Yes, but a female District Attorney is not allowed to lie to the Court.

Fani, and Trump’s Prosecutor, both lied about when their relationship began. It began before Trump was indicted and Fani assigned this Prosecutor to the case, not after, as they both claim.

If a Court Officer, like Fani, lies to the Court about a case before the Court, that person, man or woman, should be sanctioned and/or disbarred, and should not be allowed to preside over the prosecution going forward.

The Judge needs to restore integrity to this Court and case by removing the lying DA and the lying prosecutor from the case..

“There appears to be no integrity in the judiciary in New York, so why would Georgia be any different.”

There is a common denominator here: They are all radical Democrats who put political partisanship above the Rule of Law.

Fani and her boyfriend also conspired with the White House on this Trump persecuton. It’s all political. It’s all dirty/dangerous politics.

I believe that is also the case with Alvin Bragg’s persecution of Trump. I believe there is a White House contact in the New York City District Attorney’s office now.

The radical Democrats are using the Judicial system as a weapon against their political opponents, This is no different than what any other totalitarian government does. They cheat lie and steal to maintain their political power.

The radical Left in the United States has been trying to undermine the United States long before the USSR dissolved.

The radical Left works hard to undermine the U.S. for decades, while the Right sleeps. The result is: Today.

The bad part is that many on the Right are still asleep and don’t realize the real danger the radical Left poses to the U.S. Constitution and our ability to govern ourselves.

Some Republicans think its all about the budget, and don’t see the radical Democrat totalitarian sword hanging over their (and our) heads. Oblivious, they are. Which doesn’t do us any good at all. Wake up and smell the coffee, sleeping Republicans.

Though I once walked away from what could have been a lifetime career with the state of Wokeachusetts. I had a few temporary jobs in the early ’70s with them and if only I had sucked up- I could have gotten on with them and now I’d have a near 6 figure pension. Instead I went off on my own. I have a very low social insecurity check each month- but I had a half century of not working for idiots- though they still had some power over me as I had to have all my work approved by them- in my later years those overseers were often less than half my age or even a third my age- with almost no actual field work. Lived through Tricky Dick blocking fuel deliveries to wokeachusetts after MA was one of the Two jurisdictions (MA & DC) that voted for the democrat candidate.

Most gas stations were out of gas for a long time, a few company stations near the pikes got regular gas deliveries.
Quite a lot of folks slipped over the borders to buy gas in a different state.

Decided to return to Pennsylvania near the end of the gas drought. At least PA allowed you to fill your car at any gas station on odd or even days depending on your license plate number.

MANY were fired in protest over refusing the poison of the China Virus pseudo-vaccine.

TRUMP! MUST rehire all of them, with back pay, and an automatic minimum 2 step rank increase as of the date of termination so all the back pay is at the higher rate. THEN clean out every registered Democrat officer throughout the military, you are allowed to discriminate on that score. Any officers not registered to vote or not registered Republican of Libertarian must be investigated to determine their leftist leanings and also to be terminated if leftist. ANY person terminated due to their extreme ideology to be barred from ANY job that gets ANY federal money, especially in the military/industrial complex. Go back 20 years and sort out those who have retired and ban them as is recently fired.

THEN do the same at the CIA, FBI, DOJ, and on and on. Easy way to reduce the federal government by 50%.

I hear the Democrats are trying to rig things to prevent Trump from firing bureaucrats in the future, if Trump gets elected.

I’m not sure what this “rigging” consists of. It could be an attempt to pass a new law, or maybe it’s an Executive Order, but either way, I don’t think they will be successful because they don’t have the votes to pass such a law, and an Executive Order can be overruled by the next president with a stroke of the pen.

This kind of statement should not be a surprise to anyone. Here in the people’s republic of Massachusetts environmental justice is firmly entrenched in state and local gov.

For example, from the mayor of Boston:
“Communities of color, low-income and working-class families, and immigrant communities are more likely to see environmental hazards and face exposure to pollution, urban heat island effect, flooding, and other impacts of climate change.”

From our state- Massachusetts Climate Report Card by the Office of Climate Innovation and Resilience:
“Climate change impacts and losses are projected to intensify, and many disproportionately affect environmental justice and other priority communities.”

Of course said Report Card also claims:
“Extreme weather exacerbated by climate change is already causing catastrophic economic, social, and environmental losses.”

All the services have a regulation which limits medical officers from commanding units in combat arms. So he can never be put in command

“She is not a Navy admiral”

How so ???

