I hope them make these extinction rebelion slobs clean up the mess they created.

XR and St Greta’s squad are quite closely linked.

The latter are getting quite excited, along with the BBC and Graun, about her shoo-in for the Obama/Arafat Nobel for getting lots of brownie points from SJWs. One is sure many will be there to celebrate, just in case.

My question is, how will they all be getting there?

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-49890057?

Because, surely none would DARE fly in?

I commented on this at The Gurdian yesterday when they reported it. I copy the Guardian thread that followed. Note, This is the Guardian.

How on earth can you get hold of a fire engine, pretend to be emergency workers and then try to use the equipment without proper training or maintenance?
Well, I can see how they do it. Stupidly.
But how can they do it without getting a lengthy jail term?

andya2015 MCourtney 23h ago
I think Extinction Rebellion should be forced to pay for the clean-up operation. What a stupid stunt and a waste of food dye too. Yet more precious resources wasted in the clean up as well.

Hopefully perpetrators arrested and charged with criminal damage, and fined heavily. Their supporters can rally round and raise funds by holding a lentil bake sale.
Or maybe just ask their Islington parents for a handout.

What about the cost of failing to take action on climate change? People have been warning politely about the threat for years, and no-one has taken the slightest notice.

andya2015 ethelfrida 3h ago
But spraying fake blood over the Treasury building isn’t a solution. And delivering it from a diesel engined fire engine isn’t exactly the best image either for a bunch of people who are against climate change. Hypocrites.

How do you get hold of a fire engine?

like this https://www.trucklocator.co.uk/listings/trucks/for-sale/32920809/2000-volvo-fl6

Impersonating emergency workers.. well not by costume of fake ID that we can see, but they have left “Fire and Rescue Service” flashes on the side of the vehicle..

Operating a pressurised anything without the required training and equipment is a f*****g stupid thing to do and they are lucky to have got away unhurt.

Now I don’t wish harm unto those I don’t know and haven’t met, but if these pillocks had ended up in Casualty I fear it would have been impossible not to laugh….

And even better

The vehicle is untaxed and has no MOT – test certificate

Then there’s the unauthorised change to the facade of a Grade1 listed building as per planning law

What utter amateurs

Why did the police and security allow this to happen?
Why have the police and security allowed various disruptive Climate Extinction demos in London recently?

We have a serious problem with the authorities in the UK.

“Why did the police and security allow this to happen?”
Well this was taking place in London on Sadiq Khan’s watch.

Why was no-one stopping them? They seem to have taken their time setting up. Cleaning up the front of an historic building was always likely to be an expensive job.

October 4, 2019 5:57 am

Mind you, even the Guardian is beginning to question Climate XR’s credentials.

But why is the movement so white? Why is that a problem? And what can be done to change it?

The extinction should start with Extinction Rebellion. They are not climate change protesters, they are eco-fascists and should recognised and treated as such.

20 years in a gulag would sort them out. Hard but fair, that’s me.

20 years in a gulag

It’s all the rage

tudents at a leading London university have been condemned as blind to reality after defending the system of Soviet Gulag labour camps where thousands perished as “compassionate” places of rehabilitation.

Trans rights campaigners at Goldsmiths University described the Gulags as benign places where inmates received education, training and enjoyed the opportunity to take part in clubs, sports and theatre groups.

Reminds me Nazi Germany propaganda clips where they showed incarcerated Jews happily sewing and chatting away as they made uniforms. Looked like a Tupperware party.,

Sadly, after recently spending a hour or so with a family member (during which we both ended up hoarse), There is NO chance of getting through to these people. Any criticism I made was instantly turned back with cries of “But you haven’t given any alternative!” Trying to point out the numerous instances of “The Law of Unintended Consequences” was wasted effort. And this was while sitting in a substantial house with all the lights on, and plenty of other benefits of modern life available at a moments notice.

