It has been a fun year in the climate debate and while many who are close to me know that 2015 has been a year of great personal cost, I hope 2016 will prove to be a year of renewal and growth. For those few readers that prefer to wage a war of vitriol and hate in your comments here and elsewhere, or by your deeds (and you know who you are), in case you missed it, this post pretty well sums up how I and many climate skeptics deal with such things. Merry Christmas to you too.
Along those lines, the Josh-WUWT calendars are still available for a short time, you can use them to spread the climate skeptic message through humor, rather than hate.

Merry Christmas everyone……I make a point of saying this as here in Canada we are overwhelmed with everyone saying “Happy Holiday”…..Don’t get me wrong I love the Canadian outlook on life and how friendly they are compared to back home in blighty, but it’s Christmas and even though I’m an atheist I’m sick and tired of this political correctness that seems to takeover and dumb down decades of tradition.

The things most important to us often cost the most……….or at least cause us to stay committed to continually paying dearly for them. I can only imagine the price that you pay as the world biggest target for his authentic, science based views on carbon dioxide……. providing the world with it’s most widely followed skeptical blog.
Unlike the rest of us that share(and disagree with) your views here, who can pick and choose convenient times to visit, then go back to our lives, this IS your life.
The thousands of articles that have appeared here, read by many millions around the world……….for absolutely no cost to us but everything to/from you, makes you a profoundly generous human being on an elite scale……..with you at THE top.
Merry Christmas to all. Hope floats if we pause for just a moment. And sometimes, what we desire most is in our own backyards (occasionally right next to the BBQ/burn barrel and overturned metal boat sitting next to the temperature gauge).

We’re having absolutely gorgeous perfect Christmas weather here. Warm, sun’s out….kids are in the yard playing with toys, adults in yard chairs outside yacking…all having a great time.
It’s a shame all the warmest can’t appreciate it…..they are all going to die because it’s global warming.
