Just read a report that Snow Dragon is stuck in the icepack and Aurora is ordered to maintain station and standby for more “rescue” operations before returning to Australia.

Lov that “Coober Pedy” accent! 😉
I think those Climate Nobel Laureate Ponzi Schemer Quacks might want to phone Al Gore for help. Though they wont have enough Quids to exchange for Oil-Dollars that Al lovs so much (ask Al-Jazerra).

Not sure I agree with Photoshop mockery.
There are plenty of authentic reasons to mock them, after all.

Excellent! The end of this cult of warmism will come when everyone laughs at them and their preposterous ideas.

OK, I have decided their is gold in them thar green hills and I have decided to build an E-Commerce site to promote my latest eco-invention, a “Personal Carbon Converter” I mean, why wait for my chance for a Government sponsored fat-cat salary when I can simply pitch a product that does precisely what the devoted want?
So here is how it works, your PCC will automatically absorb carbon (aka CO2) on contact with this noxious vapour, and convert it to oxygen which as far as I know is not yet considered to be an insidious “greenhouse” gas.
And, depending on the model you purchase, it can also produce a variety of eco-friendly food!
Just add water and an idiot with a valid credit card to begin to get your share of the AGW gravy (affiliate programme beginning soon).
And all you have to do to run your PCC is add water, my future is assured, I am off to the Antarctic to make my first franchisee pitch.

What a great use of CG art.
There is a crown missing. It should read, “Emperor visits penguins; dons clothes as temperatures decline, sea ice expands; compassed by reality, abandons ship.”

I am in total agreement with PS mockery. These jokers deserve all the ridicule they get, they show no compassion for the people living in fuel poverty thanks to their crackpot theories.

There is no harm in having a little fun, after all, they did earn the embarrassment. Great cartoon!

You have to love mockery. The ones who can’t abide it are the one who need it most.

An entire season of real science ruined by these AGW propaganda seeking hysterics?
“Three icebreakers weren’t able to rescue this Professor of Climate Change. At least one of those icebreakers was interrupted delivering vital supplies to other scientists. Here’s what hydrologist Joe McConnell told a journalist via e-mail:
The Australian ice breaker Aurora Australis was here at Casey [Station, Antarctica] in the process of unloading the coming year’s supplies for the station, as well as a number of researchers and their science gear for this summer’s activities, when the emergency response request was issued. The Australians shut down the unloading very quickly and left within a few hours after the request arrived but only about a third of the resupply was completed and a lot of that science gear was still on board. …
The short- and long-term impacts on the Australian science program are pronounced as you can imagine and I understand it is the same for both the Chinese and French programs since their icebreakers were diverted, too. I’ll be sitting down to New Year’s Eve dinner in a few minutes with a number of Australian researchers including the director of the Australian Antarctic Division Tony Fleming – many of these guys can’t complete the research they’ve been planning for years because some or all of their science gear still is on the Aurora. [bold added]”

Sadly the aurora was on an urgent resupply mission for the aussie antarctic base when it was diverted for these clowns.

You are pathetic. Stupidity deserves mockery in fact it earns it. In the end it may be the one thing that saves another 30,000 lives a year in the UK alone.

I can see no end to the deserved mocking of those self-serving liars at the Guardian.
Keep it up Josh et al.
Journalists…. they call themselves. ha!
some more to try in the banner…
“Making the ship wait here while we take this self-serving photo-op…Ignoring that pesky panic stricken captain who is afraid of a little ice. He must be one of those DENIERS. He can wait… pass the weed man.”

It’s always a pleasure to see Josh’s work!
These environmentalist need to grow up. Even the Judge here blew my mind.
http://www.icenews.is/2014/01/01/elves-delay-iceland-road-building-project/
Elf advocates and environmentalists have joined forces in Iceland to stop a large-scale road project that was due to take place in a region where elves are believed to live.
A judge ruled that the highway project be cancelled because there is a chance elves could be living on the barren landscape it was going to take place on.
Elf advocates and environmentalists have been doing everything they can to make the Icelandic Road and Coastal Commission change its mind about the controversial road.
The road would have run from Reykjavik to the Alftanes peninsula. The landscape between the capital and the peninsula is home to an elf church, and campaigners think elves may live there.
The Friends of Lava campaign got so much support that the project has been put on hold until Iceland’s Supreme Court rules on the issue. The group claims the road-building project would have an environmental and cultural impact, including impacting the lives of the elves.

Brings new insight into the old term; “off with the pixies”

Stephen Richards, I bow to no-one in my contempt for these polar failures. I’ve mocked them here and I’ve mocked them there and I’ve mocked them on the Guardian (although strangely I can’t find the evidence now).
But I have mocked them for what they have done. Not for what I imagine they might have done.
There is a difference.

Off topic curiosity.
This big storm in the NE USA is suppsed to suck a huge mass of cold air from the North polar region down through Canada. Does that not mean that a (relatively) warmer air mass will be sucked into the North polar rgion behind it?
I want to watch the JAXA and see if it has an anomylous drop in the next three weeks. Incoming Russian? air wouldn’t really be warm, but maybe less cold.

Well, that’s a new tactic. Copying the Guardian’s Komment Macht Frei censor message on skeptics blogs in the hope of awakening the impression that skeptics run a comment extermination camp like the leftists at the Guardian. Don’t think it’ll work though. But all else has failed, why not try this, hmm?

Can’t your pensioners just leave the country, re-enter it pretending to be Arabs, and get free stuff from the government?
