Friday Funny: Jane Fonda: “There’d be no climate crisis if it wasn’t for racism”

Hard to top this one.

I cued it up to the correct spot, but 4:56 is where it happens in case that doesn’t work on some devices.

Here’s some bonus Friday Funny memes I grabbed in a quick Twitter search.

Anthony’s comment was:

Here’s another

And one more.

Look out Jane, nothing is sacred or forever… including Barbarella.

Racism – once a word with meaning that has now been diluted to the point of homeopathy

Debates have all turned into battles to define words since someone expressed to me that words need to have mutually agreed-upon meanings for a discussion to happen. Once definitions are agreed on, a lot of disagreements disappear. Disagreements where words are agreed on usually become “confrontational”.

It often seems to me that is endless tail chasing. The words used to define the words all have individual meanings to the participants. Is real communication ever possible? What is real, you ask?

I can’t usually be bothered to watch such videos but I did feel the need to do some due diligence. For anyone else who prefers to speed read, there is a transcript.

Honestly, I’ve overheard drunken, stoned teenagers make more coherent arguments.

Thanks for transcript. Headline uses Fonda, but its Clarkson who says “ I don’t think people see that, the parallel, or how it’s all connected, but 100% true“. It’s all connected?

She has been wrong for 60 years a talent she has carefully nurtured to impress the low IQ crowd.

It must be those racist white clouds, Hail, Snow, sleet that did her in………..

She is correct. The CO2 absorption and emission coefficients are based on formula derived from physical properties of an ideal black body.
In my younger cinema going years I thought young JF had an ideal white body.
However using either is pure racism.

A used brain would be good, better than the one she abused for decades.
Jane hasn’t ever really used her brain.
Pretending to be people she is not, did not help her ability to think.
Age cruelly struck her last wisps of rational thought.

Aaah, that would totally waste a viable brain.

Senator John Kennedy (R-LA), a National Treasure.

I once watched an interview where he was asked why Congress all realized the dangers of the U.S. debt/deficits, but didn’t act to fix it.

His reply was: The debt is like Heaven, everyone wants to go to Heaven, but not just yet.”

At least he was honest.

  1. Locate a part of the earth with no racism. I’m thinking uninhabited parts of Antarctica and the Pacific ocean (assuming snow, ice and sea life are non-racist).
  2. Test for effects of climate change on those areas.

First thanks for posting the minute and seconds because I do not think I could take listing a minute longer.

Second there was a time in my life I had to remind myself that if I saw Jane in a cross walk it was against my moral values to hurt someone.

I was one of about a 1000 workers who lost their jobs because Fonda worked to close the nuke plant I worked at.

When I joined the navy I did not understand the VN war and did not for many years. When the Berlin Wall came down I figured it out. John Kerry is an other person that challenges my code.

One one hand I do not want to hurt anyone but on the other hand I would stop anyone from hurting a child even if that means I would hurt them.

The problem with doing the right thing is knowing what the right thing is.

It is pretty easy to see that cheap reliable electricity is the right thing.

“Jane Fonda: “There’d be no climate crisis if it wasn’t for racism””
I listened to the part where she said that and even that part where she “explains” it.
Sad that some in the audience and on stage drooled in agreement.
(Sadder still that, if really believes what she said, she’s still a multi-millionaire. Why are there so many multi-millionaires and billionaires promoting socialist-type Big Government solutions?)

Reply to  Gunga Din
February 3, 2023 12:47 pm

They are all “useful idiots” and somehow they will escape whatever should transpire if the utopian fantasy comes to fruition. As history has shown, the proponents of big government are usually the first to be rounded up and marched to either the gulag or a wall to receive their just rewards. Because they are wealthy, does not necessarily mean they are smart, usually just very clever. Just sayin’.

It seemed choreographed, with the other oldster handing her the straight line so she (Jane) could say ‘shit’ on TV.

The set up & line was intended for the intellectual level of the audience … it worked for them.

Why are there so many multi-millionaires and billionaires promoting socialist-type Big Government solutions?

They think they’ll be part of the protected “elites” because they supported the policies. And then they won’t have to worry about any “lesser” people contaminating their privileged lives.

Invert the idea and it may have something behind it. There might be less racism if humans hadn’t differentiated by adapting to the climates they found themselves in.

Now that opens several different cans of worms. Of course it turns out that worms differentiate by latitude too.

Someone should investigate them for signs of wormism.

Hanoi Jane Fonda was, is, and always will be an idiot who bought the Communist propaganda hook, line, and sinker just like she has bought the “Climate Change” junk science alarmism. Had she pulled her treasonous stunts during World War II, she would have been tried, convicted, and executed as a traitor.

The Vietnam War Memorial was dedicated NOVEMBER 13, 1982, honoring 58,000 American troops who died, including 8 of my comrades shot down 50 years ago today over Saravane, Laos with all hands lost. These were some of the American flyers Hanoi Jane wished her Communist gunners could shoot down as she sat in that AAA piece giggling. As a matter of fact, I am one of the U.S. military pilots Hanoi Jane wanted her North Vietnamese gunners to shoot down. A few months after she committed treason sitting in that AAA gun seat in 1972, I arrived at Da Nang, South Vietnam. A week before I arrived in December, they did shoot down an Air Force A-7 pilot from Da Nang, Lt Col Anthony Shine. Years later his daughter went to the crash site and recovered relics, and a peasant returned her father’s flight helmet, which he had scavenged from the wreckage.

DIARY / TANKERTODD // Posted at 3:37 pm on October 24, 2008 by tankertodd

U.S. forces inflicted over a million enemy fatalities, essentially wiped out the Viet Cong as a fighting force during the TET Offensive debacle, yet involvement by politicians forfeited our victory. North Vietnamese colonel, Bui Tin, received the unconditional surrender of South Vietnam on April 30, 1975.

Bui Tin explained how the protests by “anti-war peace demonstrators” (the most successful propaganda program ever operated by the Soviet Union and its Eastern Bloc allies) was key to the Communist “victory”: “Every day our leadership would listen to world news over the radio at 9 a.m. to follow the growth of the American antiwar movement …
… Visits to Hanoi by people like Jane Fonda and former Attorney General Ramsey Clark and ministers gave us confidence that we should hold on in the face of battlefield reverses …
… We were elated when Jane Fonda, wearing a red Vietnamese dress, said at a press conference that she was ashamed of American actions in the war and that she would struggle along with us.”

After the war, Bui Tin became vice chief editor of the Communist Party’s official newspaper in Vietnam, People’s Daily, but he grew disillusioned with Communist corruption and, in 1990, fled to Paris.

In an interview, Bui Tin stated:

“The roots of the Vietnam War – its all-encompassing and underlying nature – lie in a confrontation between two ideological worlds: socialism versus capitalism … totalitarianism versus democracy …

The conscience of America was part of its war-making capability, and we were turning that power in our favor. America lost because of its democracy; through dissent and protest it lost the ability to mobilize a will to win.”

Commenting on this dangerous trend is retired Major General Patrick Brady, considered the most decorated living veteran.

A Medal of Honor recipient, Major General Patrick Brady flew over 2,500 combat missions in Vietnam, rescuing over 5,000 wounded.

As told in his book, Dead Men Flying, Brady once rescued 51 wounded in one day, flying 3 different helicopters which were shot up with over 400 holes from enemy fire and explosions.

Major General Patrick Brady wrote, June 4, 2013:

“The greatest danger … the feminization, emasculation and dismantling of our military.

The two most important elements of national survival are the media and the military …

We know the media are failing – God help us if the military does also ….
