TIME RUNNING OUT for Early Bird rates to Heartland’s Climate Conference in April!

16th annual iccc

The schedule is coming together, and you can’t miss this opportunity to see, hear, and meet the brightest scientists and policy experts who promote climate realism.

CONFIRMED SPEAKER

Nobel Prize winner John Clauser looked at the data on the climate and found it wanting. Watch him explain the junk science the alarmists peddle in person!

BE THERE: The 16th International Conference on Climate Change, organized by The Heartland Institute, will be held April 8-9 at the Hotel Washington in Washington, DC.

This is the only place you will see the data and hear the arguments for why human activity is not causing a climate crisis.

CLIMATE REALISM IS RISING: Our theme this year, especially apt for a conference in Washington, DC, is “Climate Realism Rising.” And that’s for good reason.

The Trump administration has already taken many steps to reverse the unscientific and alarmist policies of the Biden administration — which was staffed by environmental radicals, including Obama holdovers.

There’s more to do, and we will have the world’s best scientists and policy experts to talk about what has been accomplished so far, and what’s next.

GREAT AGENDA: This conference will feature more than 30 speakers in six plenary sessions and 12 concurrent breakout sessions. Topics include:

  • John Clauser, the 2022 Nobel Prize Winner for Physics, will give a keynote address during our conference. You won’t want to miss that.
An examination of the new Trump Department of Energy Climate Report from the authors themselves, Judith Curry and Ross McKitrick.
  • How to deprogram the world’s youth and bring them into the climate realist fold, featuring Linnea Lueken, Lucy Biggers, and Chris Martz.
  • Why CO2 emissions are not the prime driver of climate, featuring Willie Soon and David Legates.
  • MAJOR problems with the official temperature and climate record, featuring Anthony Watts.
  • Outlining the “Embarrassing Record of Failed Climate Predictions,” featuring Steve Milloy and Marc Morano.
  • How to achieve “Affordable, Reliable, and Clean Energy” for the United States and the world, featuring James Taylor.
  • WUWT’s Willis Eschenbach will be speaking
  • Charles Rotter (me) will be available for meet and greet

AND MUCH MORE!

It would be great if I could be there. It is an impressive list of speakers.
I’m just 2,874 miles away, so will pass. 🙂

I wonder if the snow here will be melted by then. It’s currently 19 F here in Manassas, and the wind is gusting up to 43 mph. This is by far the coldest winter I’ve seen in these parts in 17 years.

Yes, this winter reminds me of the pattern in the USA in 1976-1977, ie, very cold and snowy in the northeast and mild and dry out west. Where I’m from (Rochester, NY), this weekend we’re dealing with single digits for highs and -20F wind chills, 19 degrees would feel downright balmy….

I’ll be at the conference in April with much interest!

Charles, or whoever knows how this web site runs- I’m having an issue. If somebody responds to one my posts, I don’t get it in my email. Since I can post comments, the site does recognize me- as I’m logged in and stay logged in. I suppose I could try logging off then logging back in. Haven’t done that in months. I hesitate because if there is a problem, maybe I’ll have trouble logging back in. It would be nice if WUWT had an email address to send to for problems with the site.

I’ve long wanted to do one of these, and this is close, but I’m going to be (ahem) across the pond. How did you know?

Lord Monckton to be added to the list of speakers, I hope?
