The Tuesday Titter – Mannte's Inferno

Heh, I saw this last night, and I made a screencap early on but decided not to comment about it. But since Tom Nelson has put it out there, I thought maybe I should bring attention to it now.

Dr. Michael Mann sure has interesting and entertaining Facebook friends, at least the ones that are allowed to comment.

Heh, Kelly Anspaugh, (PhD in Twentieth Century Literature and Literary Theory) climate expert, please tell us how you really feel.

Tom Nelson reminds us of this other gem from Dr. Mann’s Facebook page:

One person’s maggot is another’s friend I suppose.

“Thoughtful discussion?” That would be a first if it happened.
“Intellectual bankruptcy.” Excellent self-analysis.
“Climate change denial zealotry” I suppose it means something, perhaps a troll could explain.

HArd to blame him for comments made by others as these threads get pretty nasty too, that said, the comments he has made himself mirror the sentiment.

Denail, denialists… they just love those words don’t they. Just what exactly do they think we deny?

Ha, ha, ha: Dante’s hell. Oh well at least Fred,My Lord and Anthony will have lots of company, including me, gladly. Funny how the alarmists think that God is a warmist. I have not met one alarmist who even believes in God. I am always accused if being a Creationist in the derogatory sense. My belief in a higher power has to do with “What happened before the big bang, and before that before as well!)

For Kelly Anspaugh, perhaps so!

” (PhD in Twentieth Century Literature and Literary Theory) ” – With that PhD, would that not make them more learned than Michael Mann?
So, sad to say, I guess they are a climate expert.

The “believers” are not interested in real scientific discussion because the real science is showing that CO2 is not the driving factor behind the warming but such a conclusion will halt the funding gravy train. I’ve tried on numerous occasions to engage in discussions at other sites, politely, with facts, but have not passed moderation, while the sycophants continue with their slobbering adoration for the “hosts”. What a travesty.

Hahaha, at last this whole AGW-hoodoo-voodoo-science was a definitely a cult. And not more. Our Mr. Anspaugh just proofed that.

In Mann’s case, “thoughtful discussion” is synonomous with verbal vomit.

Well, Dr. Michael Mann and Kelly Anspaugh, after over 15 years with no warming (any slight trends in data sets less than error range) we know who the true denialists are, so why talk about yourself?
The next possible La Nina looks like extending this another year too.

“Kelly Anspaugh, (PhD in Twentieth Century Literature and Literary Theory) climate expert”
Small wonder that nobody takes my opinions seriously on the energy flow of the environment. My degrees are only in Applied Mathematics, Chemistry, and Chemical Physics. 🙁

More flattery thanks, the mann and his accolades do great service in the battle against ignorance, if they did not exist we would have had to invent them, otherwise there would be so little entertainment from the cult.
If the manic energy shows signs of flagging, be sure to tweet words of encouragement and admiration to the mann, he really is on the side of the angels.
Mann, Loony Lew, Trenberth and Hansen way too funny.

I too have a degree in literature, but I have enough curiosity to read some science papers, and enough brains to understand what I’m reading. Kelly Anspaugh should try that sometime.
They are condemned by their own foul language and polluted thoughts.
Pure projection from Michael Mann, too!

Keeping with the Dante theme, I think “CAGW heretic” is more descriptive and appropriate than “denier” or “denialist.”

The climate is in denial. 30% more CO2 and zero warming. Send it to hell!

December 18, 2012 12:17 pm

I think at this point that Mann & fellow zealots are so busy defending an untenable position that they have already passed the insanity event horizon and are accelerating. Perhaps they are about to disappear from normal space/ time?

Is Kelly Anspaugh’s PHD literature speciality in comic books? That seem to be his level of thinking and commentary.

The fun thing is that the Big bang theory was first proposed by I think a Belgian cleric and was at the time rejected by the materialists as they saw it as a sneaky attempt to smuggle divine creation into cosmology.

“Climate of Fear” – they appear to be the ones actually living in one, complete with its own rarefied atmosphere. It’s always fun to watch egos burst.

Interesting …. Apparently our friend Dr. Anspaugh got fired for verbally assaulting a collegue who didn’t toe the party line on AGW .

So Mann calls Kelly Anspaugh’s comment “thoughtful discussion”. (Yes, I know, the Mann comment is not directly related to Kelly Anspaugh’s comment. But as Kelly Anspaugh is one of the anoynted ones I think he counts as “thoughful” contributor in Mann’s book.)
Now WHO IS Kelly Anspaugh?
Looks like he was an English teacher who wanted to correct the science teacher’s position about Global Warming:
(Kelly Anspaugh’s account of what happened to him)

I guess English teachers are knowledgable enough about climate science to count as “thoughtful contributors” for Michael Mann.

Eight Circle [Fraud]: panderers & seducers; simonists; diviners, astrologers & magicians; barrators; hypocrites; thieves; fraudulent counselors; sowers of scandal and schism; falsifiers of metal, persons, coins, worlds.
Any party involving Christopher Monckton and Anthony Watts sounds too good to miss whatever the venue!

Dang, Anthony, you and Moncton and Singer get your own special circle of hell, and I don’t even get a T-shirt? Is there no justice in this world?
