“Climate: The Movie”
And stark reality.

Heavier electric cars are blamed for the £16 billion cost of Britain’s pothole plague as crumbling roads reach ‘breaking point’
the growing crisis was being fuelled by ‘increased average vehicle weights on a deteriorating network’.

This includes more than 1 million electric vehicles (EVs) — three times the number in 2019 — now on the roads. EVs cause twice as much stress on tarmac because they greatly outweigh their petrol or diesel equivalents.

Heavy batteries in large models can weigh more than a ton.”

So, that’s £16billion plus all the tax breaks, incentives etc etc

Instead of a gasoline tax for road maintenance, there should be a tire tax. Since the heavier EV’s eat up tires quicker, they need to replace them sooner and hence would get hit with the tax apportionately.

Or how about a flat rate “user pays” fee for per mile or km traveled by every passenger vehicle broadly categorized by weight.

No differentiation by engines, drivetrains, tailpipe emissions, body shape, seats, etc etc

No. That’s exactly what they want

is planning to use traffic cameras that enforce the ultra-low emission zone (ULEZ) in London to help run a future “pay-as-you drive” scheme, according to reports.

We already pay more than enough in taxes and charges for the roads. Every penny goes towards green crap.

Correct. We don’t want big brother monitoring how, when and where we drive.

We have Vehicle Excise Duty for roads.

EVs are currently tax free

And all that extra tire “dust” will add to air pollution.

Here in Alberta they announced $200 per year extra fee when you register the Ev, a start

Story tip: How Mad Are They?

The heat index—how hot it feels—is rising faster than temperature: Study

…on some extreme days, what the temperature feels like is between 8 and 11 F (5 to 6 C) hotter than it would be without climate change

On July 23, 2023, he calculated that the heat index was 75 C, or 167 F. Global warming accounted for 12 F (6 C) of that heat index, he said.

“It sounds completely insane,” Romps said. “It’s beyond the physiological capacity of a young, healthy person to maintain a standard core temperature. We think it’s hyperthermic but survivable.”

Heat index is a function of humidity vs temperature.

So this guy has created a FAKE heat table to give bigger numbers.

On the weather.gov chart 40%RH and 110F gives 136.

On his adjusted.fake chart 40%RH and 110F gives 148.

How “climate science” of him !!

“The heat index—how hot it feels—is rising faster than temperature: Study”

That’s ridiculous. Humidity levels and the temperature combined, equal the heat index.

The heat index is related to how much humidity is in the air, so the heat index cannot rise faster than the temperatures, it rises with an increase in either the humidity, or the temperature, or both. Presenting the heat index as separate from temperature/humidity is a distortion of reality.

Expect this to be the next “THING” from the Mass Misinformation Media MSM…

… especially as the current El Nino drops away.

No, we leave those to people like Al Gore. !

This one actually relies of FACTS, MEASUREMENTS and REALITY.

Don’t watch it… your tiny beetroot-like mind will not cope with that much real science.

Passing judgement on a movie before you’ve even watched it Warren? I don’t think people who review movies for a living even do that. The responsible thing to do is to watch it first and then come back here a attempt to debunk its contents — if you can.

You should watch the first film

The Great Global Warming Swindle – Full Documentary HD (youtube.com)

… and try and put a coherent science-based argument against anything in the video.

You have been an utter failure on any science so far… I can’t see that ever changing.

PS Since Fox started “foxweather”, they’ve never allowed comments.
All the foxweather stories might as well have come from “The Storm Channel” (previously known as “The Weather Channel”. Unlike a winter storm front, they’ve earned the new name.)

John Clauser says that clouds absorb nothing and only reflect. Around 49% of the total solar heating effect is in the near infrared, do clouds reflect all of that?
