As climate scientists at the Cape Grim Baseline Air Pollution Station, we are routinely asked: does this mean carbon dioxide concentrations in the atmosphere have fallen?
The answer, disappointingly, is no. Throughout the pandemic, atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO₂) levels continued to rise.

The road ahead
It’s clear COVID-19 has not solved the climate change problem. But this fact helps us understand the magnitude of change required if we’re to stabilise the global climate system.
The central aim of the Paris climate agreement is to limit global warming to well below 2℃, and pursue efforts to keep it below 1.5℃. To achieve this, global CO₂ emissions must decline by 3% and 7% each year, respectively, until 2030, according to the United Nations Emissions Gap Report.
Thanks to COVID-19, we may achieve this reduction in 2020. But to lock in year-on-year emissions reductions that will be reflected in the atmosphere, we must act now to make deep, significant and permanent changes to global energy and economic systems.

The following is a scolding from the United Nations, explaining what we naughty children have to do to get back onto the CO2 emissions path the UN has set out for us.
5. Dramatic strengthening of the NDCs is needed in 2020. Countries must increase their NDC ambitions threefold to achieve the well below 2°C goal and more than fivefold to achieve the 1.5°C goal.
- The ratchet mechanism of the Paris Agreement foresees strengthening of NDCs every five years. Parties to the Paris Agreement identified 2020 as a critical next step in this process, inviting countries to communicate or update their NDCs by this time. Given the time lag between policy decisions and associated emission reductions, waiting until 2025 to strengthen NDCs will be too late to close the large 2030 emissions gap.
- The challenge is clear. The recent IPCC special reports clearly describe the dire consequences of inaction and are backed by record temperatures worldwide along with enhanced extreme events.
- Had serious climate action begun in 2010, the cuts required per year to meet the projected emissions levels for 2°C and 1.5°C would only have been 0.7 per cent and 3.3 per cent per year on average. However, since this did not happen, the required cuts in emissions are now 2.7 per cent per year from 2020 for the 2°C goal and 7.6 per cent per year on average for the 1.5°C goal. Evidently, greater cuts will be required the longer that action is delayed.
- Further delaying the reductions needed to meet the goals would imply future emission reductions and removal of CO2 from the atmosphere at such a magnitude that it would result in a serious deviation from current available pathways. This, together with necessary adaptation actions, risks seriously damaging the global economy and undermining food security and biodiversity.

So the first part is saying that the global lockdowns didn’t slow CO2 increases, but they then go on to say that further action along these lines will. Doesn’t make any sense.

Record temperatures worldwide? Not in my world where we are having one of the cooler summers. And not in your world, either. You are just making it up when you claim CO2 is causing record temperatures worldwide and then you go and claim you can see CO2’s fingerprint in extreme weather events.
The Earth has been warmer than today, with less CO2 in the atmosphere, and we can find a severe weather event in history equal to or greater than any current extreme weather event, again, with less CO2 in the atmosphere than now.
It is a LIE to claim the Earth is experiencing unprecedented warmth or weather. It’s is an even bigger LIE to claim any of this is instigated by CO2 concentrations.
The Authoritarians at the UN have no problem lying, as they are doing here, if it gets them to their goal.

After this is all over, we need a formal investigation into the efforts to suppress the use of HCQ. It looks to me like it was not done because of the science, but was a political/money move on the part of some in the government.
No telling how many lives could have been saved had HCQ been treated fairly. And this situation is ongoing. It’s a real scandal.