I’ve done far more to reduce my “Carbon Footprint” over the last few years – out of financial necessity – than they have (or are ever likely to). I did agree that messages about genuine pollution are no bad thing, but these are simply background noise in the constant screams of “Climate Emergency”. It’s impossible to have a reasoned conversation about our future on this planet, when faced with people so misinformed, or just utterly deluded…

Dave Ward you need to keep on reminding the person how much fossil fuel he uses every day and point out the hypocrisy…every day…every day, and tell him to go join the Amish, they go without and do quite well.

The person concerned is a “She” (can I even say that now?) and I haven’t told a fraction of the story. I tried to approach the subject of the Electricity Grid collapsing, and the consequences of a weeks loss of power while a “Black Start” is attempted. The response – “Oh but we have a wood burner”! I said “What about the water supply, and sewerage disposal” – a blank look. I’m sure you get the idea – I can see a major disagreement looming on the horizon.

The type that believe beef steak is made in a plastic wrapped container and was never an animal that was slaughtered just a few days before for consumption? And that “yellow or brown” in the toilet just magically disappears at the press of a button?

The kicker is that they thought that posting their stupidity for world to witness was also a good idea.

1)not bright enough to see that their stunt is, in itself, stupid.
2)not bright enough to pull of the stunt.
3)not bright enough to destroy the video
4)arrogantly stupid enough to follow through and post the video to show the world how stupid they are.

The blasé attitudes and slow reactions make me think these people are stoned out of their gourds on some crap.
Most of them barely reacted to what might have been incredibly dangerous or fatal to someone.
High pressure is nothing to play around with.
The one guy on the ground just turned his back, walked five feet, and stopped and stood there facing the other way for about 20 seconds until he saw a girl trying to grab the hose.
Then he made about the most limp wristed effort I have ever seen from a grown man, then just gave up when it jostled him some.
Pitiful and pathetic.
This is criminal negligence while in commission of a felony here in the US.

The UK Treasury building appears to have been barely touched. It is the Extinction Rebellion folks that are drenched in ‘blood’.

How absolutely appropriate!

Wow. That could have been a chemical attack and no one tried to stop them.

What’s the tact here? Pollute so people see it?

Bruce Cobb
October 4, 2019 8:17 am

My guess on what may have happened is that they were using an older hose which just couldn’t handle the higher pressure, once they had it cranked up all the way (notice the failure at :57).

How much water did they have and what did they do with the rest? Need photos of the Thames running red, what flaming hypocrisy.

There was more “blood” in the streets than on the UK Treasury. But nobody knew how to turn off the “bloody” pump.

Looks like the results of climate models. Sprayed all over the place yet missing the mark.

October 4, 2019 10:06 am

They are lucky one of them did not have their skull smashed to splinters by that hose when they lost their grip.
And the spray at that pressure can do serious damage up to and including fatal injury.
Try getting a few tens of gallons per second of high velocity fluid of any type aimed at your face.
Not a fun time.
And why did they not turn off the pump?
You can hear the pump throttling up.
Throttle it back down.
Did two girls without a muscle between them think they could hold onto a fire hose at full pressure?
How stupid are these people?

On a closer look, it appears that the nozzle may have come off the hose as others have noted.
There are some other videos of this from other angles that may be better resolution.
And yes…I assume girls are female 😮

And these people think they are smart enough to run the world and tell others what to do? HA HA HA!! The hose did not break, it jumped out of the woman’s hands, she thought it was a garden hose of sorts, what a spectacle of stupidity. And the narrator wants to point out the “inconsistencies” of the UK, but let us ignore his own! HYPOCRITE using fossil fuels every day.

Reply to  John Bell

I thought that too, but a closer look shows that the girl still had the nozzle in her hand, and also the stream went from a high pressure narrow jet to a far less potent stream. And it can be seen that at the exact moment she lost it, there was a burst of spray in every direction.
If that nozzle was still on, I think the people it was spraying on from close up would have possibly been badly injured.
High enough pressure, and it will inject right into flesh.
Hard to survive that.
If the trauma does not kill you, infection or shock likely will.
