How interesting that it has now risen to this level. Climategate? Quel Climategate?
This is a Radio Canada (RDI) reporter doing a live standup on CBC. That’s always a tough gig, I’ve done hundreds and you never know what the public around you is going to do.
Once I had to shove a person out of the shot who was grabbing for the microphone.
This of course is mild by comparison, but funny nonetheless.

Paul….It should be a clue to many Canadians who are following this thread that CBC (left-wing) is breaking the story before CTV (right-wing)……The right-wing has been controlling the country….
Boy, you sure do have a strange definition of the ‘right-wing. I suppose that if one is a teeny weeny bit to the right of the far left (which pretty much sums up most of the country), they could be referred to as ‘right-wing’ but that would be stretch in the redefinition department in my books.

Here is another example of the very latest one sided climate change reporting by CBC.
His final comment that “Fortunately. climate science stands on a firm footing of rigorous resersch and appropriately skeptical peer review …” shows that he is completely out of tune with the e-mails and the seriousness of the problem . Yet he is supposed to be the main science reporter for a publically funded network representing all Canadians . It is time to make changes at CBC
Re: Vern (05:35:48)
Bear in mind that in the current minority situation, it is important to the Conservatives that the NDP appear to be threatening the Liberals. CTV has a complicated job. Haven’t you noticed Tom Clark proudly wearing his orange tie with a coy smile?

He’s doing almost as well as Duffy did, but Duff was the master! (…hence the golden handshake).
With regard to the song parody “Hide the Decline,” think there’s any truth to the rumor that Tommy James “Draggin’ the Line” is now one of the most popular tunes on the Penn State campus right now?
Ah, Dr. Mann. One lousy little mistake more than 20 years ago – corrupt data, screwed-to-death methodology, a “Chicken Little” response – and now you’re exposed as having been in on more than two decades’ worth of fraud that’s not only going to get you blackballed out of your profession (and all those retractions the journal editors are going to have to publish…) but almost certainly sent to prison for criminal activities including conspiracy.
They’re talking about invoking the RICO statutes. Isn’t that nice? Couldn’t happen to a nicer guy.
And we haven’t even gotten to the civil damages. Imagine Carl Sagan’s voice: “BILL-yuns and BILL-yuns….”