That’s about right. The censors of Wuhan virus information are hard at work.
Maybe Anthony should published the whole letter on this website so everyone can access it. It really is an important critique of the HCQ treatment and demonstrates that the treatment is effective if given within five to seven days of the initial detection of infection by the Wuhan virus.
The letter really deserves a big discussion.
The first thing I will do if infected by the Wuhan virus is to get the HCQ treatment. At present, 43 U.S. states have banned the use or prescribing of HCQ for the Wuhan virus, just because the FDA suddernly changed their stance from allowing it to be used to calling it a dangerous drug, without any evidence that it is dangerous. When the Ohio Health Department banned HCQ a few weeks ago, they immediately got over 1,400 complaints from the general public in one day. The governor of Ohio overruled the Health Department and is now going to allow HCQ to be prescribed for the Wuhan virus. People are paying attention to HCQ.,
I think all these doctors that are unhappy with the government policy on HCQ should gather together and file a lawsuit against the FDA under the new “Right to Try” law that President Trump signed into law less than a year ago, which gives patients the right to try any drug available that might help their condition, and FDA approval of the drug is not required. The decision is left up to the doctor and the patient, as it should be.
The “Right to Try” law ought to apply to HCQ also.
The doctors need to file this suit. A patient could file this suit, and I persoally would file such a suit if I needed HCQ and couldn’t get it, but filing a lawsuit after discovering you have Wuhan virus won’t help much because of the time the lawsuit takes to work through the courts. So the doctors need to file suit now and get the ball rolling.
I read where 12 healthy college football players have been diagnosed with heart and lung inflamation even after they successfully weathered the Wuhan virus.
The doctors are focusing their treatments on people who are at high risk of dying from Wuhan virus (over 65 years old, obese), but it might also be a good idea to give everyone, including children, the HCQ treatment as soon as the infection is detected, in order to ward off the complications that might follow an infection.
The Wuhan virus is a nasty disease. Getting it out of the body as soon as possible would benefit everyone. The HCQ treatment gets the Wuhan virus out of the body in six to nine days.

GERMAN OFFICIAL LEAKS REPORT DENOUNCING CORONA AS ‘A GLOBAL FALSE ALARM’

Germany’s federal government and mainstream media are engaged in damage control after a report that challenges the established Corona narrative leaked from the interior ministry.
Some of the report key passages are:
• The dangerousness of Covid-19 was overestimated: probably at no point did the danger posed by the new virus go beyond the normal level.
• The people who die from Corona are essentially those who would statistically die this year, because they have reached the end of their lives and their weakened bodies can no longer cope with any random everyday stress (including the approximately 150 viruses currently in circulation).
• Worldwide, within a quarter of a year, there has been no more than 250,000 deaths from Covid-19, compared to 1.5 million deaths [25,100 in Germany] during the influenza wave 2017/18.
• The danger is obviously no greater than that of many other viruses. There is no evidence that this was more than a false alarm.
• A reproach could go along these lines: During the Corona crisis the State has proved itself as one of the biggest producers of Fake News.
So far, so bad. But it gets worse.
The report focuses on the “manifold and heavy consequences of the Corona measures” and warns that these are “grave”.
More people are dying because of state-imposed Corona-measures than they are being killed by the virus.
The reason is a scandal in the making:
A Corona-focused German healthcare system is postponing life-saving surgery and delaying or reducing treatment for non-Corona patients.
BERLIN IN DENIAL MODE. THE SCIENTISTS FIGHT BACK.
Initially, the government tried to dismiss the report as “the work of one employee”, and its contents as “his own opinion” – while the journalists closed ranks, no questions asked, with the politicians.
But the 93-pages report titled “Analysis of the Crisis Management” has been drafted by a scientific panel appointed by the interior ministry and composed by external medical experts from several German universities.
The report was the initiative of a department of the interior ministry called Unit KM4 and in charge with the “Protection of critical infrastructures”.
This is also where the German official turned whistleblower, Stephen Kohn, work(ed), and from where he leaked it to the media.
The authors of the report issued a joint press release already on Mai 11th, berating the government for ignoring expert advice, and asking for the interior minister to officially comment upon the experts joint statement:
“Therapeutic and preventive measures should never bring more harm than the illness itself. Their aim should be to protect the risk groups, without endangering the availability of medical care and the health of the whole population, as it is unfortunately occurring”
“We in the scientific and medical praxis are experiencing the secondary damages of the Corona-measures on our patients on a daily basis.”
“We therefore ask the Federal Ministry of the Interior, to comment upon our press release, and we hope for a pertinent discussion regarding the [Corona] measures, one that leads to the best possible solution for the whole population”
At the time of writing, the German government had yet to react.
But the facts are – sadly – vindicating the medical experts’ worries.
On Mai 23 the German newspaper Das Bild titled: “Dramatic consequences of the Corona-Measures: 52,000 Cancer Ops delayed.”
Inside, a leading medical doctor warns that “we will feel the side-effects of the Corona crisis for years”.
SHOOTING THE WHISTLEBLOWER. IGNORING THE MESSAGE.
As Der Spiegel reported on Mai 15th: “Stephen Kohn [the whistleblower] has since been suspended from duty. He was advised to obtain a lawyer and his work laptop was confiscated.”
Kohn had originally leaked the report on May 9th to the liberal-conservative magazine Tichys Einblick one of Germany’s most popular alternative media outlets.
News of the report went mainstream in Germany during the second week of Mai – but already in the third week media and politicians alike stopped discussing the issue by refusing to comment upon it.
Emblematic was the approach taken by Günter Krings, the representative for Interior Minister Horst Seehofer – the whistleblower’s boss:
Asked if he would treat the document seriously, Krings replied:
“If you start analyzing papers like that, then pretty soon you’ll be inviting the guys with the tin foil hats to parliamentary hearings.”
Men in tin foil hats – Aluhut in German – is a term used to describe people who believe in conspiracy theories.
Indeed one article by Der Spiegel addressing the Corona protest movement and the consequences of the leaked report contained the word “conspiracy” no fewer than 17 times!
And no discussions of the issues raised by the report itself.
Outside Germany the news has virtually gone unreported.
THE PROTEST MOVEMENT – OR “CORONA-REBELLION”.
Germans begun demonstrating against Lockdowns as early as April.
And thousands of citizens keep showing up at demos every week-end, even as the government is easing the restrictions.
The demos are not merely against restrictions, which have actually been comparatively mild compared to many other Western countries.
The demos question the entire Corona Narrative, and even more its principals, especially the role Bill Gates is playing, as the WHO second biggest donor (the first one since Trump suspended U.S. contribution).
Indeed the biggest such demos took place in Stuttgart on May 9th, where tens of thousands people assembled to say no – to the NWO.
Germans are saying no to any Orwellian solution the government might one day impose out of a questionable “emergency status”, from mass surveillance Apps to mandatory vaccinations.
The leaked report has proved their fears to be well founded.
At least as far as the fake nature of the “Corona pandemic” is concerned.

