So much has been going on this week, and today especially, that I almost forgot that Willis Eschenbach has a very special birthday today.
Since Willis contributes a great deal here, I want to give him my thanks and well wishes, and hope that you will also.
65? Yikes. Not only are you eligible to live in Florida, sweat pants are mandatory.
Feb 17, 1947:
Voice of America begins broadcasts to Russia to fight the propaganda of the Soviet Union and other countries.
And another voice that would in time speak out against propaganda was born.
Happy Birthday!
Happy B’day Willis! And keep up the great work through many more.

Happy Birthday Willis. I also provide you with a gift. To compliment your Earth Thermostat hypothesis I have written down some original thoughts I have developed over the past few years. This is a quick first draft but hopefully conveys my ideas well enough to be understood.
There are billions and billions of stars. There are untold numbers of planets. These planets come in many sizes and compositions. Their surface topography, atmospheric composition, gravitational strength, distance from their sun are varied and many. Amongst all these vastly numerous and different planets you will by chance have some that contains a quality of its various surface components that allows the planet to maintain a relatively stable temperature. One such planet is Earth, and for at least 10 percent of Earths life, it has acquired and retained this quality of stable temperature, and allowed life to engage, strive and survive.
Warmists deny that the conditions I have just described are possible, for if they did, they would have to admit that CAWG is not possible or at least not likely.

Happy (if belated) birthday wishes to you, Willis.

Happy Birthday Willis! Keep up the great work.
Willis:
First time I have to accuse you of FRAUD! You look about 45 in the videos. (Have you been doing this gig for that long? 20 years?)
Well, a tribute to wild women, wild living, and wild thinking! Keeps you young at heart.
Just don’t let the AWG coyotes ever catch up with you. (Beep Beep..)

Happy Birthday!!
Or, as we say it overhere: Van harte gefeliciteerd met je verjaardag!!
Willis so sorry to point out to you a typo so close to your special day?
“embarrassed … it’s true, I’m 65 today.” Surely you mean 25 🙂
Best wishes and no squashed tomato’s
Happy Birthday Willis. Your analyses are my favorite part of WUWT.
Happy birthday Willis. Keep strong and fighting.

Willis,
Happy Birthday from another northern California mountain boy (now stuck in The Big Valley). Trailing in your wake by only five years and enjoying WUWT everyday. Can’t wait for your next post. Stay tall in the saddle and keep raking them with your spurs.
Happy birthday Willis.
Keep up the good work!
Happy Birthday, Willis – keep stirring things up :).
Happy Birthday Willis, keep knocking them out of the ballpark!
Happy (belated) Birthday, Willis!
65? Ya gotta be joking, I had you down for 50 ± 5!
Keep cracking on, and many happy returns.
Over the course of this past year, you have experienced many things, Willis; accusations of “Crimes Against Humility” and the particularily odious offence of “not being nice” are 2 that come to mind.
Birthdays are great because they’re a time to leave all that and start with a clean slate and a fresh step.
Happy Birthday
Happy Birthday! Enjoy Medicare……
Very Happy Birthday Willis!
Have whole thumbs
No need for Tums
DeSmog has crashed and burned
Here’s to the wonderful, chaotic Global Temperature Control System, and your excellent writing in working to make its manifold elements clear to us!
Happy Birthday Willis. Always enjoy your contributions here at WUWT.
Thanks for helping bring some sanity back to planet Earth.
Happy birthday, Willis —- and many more!

Happy Birthday Willis, I have read a very good book that says: “Life starts at 65” in Dutch, hope it still is available in the US. Original title: “Let’s Rejoin the Human Race”, Joseph H. Peck, Prentice Hall. The Dutch translation is already from 1966…
