise the climate prophet, Al Gore and have the faith of a religion in his junk science absolutes…..even in the face of all of them failing miserably, year after year.
And have the faith in him like in a cult leader/prophet in what he insists his disciples believe in.
That’s exactly why he’s been able to get away with being constantly wrong about almost everything. People have decided that he is right about everything from the get go based on nothing more than a religious type FAITH in their climate prophet Al Gore.
They give all the weighting to his manufactured, climate crisis world and very little to the real world or observations, data, facts and evidence.
People using those words/actions in bold are committing blasphemy!
Heretics/deniers of the climate crisis religion.
Gore and company teach that they/we must be vigorously condemned and shunned and vilified by society for speaking out against climate crisis religion and it’s leaders!
Going against that severe backlash aimed at “deniers” because you believe in science and integrity is actually a better example of true courage!

The recent notorious one in the south of England appears to have been the result of spontaneous combustion in a compost heap. If true (there will no doubt be an enquiry of some sort) that will have been genuinely a freak event and they do happen very rarely.
Apart from that and lightning strike every other wildfire has human input somewhere, whether a dropped cigarette end, a piece of broken glass acting as a magnifier or a spark from a steam locomotive.
Or in the vast majority of instances, as you say, arson.

There was one officer who tried to enter the classroom and intervene. His wife was inside. He was physically blocked by the consensus.
Mr. Gore if you’re looking for an analogy between Uvalde and the alleged climate climate crisis, consider this one. That misguided consensus caused a tragic loss of life, as will the climate crisis consensus..