Why did New York have so many deaths from Covid-19? Because New York Governor Cuomo ordered state nursing homes to take in 4,500 patients with Covid-19, the Associated Press reported. These patients infected other nursing home residents, resulting in many more deaths. Cuomo issued the order to nursing homes and other assisted living centers on March 25, 2020 according to AP. He did not reverse that policy until May 11.

Conclusion
Since the start of the pandemic, physicians have used hydroxychloroquine to treat symptomatic COVID-19 infections, as well as for prophylaxis. Initial results were mixed as indications and doses were explored to maximize outcomes and minimize risks. What emerged was that hydroxychloroquine appeared to work best when coupled with azithromycin. In fact, it was the President of the United States who recommended to you publicly at the beginning of the pandemic, in early March, that you should consider early treatment with hydroxychloroquine and a “Z-Pack.” Additional studies showed that patients did not seem to benefit when COVID-19 infections were treated with hydroxychloroquine late in the course of the illness, typically in a hospital setting, but treatment was consistently effective, even in high-risk patients, when hydroxychloroquine was given in a “cocktail” with azithromycin and, critically, zinc in the first 5 to 7 days after the onset of symptoms. The outcomes are, in fact, dramatic.
As clearly presented in the McCullough article from Baylor, and described by Dr. Vladimir Zelenko, the efficacy of the HCQ cocktail is based on the pharmacology of the hydroxychloroquine ionophore acting as the “gun” and zinc as the “bullet,” while azithromycin potentiates the anti-viral effect. Undeniably, the hydroxychloroquine combination treatment is supported by science. Yet, you continue to ignore the “science” behind the disease. Viral replication occurs rapidly in the first 5 to 7 days of symptoms and can be treated at that point with the HCQ cocktail. Rather, your actions have denied patients treatment in that early stage. Without such treatment, some patients, especially those at high risk with co-morbidities, deteriorate and require hospitalization for evolving cytokine storm resulting in pneumonia, respiratory failure, and intubation with 50% mortality. Dismissal of the science results in bad medicine, and the outcome is over 160,000 dead Americans. Countries that have followed the science and treated the disease in the early stages have far better results, a fact that has been concealed from the American Public.
