Tucker is not news. Let’s not forget his out clause for a slander lawsuit was for his lawyers to claim….
The “‘general tenor’ of the show should then inform a viewer that [Carlson] is not ‘stating actual facts’ about the topics he discusses and is instead engaging in ‘exaggeration’ and ‘non-literal commentary.’ “
She wrote: “Fox persuasively argues, that given Mr. Carlson’s reputation, any reasonable viewer ‘arrive[s] with an appropriate amount of skepticism’ about the statement he makes.”

And it worked, so it must be true.

So he is hardly the show you want to get on if you want credibility. On the other hand if ratings are what you are after and you want viewers who enjoy light weight entertainment… go for it.

Tucker’s show is the perfect venue. His monologues have become must-watch TV. He moves issue after issue to the front burners (from some obscure, simmering, back-burner where it’s been for years) each and every week. If you think otherwise, you prefer to remain uninformed, or worse, misled.

Very little good has come of Biden’s stolen election. The one dark cloud with a silver lining is the energy mess created by him implementing the Green New Deal. Cancel KXL day one, cancel GOM leases already issued, cancel ANWAR lease process (guaranteeing the Alaska Pipeline will eventually freeze up and become useless), cancel federal land O&G leases. Result in just 18 months sky high gas and natgas prices, and diesel plus heating oil shortages.

Now we have nitwit SoE Granholm begging refiners not to export fuel, 50-60% shortages in New England, and winter coming.

There is one thing Obama got right at the end of his maladministration of endless Afghan war, Unaffordable Care Act, Paris, and Iran. Paraphrasing, “Don’t underestimate Joe’s ability to mess things up.”

That Judge was NOT appointed by Trump.

Who appointed Bruce Reinhart, the Florida magistrate judge who signed off on the controversial raid of former President Trump’s private home?
On Twitter, some people have falsely stated that Reinhart was appointed by Trump. But that’s not true. Magistrate judges in Florida are appointed through a different process.
According to Politico, Trump lawyer Christina Bobb revealed that Reinhart, a magistrate judge, was the official who signed off on the warrant. She also told the news site that agents “removed about a dozen boxes of materials from the property.”
Here’s what you need to know:

Reinhart Was Appointed by Other District Judges

2014-08-20T14:27:14Z
According to Ballotpedia, Reinhart “is a magistrate judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He was appointed to the court on March 19, 2018, and his current term will expire on March 18, 2026.”
He is a graduate of Princeton University. He received a law degree from University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1987, according to Ballotpedia, which said he was an attorney in private practice before becoming a judge.
A press release issued by the U.S. District Court in Florida when Reinhart was appointed to be a magistrate judge gives a lengthy professional biography for him.
It says he was appointed to the position by the court’s “district judges.”

  • Making fracking illegal (despite sitting on a vast store of gas)
  • Closing all nuclear power stations
  • Banning coal
  • Buying 70% of gas from a hostile foreign power
  • Selling all gas storage facilities to that foreign power
  • Watching while that same foreign power fails to fill those storage facilities
  • Letting an ex-chancellor become a director of the foreign power’s gas company
  • Letting that foreign power donate billions of $ to Green activists

Nobody would believe me.

Report Reveals Russia Is Behind Green Energy Propaganda – “Russian Dark Money Funded Green Groups in the West”
Russia is behind much of the propaganda in the West that supports ‘green energy’ and banning fracking. This enables Russia’s dominance in the energy sector.
It is not difficult to see that certain countries would be happy to see the US and European countries step away from fracking and energy independence. Saudi Arabia, Russia, Venezuela and other oil producers are happy to see the US energy-dependent as they are now. This allows these countries to capitalize and provide the oil and gas necessary to keep the US and European economies going. The producers become rich and Americans and Europeans suffer…
_____

Putin is playing chess while Biden is playing Tiddly Winks. He could not be happier than to have had dumb Joe impose his idiotic sanctions. Joe played right into his hands. Europe is screwed thanks to Biden and this isn’t going to be so hot for the US, either, since Joe’s been so busy destroying US energy.
I swear, if Biden were working for Putin, what would he possibly have done any different than exactly what he has done?

