I kid you not. Turn on the video with sound turned up, close your eyes and imagine Rosie O’Donnell in the crapper. It really brings It Home!

Shouldn’t the whales which refuse to endorse the CAGW meme be culled, in order to save their children from environmental doom?

I believe the cause of the whale beachings which are occurring more frequently is offshore wind farms, and this change of tone could also be because of that. Whales communicate by low frequency sound, including infra sound. They send navigational information to each other for feeding and mating purposes. Wind turbines emit infra sound, and now there are thousands of them at sea, I believe they are creating a cacophony of noise which screws up the communication between whales, and leads them into danger. I could be wrong, but the increase in beachings by whales and dolphins does seem to have coincided with a huge expansion of offshore wind farms.

Why not offshore drilling ?

Why not offshore pipelines ?

Why not oil platforms exploding and sinking ?

But wind is available only 17% of the time. Very reliable of course, you just never know when it will be available. Nor for how long.
You can only rely on it to always fail. Soon.

“you just never know when it will be available. Nor for how long.”

Not true. Current weather forecasting models are very accurate three days out. The forecasts include wind speed and direction.

You have not spent many hours in the power plant and wind plant control rooms, have you?
You have spent many hours READING about the ideals of wind power from those who DON’T produce reliable energy, haven’t you?

Power plant and wind plant control rooms aren’t where you want to be. You want to be in the gird operations control room. Ever been to Texas there Mr. 1978 ?

Born and grew up in TX.
Yes, I have watched the plants run, shut down, and startup again a few hours later.
Over and over each day.

Well, my mother’s grave is a few miles south of there.
Her mother’s, father’s, sisters’ and brothers’.
A few hundred cousins and assorted relatives live near there.
Quite a few chimneys and roads and farms that her ancestors built across that whole region.

Why do you ask?
