I feel we need to start scaring the hell out of the people who perpetrated this crime so they know how it feels when they scare the hell out of our children with their crap.
If our government doesn’t prosecute these people who are guilty of fraud and deceiving the entire world, then I am going to call for a Public Grand Jury to be formed which the people themselves can initiate in order to prosecute these criminals. We do not need our government to take the lead on this, we can do it ourselves. We are talking about 79 billion dollars of our tax payer money spent so far on their junk science and the biggest scientific fraud ever played on us.
The last time a public grand jury was formed was in Arkansas to indict President Bill Clinton for his Monica Lewinsky sex scandal. Michael Man’s trial can be held in Philadelphia, the Cradle of Liberty, where he works. Screw our government, we will do this ourselves. It’s all legal under common law.
First, a grand jury, as is the case of any other types of jury, is a jury assembled of people from the general public. This is what makes a jury public. Indict means for a grand jury to decide that there is enough evidence to bring an accused before the court to answer the charges.

Today I became simply nonfunctional due to frustrations over the state of humanity. The kind of behavior exposed by the CRU files runs rampant in current society, and I deal with that kind of BS almost every day.
While readers here are probably like me, seeking truth and a better world, I’ve found there are often two ways to approach an issue. What blows is when those “on the other side” take the low road. (e.g. they don’t respond, obfuscate, or simply lie).
That aside, my main point is that humor does help. Saw the SNL skit live. I laughed and thought of Anthony right away – even if I was half asleep. It’s definitely better when I’m cogent. The “Hide the Decline” thing is great rock’n roll with funny modern lyrics. I dug it (an did a little boogie).

We are not the only ones with problems in political extremists.
Australia Post created a stamp with a picture of the Prime Minister of Australia, Kevin Rudd.
The stamp was not sticking to envelopes. This enraged the Prime Minister, who demanded a full investigation.
After a month of testing and spending of $1.73 million, a special commission presented the following findings:
1. The stamp is in perfect order.
2. There is nothing wrong with the adhesive.
3. People are spitting on the wrong side of the stamp.

I’ve just posted at Jeff Id’s blog – they should sell this as a track on iTunes (it’s possible through web companies). It would be TERRIFIC if this song was ‘Number 1′ in the pop charts around the world as the Alarmists had their jamboree in Copenhagen!
Maybe some of the proceeds going to our tireless blog heroes (no names mentioned).
It would be a ‘protest’ song to go down in history!
Thomas: thanks for the pointer to the Hitler clip. Anthony Hopkins probably didn’t dream that scene would be used for generations.
And for perhaps the first and last time someone cleverlly made Hitler the good guy. The usual parody would have shown Hitler, as Phil Jones, raving about the leak of the material and furious about McIntyre, etc.
I thought the best line was “Won’t somebody please think of the children?” at 3:07. That is about the only cliche we hadn’t heard yet in this CRU mess.
There is a last ditch effort by AGW to save the day ie: 2m rises in sea levels caps melting much worse than thought, hotter than ever etc. Cursory look at CT DMI ice, UHA and even GISStemp! etc absolute lies. However these exaggerated stories only HELP the skeptics cause long term so don’t you worry, in fact the more of these stories the better… LOL

What has the Salt Lake Tribune reported on Climate Gate? Nothing.
Right, wrong, or indifferent, Climate Gate is newsworthy.
Instead, three days of pro-agw editorials from guest writers, and then today the big one.
The Trib now takes the official position that re: whether the earth is warming and whether the change is manmade, “that debate is over.”
Specifically, “But arguing over whether the Earth’s climate is warming and whether humans are the cause is useless. That debate is over. It continues only in the minds of doubters like Gov. Gary Herbert and Utah legislators like Rep. Mike Noel, R-Kanab.”