Definition of an admiral. =

1 the supreme commander of a fleet or navy

2.  Also called: admiral of the fleet, fleet admiral naval officer of the highest rank, equivalent to general of the army or field marshal

3 a senior naval officer entitled to fly his or her own flag

I get he self-identifies as a woman ( a woman without a womb ) [ A rear admiral ??? ]
so I suppose the next step is he/she self-identifies as an admiral without a ship.

I self-identify as – a young, handsome, athletic, millionaire, at the height of my sexual prowess … but back in the real world … I’m an OAP, with arthritis, on crutches & looking forward to the joys of dementia & incontinence.

I think a couple of guys took a knee earlier in the season and the coach made them go to the locker room.

The NFL needs to concentrate on football, not politics.

Football has been changed drastically for the worse with the introduction of paying college players. This has destroyed team cohesion because some guys get a lot of money and some guys don’t get much of anything, and it has destroyed team and school loyalty and it’s not going to be good for college football and it won’t be good for professional football, either.

Our Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback transferred from Oklahoma to Southern California last year, and he got a penthouse from the university as part of the deal. A really nice looking penthouse with a very good view. How many other Southern California football players got a penthouse with a view?

So now college football is all about the money. Greed will be the end of the sport.

There are lots of things wrong, but meritocracy in sports is still a saving grace. It was meritocracy to a great extent that eventually broke down racial barriers against blacks, primarily.

Now the University of Michigan’s national championship football team is around 50% white and 50% black. There are no Hispanics or Asians on this team; no trans athletes. It’s “carbon footprint” is ever increasing. Regular season games involves travel to both coasts and the new playoff system increases the use of fossil fuels.

On the other hand, biological males are beginning to dominate the women, e.g. Lia Thomas in swimming at Penn. There seems to be intrusion in volleyball also.

If a football player is only loyal to the money, and obviously has no loyalty to his teammates or his school, why should the fans of that school want a player like that at their school? Hell, he might be offered more money from another school next year and off he goes. Why would fans invest their emotions and support in a person like that who has no loyalty to them or their school?

Too bad. It was good while it lasted. Greed is not good in college football.

The Super Bowl is more of a social event that we’ve hosted for 25+ years now. It wasn’t difficult to anticipate when to turn off the TV during the pre-game, and everyone was heartily in agreement. With perfect timing we saw Reba sing the National Anthem, and all was fine from there. It is the only NFL game we watch each year, since the kneeling embarrassment, even though that has stopped now. Perhaps another decade or so we’ll try football again. We once had season tickets to the Mets, but when Major League baseball cancelled the World Series we stopped watching baseball for well over a decade. The world is full of fascinating alternatives.

I wonder if the networks keep track of when people change the channel. Can they tell that a million people (or some such number) switched to another channel in protest when the Black National Anthem was sung at the Super Bowl?

What, no Hispanic National Anthem? No Asian-American National Anthem?

How about we just have the U.S. National Anthem, that covers everyone, of every color and creed and background?

The NFL is dividing the nation with their policy, when they think they are doing just the opposite. There’s lots of delusional thinking in this old world. Delusional thinking that does real damage to society.

Economic hardship usually falls disproportionately on the poor. And you know how the left loves the poor — That’s why the left works so hard to keep them poor. All this goes doubly for Black Americans.

Now look at this from a different angle. Trump is making inroads with the Black community. Biden is a failure and many prominent Black Americans are speaking out in support of Trump. The left has to do something to get them back in their place.

Climate change is having a disproportionate effect on black communities.

He’s not wrong. There are myths, stereotypes, wrong assumptions, and implicit racism in that statement, but keeping it simple, by “black community” he means the ones living in poverty, never mind that there are poor Whites, Hispanics, American Indians, Pacific Islanders and others. It’s a fact that poor people have the lowest resilience to natural disasters and most of the other vicissitudes that happen to all of us at one time or another. They simply lack resources because they are poor. So if you’re peddling the myth of imminent, catastrophic (man-made) climte change, of course the (poor) “black community” is most affected by it. Except they’re not because so far we haven’t seen any of the fantasized disasters of “climate change” and likely never will.

Another example of Leftists projecting their racial biases on everyone else. They have problems.