Yes, there is lots of evidence of voter fraud in the 2020 election.

All the news media, including Fox News ignore this evidence. That doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.

Enough voter fraud went on in the battleground States to swing the election one way or the other. What we don’t know is for whom the fraudulent votes were cast. If the fraudulent votes were cast for Biden, then Trump actually won that election.

Trump supporters think most of the fraudulent votes were cast for Joe Biden. That’s what I think. We can’t prove it, but we can think it, and this will cause us to pay close attention to the next election.

jkp,
Agree 100% on the stolen election crapola.
If you want to believe that bs, go ahead and delude yourself because you want it to be true.

But for your credibility’s sake, keep it to yourself.
I believe that Biden is the worst president in history with the worst agenda in history by a wide margin.
However, Biden won fair and square by every authentic measure and those that are unable to see that because of wishful thinking or political bias, can’t be expected to consistently apply the principles of the scientific method.

The scientific method requires us to seriously question our own views, not believe them because we want it to be true.

Most of us WANT a different president than BIden. However, he got the most electoral votes fair and square based on all the authentic facts/empirical data and indisputable evidence.

Biden won fair and square by every authentic measure

Now that the Hunter laptop story is finally out, you know the laptop the FBI had for more than a year before the election, 8 in 10 people surveyed think if that had been widely known, the election would have gone to TRUMP!

Yep, there was no thumb on the scale.

And don’t bring up Comey and Hillbillary and the 2016 election. There was more than enough evidence of obstruction of justice with the deletion of 30,000 plus emails, but the DOJ brought all of her coconspirators in and gave them immunity from prosecution. That is why she was never charged during the TRUMP! term.

Yep, there is no bias in the DOJ or FBI, Republicans can get a fair trial in 95% Democrat DC, and the election was fair and square.

  1. Hunter Biden was not running for president .
  2. Where is the story about his laptop? I’d love to read how a crackhead’s laptop would have turned an election. Hell Trump screwing a porn star while his wife was giving birth didn’t change anything so why would Hunters sins matter?
  3. If you are so concerned about Hillary and her emails placing the country in peril, why do you not care about Trump stealing top secret stuff and leaving it strewn around his holiday home?

In addition to the existing evidence of vote harvesting, why are you ignoring the vote process changes made due to the Covid mandates?

Vote process changes coupled with vote harvesting led to the increased voter turnout. How many of them were actually valid using prior to Covid-required process changes?

jkp,

Governors made wholesale changes to voting without the approval of the state legislators in many states including Penn and WI. The US constitution, an agreement made among the states was violated, but when Texas and other states filed suit to stop those illegal changes, the corrupt federal courts dismissed the cases stating Texas didn’t have standing to sue, only the federal government could do so.

Add the fact that the collection of ballots and delivery by someone other than the voter greatly increased the democrat vote. The privacy of the voting booth has been eliminated by the ability of ballot ‘HARVESTORS” to take ballots to people’s houses and “help” them complete the voting process.

I hope you will think a coupe of minutes on these issues.

BTW, in Alaska, the next great scam, ranked choice voting, has allowed Murkowski to again make it on the final ballot, even though she would never have won a Republican primary. A truly conservative state that may well be again represented by a RINO.

It is not an assertion. It is my conviction supported by 4 separate lines of evidence.

  1. Bellweather counties. There are two sets. 3 that go all the way back to Reagan. Trump won all 3. 19 that go back to Bush Gore. Trump won 18 of 19.
  2. Relative Enthusiasm. Again two indicia. One is rally attendance and spontaneous rallies. Biden zero, Trump 100. The other is the actual vote. Trump is the only sitting president since Roosevelt where the second term garnered more votes than the first—by almost 11 million. Even Obama got less second time around.
  3. State specific circumstances. Again there are two. First, in all the swing states there was illegal ballot harvesting as documented by True the Vote and illustrated by the documentary movie 2000 Mules. Second, there were at least one set of state specific peculiar circumstances in each swing state. I will give two examples. Wisconsin has something called ‘indefinitely confined’ which obviates voter ID. In 2018 there were about 80kindedinitely confined ballots. In 2020 it was about 250,000. That means 170k suspect ballots. Pennsylvania SC improperly loosened the requirements for mail in ballots. But not the requirement to request on in writing, the incompetent SoS (later fired for messing up a constitutional amendment on the ballot) posted on her SoS site that about 1.8 million were requested. BUT 2.5 million were counted. That is 700k suspect ballots.
  4. Gaslighting. mSM pretends none of the above is true, and that the stolen election is Trump’s “Big Lie”. They protest too much in tThe face of the above evidence.

