While I applaud the sentiment in this Tucker segment, the recent Dominion case revelations show him (and Fox) to be a less than honest broker of information and thereby not the best spokesperson for much of anything.
The Dominion Voting Systems civil lawsuit against Fox News will go to trial in April, 2023. Revelations? Yea, but what does the other guy say? It sure looks like a couple of Fox News contributors, Sidney Powell and Rudi Giuliani come to mind, went wild with accusations and theories, but these kinds of lawsuits need to be heard in full and adjudicated…wait for it.
Yup, giving these kooks a platform to exercise their right to free speech was the worst thing that any news organization has ever done. They should have censored themselves. What they did was far worse than the other net works – CNN, CBS, NBC, MSNBC – giving a platform to Adam Schiff, Morning Joe, Brian Stelter, Racheal Maddow and their frequent guests like Brenner, Clapper and many others from the left did with the Trump/Russia disinformation campaign. At least the Fox people recognized that Powell and Rudi where nuts, but in the US even nuts should get to say what they think.

While I applaud the sentiment in this Tucker segment, the recent Dominion case revelations show him (and Fox) to be a less than honest broker of information and thereby not the best spokesperson for much of anything.
The Dominion Voting Systems civil lawsuit against Fox News will go to trial in April, 2023. Revelations? Yea, but what does the other guy say? It sure looks like a couple of Fox News contributors, Sidney Powell and Rudi Giuliani come to mind, went wild with accusations and theories, but these kinds of lawsuits need to be heard in full and adjudicated…wait for it.
Yup, giving these kooks a platform to exercise their right to free speech was the worst thing that any news organization has ever done. They should have censored themselves. What they did was far worse than the other net works – CNN, CBS, NBC, MSNBC – giving a platform to Adam Schiff, Morning Joe, Brian Stelter, Racheal Maddow and their frequent guests like Brenner, Clapper and many others from the left did with the Trump/Russia disinformation campaign. At least the Fox people recognized that Powell and Rudi where nuts, but in the US even nuts should get to say what they think.
Was the election rigged by Dominion machines? Probably not. Was it influenced by the suppression of Hunter’s laptop by the FBI and CIA in concert with Twitter, Facebook, et. al. – you could make a pretty damn good case.
Funny that Nelson Mandela who was idolized by most American politicians said that without a photo ID and other measures an election would not be able to prevent fraud. When one U.S. State sues another U.S. State, the only arbiter is the U.S. Supreme Court. In 2020 many conservative States tried to sue other States for not following voting laws, but the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear the case even though they are obligated to do so. All political. All “Justice” Roberts.
There is a problem with suing states for not following election laws. What’s the remedy? Many of the suits that were tossed out because they were filed after the election. On the other hand, filing before the election has been ruled as premature.

Are the data “adjusted” to increase the alarm level? That’s there too. Is global humidity increasing as CO2 theory demands? The data is there and the answer is no. Are clouds increasing or decreasing? Is the Arctic warming or cooling? It’s warming. Is the Antarctic warming or cooling. Its cooling. How can that be if the effect of CO2 is to warm the globe? Is there a warming zone in the lower troposphere as CO2 theory demands? If you are concerned with rising seas, a British group maintains the Permanent Service for Mean Sea Level which reports so-called tide gauge records going back as far as before Abraham Lincoln was President. Go to PSMSL.com for that. Don’t omit looking at the”other data” button which shows whether the land on which the gauges sit is rising or falling. Are storms increasing or decreasing in number or intensity? Ryan Maue maintains a good database on those questions. Tucker is apparently a pacifist when it comes to the Ukraine war. And there is a growing pacifist streak in the Republican Party, fueled mainly by Tucker Carlson take on the subject, imo.
Pacifists need to answer the question: If we allow Ukraine to be taken over by Putin, then where does Putin stop? Is he satisfied with Ukraine, or does his victory make him want more victories?
Where do Tucker Carlson and the other pacifists draw the line with Putin? If not Ukraine, then where?
Tucker did say a couple of days ago that it would be right to resist Putin if Putin attacked a NATO nation. So Tucker is not a complete pacifist, he is a selective pacifist.
Here’s a clue for the pacifists: Murderous dictators don’t voluntarily stop themselves from conquests. If they are winning, they will continue until they are no longer winning.
Ukraine would be a good place to stop Putin from winning.

I can’t think of any on the left who deal in such obvious nonsense as Tucker Carlson. That’s not to say there are not clowns on the left of course there are…. But some of the stuff he says is so obviously false (as the judge said) and only meant to entertain. It’s amazing and a black mark on the people who support him that any take him seriously.

They’re absolutely devastating to the Dominion arguments – and they’re from Dominion executives. I think you also need to get your news from less biased sources.
Carlson’s response live on air on Nov 20th 2020 was clear and unequivocal. He did not support the Presidents position on the election or the blame on Dominion machines.

Obviously, whoever thought up this disastrous idea has never owned or used a Battery powered lawnmower or chainsaw. They become useless for branches over 4 inches in diameter or lawns larger than one acre. The small ones are convenient for small jobs though. As far as reducing GHG, eliminating Gas powered Chainsaws is about as effective as releasing enough water to lower Lake Mead by one Micrometer to prevent failure of Hoover Dam. May sound like a massive, impressive, tremendous, amount of water though when converted to gallons.
When states do stupid things like this, this is when people go to more sane neighboring states and buy what they want to buy!