Prior to 2013 gender identity disorder was listed in the Diagnostict and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, the guidebook of US psychiatry. In other words, in 2012 Levine would have been considered mentally ill and probably ineligible for employment in his current position. At the same time, it’s wrong to ridicule one-legged, blind or ugly people so making fun of the Admiral isn’t quite right either. On the other hand, there must be no serious shortage of “normal” people able to do the work that Levine does now. The character is replaceable and will be at some time. Obviously the government wants us to believe that people like “shim”, whatever their mental constructs, deserve a place in the bureaucratic hierarchy. This is a new outlook on human resources. Only a few years ago a man showing up for a job interview in a skirt and high heels probably wouldn’t get to talk to the boss.

Reply to  DMacKenzie
February 18, 2024 10:13 am

I made the mistake a little while back of arguing all of this with a university physics professor. He was going on and on about how “science” proved there were more severe weather events. This was, of course, based on climate models rather than observation.

So I went to the tried-and-true calculation of number deaths from severe weather events. His counter was essentially Levine’s – that those remaining deaths were disproportionately whatever minority-du-jour applied.

I was arguing that hurricanes, while no more frequent today than 100 years ago, were more easily avoided because of technology, warning systems and building codes.

His argument was that poor people couldn’t escape a hurricane, for example, because they couldn’t afford to move.

This is the mentality of the WGB (woke green blob). They have their tropes, and they will use the most convoluted logic or lack of logic to support them. To them, a man can be every bit as much a woman as he wants to be. If the temperature rises 1.5C, nothing good will happen and the world will cease to exist, so we have to do everything we can to prevent that even if the evidence that CO2 is responsible is incredulous at best. EVs are far superior to cars that run on gas.

Nothing can challenge these views. In the past, we could just laugh these people off, but the WGB has a firm control on what passes for education these days. They don’t mind that kids are getting dumber and dumber – that’s a positive for them, because the dumber they are, the more likely they are to accept the WGB without thinking about it.

So this guy, who genuinely seems to believe poor people don’t have feet and can walk to a safe shelter before a hurricane hits the coast, can have this position of responsibility at a once-respected university and never, ever have to question his religion.

haha, love it. You actually are onto something..

  • Constipation > haemorrhoids
  • Magnesium deficiency > constipation
  • Soil erosion > Mg deficiency

The dots are nicely joined once you grasp that soil erosion is causing the observed climate changes

Mg deficiency also causes ‘brain constipation’ > Brandonism
*and* that haha ‘Admiral’ creature

Scary innit, Brandon is a child of soil erosion and in his total jumble of a mind is doing everything in its power to make it worse

My black neighbors never seem to have a problem with heat. You’d think with darker skin they might feel warmer when outside. White people whose families are from colder nations, further from the equator. such as Russia, have a lot more problems with heat.

It is true that climate change is having a disproportionate impact on black Africans. That is especially the case in the Sahel (the southern perimeter of the Sahara Desert). But the impact is positive, not negative.

Rising CO2 levels are greening the Earth, especially in arid regions, like the Sahel.

https://sealevel.info/greening_earth_spatial_patterns_Myneni.html

The improvement is measurable from space. Here’s a NASA video about it:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zOwHT8yS1XI

Here’s what manmade climate change is doing in Africa. This is what climate activists are campaigning against:

Excerpt:

“Before, there was not a single scorpion, not a single blade of grass… Now you have people grazing their camel…”

.

Even more importantly, rising CO2 levels are helping to make famines rare, for the first time in human history!

Famine is the Third Horseman of the Apocalypse. Throughout all of human history, famine (usually due to drought) was a Damoclean sword hanging over mankind — until now!

When I was a child, horrific famines were often in the news, in places like Africa and Bangladesh. But many of those same places now have food surpluses, every year. The rising CO2 level is one of the major reasons for that boon..

Ending famine is a VERY Big Deal, comparable to ending war and disease. Compare:

● Covid-19 killed 0.1% of world population.

● 1918 flu pandemic killed about 2%.

● WWII killed about 2.7%.

The near-global drought & famine of 1876-78 killed an estimated 3.7% of the world’s population.

Thankfully, with our current higher CO2 levels and improved climate, that doesn’t happen anymore.

Climate change POLICY has a far more detrimental effect on black communities (and nations) than climate change! The GangGreen Borg has no compunctions about keeping Third World nations in energy poverty, while their policies in the First World drive poor communities of EVERY COLOR into the same!
Far more people will die from not being able to afford heating from skyrocketing energy prices than being without AC in summer, yet the Progressives applauded when Obama said it out loud! There truly are no depths to which these fundamentalist religious zealots will not sink to try and attain their hoped for Heaven on Earth!