Excluded only because cannot easily prove was only a systemic reporting glitch. I can absolutely prove all else. Including Fulton County Georgia, and Detroit in MI, and Maricopa CountyAZ. Just chose the simplest two states as examples.

We are now down to semantics.
It is one thing to assert there was no proven FRAUD. We have secret ballots for a good reason but as a consequence, actual fraud is much more difficult to prove.

However. there is now no denying the “cabal”, as Mollie Ball termed it in her TIME article was a clear instance of a VERY heavy “thumb” on the scales of what should have been a free and fair election.

There were a lot of things put in place under the cloak of a “COVID Emergency” that may (and possibly were not) legal – but should have been illegal.

  • Individuals contributing massive amounts of money under 501C3s they personally controlled to primarily Democrat districts to enhance voter turnout
  • Suspension of voter integrity procedures (unsupervised 24/7 drop boxes, signature matches on mail in ballots, no review of voter rolls, etc
  • Removing GOP poll watchers from election facilities

Add to that the PROBABLE but not provable evidence of irregularities; statistical impossibilities, the stoppage of vote counting simultaneously in the swing states and then the subsequent after midnight dump of ballots for a single candidate.

Then tell the republicans to stop with the insane abortion crap, they are going to create an emotional tidal wave.

Simply state that Kansas got it right, legal abortion up to 15 weeks and allow it to be available.
Or it’s going to be tight.

What Kansas approved was keeping a State Supreme Court opinion in place stating that there is a constitutional right to abortion in the state. Efforts to limit that have been declared unconstitutional and any limits still on the books will be struck down soon. I don’t know if we got it right or wrong, but we have become the regional haven for late-term abortions for any reason.

It’s tempting to let the ‘no fossil fuel’ states suffer the results of their policies, as long as the policy-makers suffer along with everyone else. Which I doubt would happen.
How long would it take to get back to the pre-Biden situation as regards fossil fuel independence?

That is a good question. Probably longer than one might think, given the ease with which Biden reversed Trump energy independence. Old saying, once burned, twice shy.
KXL is never coming back. Enbridge is left with a $15 billion lawsuit against Biden for arbitrary cancellation and a lot of now useless rusting steel pipe.

The US has not been energy independent since the 1940s. That is a myth. We import energy products, so do rely on other nations. Being a net exporter of oil is not independence. No imports is independence.

What RG is missing is the fact that the Democrats have been so successful in stopping the construction of new refineries, that we may import finished products while exporting other products due to that bottleneck.

Crude oil imports of about 6.11 million b/d accounted for about 72% of U.S. total gross petroleum imports in 2021, and non-crude oil petroleum accounted for about 28% of U.S. total gross petroleum imports.

They are two different measures
If there is a supplier that can disrupt your economy by reducing or ending their exports, then your nation is not independent. Canada and Mexico may be friendly, I assume, but they do supply oil that our refineries are using. Please look up the definition of “independent”

That is a terrifying question. It takes energy to produce energy. The developed world’s economy is structured heavily on inexpensive, reliable energy. By damaging just a small part of the system’s ability to produce creates massive disruptions. Disruptions creates scarcity, scarcity begets rationing – a profoundly political process that rewards the Party and punishes all others starting with ideological enemies and burning a path of destruction through the poor and other forms of collateral damage.

People then stop paying their bills and dropping out of any form of valuable productivity, yet demand for goods and services, now politically rationed and even that form of rationing accelerating as reduced productivity creates even more scarcity into critical foundational systems.

Soon the engine stop. I fear that once the engine stops it can’t be restarted because who is going to sacrifice themselves in the form of money and effort to essentially enrich and reward a feckless, corrupt system that views life as expendable and worthless?
