They are lying by omission. The kids coming out of such a system will not be prepared for fighting the cash fueled corruption that has made the fine principles of a democratic republic a bit of a joke.
However, that could take years to fund and complete, and their chances for success are unknown. Worth trying, even if mostly for the publicity and public awareness that will generate.
But there’s a direct route, faster and cheaper. At least in the US, pamphleting from public sidewalks leading to schools is legal, ultimately guaranteed by the First Amendment. Some town will require a relatively cheap fee of about $30/day to exercize that right (based on a few queries I made about 5 years, ago.) I believe most towns would have no such fee.
I grew up in a suburb, and the routes for reaching fellow citizens, on a small budget, are slim, indeed. Most downtowns have long been reduced to shadows of their former selves, due to the malls. The malls are privately owned, and aren’t going to allow pamphleting of controversial matters of any sort. Some have even ejected people with politically oriented tee-shirts!

This is an 15 year old girl supposedly with Asperger syndrome (Asperger’s is on the autism spectrum which means she would have trouble relating to other people) yet she gives a word perfect 11 minute speech in front of a huge audience in the first person with no notes, no hesitation, no pauses to think of what she is going to say next, no emotionalism, totally calm rational delivery. Nothing out of context, each idea leading to the next – that’s rather remarkable!! Did she write this speech? Is it her ideas or something given to her to deliver? How often was it rehearsed with what mentors? If she is truly accomplished enough to do that she should also have enough intelligence to realise some other issues. For example, she says over and over that if ‘global warming’ were true the news would be full of it. She admits the news is not only not full of it but does not even mention it. For someone so intelligent is seems inconceivable that shy did not ask herself why? A very simple logic sequence If A is true then B should be happening but B is not happening so maybe A is not true.
Something about his does not ring true. I suspect its someone else’s speech, that she was coached to deliver it reading from the teleprompter in front of her, and quite possibly she has no understanding of what she is saying.
Aspergers kids are often very smart, but have difficulty socializing. If they are headed in the right direction they can often reach superb levels of achievement (Isaac Newton, Albert Einstein, Charles Darwin).