“[Biden] Climate change POLICY has a far more detrimental effect on black communities (and nations) than climate change!

I had to modify that a little bit to show that this problem has a name: Joe Biden.

Just about all our problems, CO2-related, or not, have the name Joe Biden.

If you hear of some crisis or another on the news, think “Joe Biden”. Because he is the cause of most of them and his delusional thinking is detrimental to all communities, of every color.

Wyoming Hits the Rare-Earth Mother Lode

If managed wisely, the discovery at Halleck Creek will make the U.S. the world’s indispensable mineral supplier.

The discovery of 2.34 billion metric tons of rare-earth elements near Wheatland, Wyo., signals the beginning of a new era in the competition for the raw materials that power the global economy. If wisely exploited, this find—estimated to be the richest in the world—will give the U.S. an unparalleled economic and geopolitical edge against China and Russia for the foreseeable future.

The lode at Halleck Creek has the potential to make the U.S. the world’s largest processor of the minerals used to make computer chips, smartphones and aircraft engines. Rare earths are fundamental to advanced economic manufacturing. They are also critical in all military technologies, and thus have become central to national security.

Yet traditionally they also were “dirty” to mine. Production tended to leave water pollution, toxic sludge and radioactive elements in its wake. Environmental concerns led U.S. companies to curtail domestic extraction, and as a result China became the world’s largest refiner of rare earths, accounting for as much as 95% of global production and supply in 2023. Despite a recent increase in refining outside China, the U.S., along with other leading manufacturing countries, relies on Chinese rare-earth exports. And reliance has meant vulnerability, as Beijing has used its near monopoly to bolster its own industries and put pressure on competitors.

The Halleck Creek find is reportedly high in two of the most in-demand rare earths, neodymium and praseodymium oxides, both of which are also low in radioactive byproducts. Exploiting the Wyoming find, along with other mines in Arizona and Nevada, could help power a new generation of American manufacturing, ensure a supply of military-critical materials, and further reduce American reliance on trade with China…

“further reduce American reliance on trade with China…”

This is essential. This should be national policy going forward. Trump will make a good start on it, but it will take longer than four years to set our country free from the Chicoms, but Trump will point the way.

So now it’s the black race that’s being adversely impacted by climate change. Does this mean that all other colors, nationalities, religions, and ethnic groups have already had the experience? If so, why haven’t their populations been declining? Or maybe humankind is a lot more resilient than alarmists haven’t noticed or refuse to admit. Most likely this is another hit-or-miss assertion that 95% of the global population greets with derision.

Reply to  Edward Katz

It is an unsubstantiated assertion. They just assume that blacks always get the short end of the stick on everything. Maybe that’s true in some cases, but not with regard to CO2, because there is no evidence CO2 is changing anything for the worse for anyone, much less the black community.

dr. drac (Draconian or Dracula pick your poison) is still lying…. and this is all we can expect from a devoted field operative of “the crazy” who want even a bigger piece of the pie. And as we have seen “the crazy” will lie, cheat, con, commit fraud and destroy to get it.

As a citizen of Pennsylvania: our children suffered, our family owned businesses failed, our mental health system collapsed (with suicides spiking hard in 2021), Opioid dependency, deaths and total disability descended on PA like a curtain of volcanic dust under dr. drac’s reign. Furthermore people didn’t do their jobs, thousands of nurses and doctors were laid off (hospitals were almost empty during pandemic and remain largely empty) and didn’t work but whom taxpayers paid huge sums to not to work, people didn’t get the health care they needed all because of admiral drac .

dr.drac lied straight through the pandemic forcing kids to wear masks in school…. These surgical/cloth masks.. anyone with a brain in their head knew were completely useless with many studies coming out of S. Korea proving it early in the pandemic. Even Fauci admitted he knew the masks were useless.

Climate Change/Pandemic are flip sides of the same coin….. a political power grab by “the crazy”.

Will trust and confidence in our health care system ever be restored? Not until the likes of dr. drac have faded long out of our memory.

dr drac is also stupid…

Everything causes inequity and everything bad including inequity is caused by climate change and, people cause climate change and inequity, therefore people are evil. Conclusion, someone has to fix all the people like dr. drac

So impressive that Joe Biden-his-time, with his immense intellect and penetrating analysis of issues was able to find such a stellar candidate to take on this critical role in the American Administration. Americans should sleep soundly knowing that Biden and folks of similar mental acuity are hard at work making America gratuitously stupid again.
