Yet here we are today and the UKMET published a real forecast of 40C not in 2050, but in 2022 for July 19th. Being off by 28 years isn’t exactly something to be proud of though.
Are we discussing actual temperatures or inner city temperatures with UHI effect on top of that? Even if central London reaches 40C, we all know the actual temperatures outside of those concrete canyons will be about 2-3C lower on average. Lets not get panicky, eh?
40C anywhere. With or without UHI. BTW…the UHI effect is real. Don’t conflate it with the UHI bias which is a related, but different concept. The UHI bias is not in play here because gridding and averaging is not in play. The 40C I’m speaking of is for any observation from any station in the UK.
London is 500 years into a 10,000 year summer warming trend. April has had the largest increase in sunlight in the last 40 years but the temperature response is delayed by the thermal inertia of the water surrounding UK. The peak increase in sunlight is slowly moving toward July.
The flip side s that the cooler winters will result in snow accumulating in Europe and North America and that will eventually cool the whole Northern Hemisphere. Will be much cooler on the top of 2000m thick ice than the present land under it.
Current cycle of glaciation actually started about 500 years ago, the last time perihelion occurred before 22nd December ; now at 4th January. Perihelion will occur late July in 9,500 years from now. That is when London will have the most intense sunlight in the last 15,000 years.
CO2 is not causing NH summer warming. CO2 plays no direct role in Earth’s energy balance. Orbital precession dominates the millennium time scale trends.
Myocarditis is a fairly rare side effect of vaccination and is often used as a reason not to vaccinate one’s children. There’s a fair amount of evidence that says that myocarditis is triggered by accidentally injecting the vaccine into a vein. If so, there’s a simple prevention called “aspiration” – when the needle is stuck in the arm, pull back on the plunger to see if blood enters the vaccine. If it does, the needle is in a vein.
Get the kids vaccinated, but ask for aspiration or not inserting the needle as deeply as is often done.
Allen drew a sharp distinction between large doses of heavy metals and very small doses. The latter seldom end up with hospitalization or death. I just did a Net search on US hospital Pb poisoning hospitalizations and did not find any. Instead there were numerous references to Pb toxicity based on measured levels of blood lead. They were big on claims like this:
One might almost think that there are two classes of authors on poisons, those who measure harm and those who invent harm.
It is a scandal in itself, similar to the global warming scandal, where old white males like Dr Christophers, now deceased world expert, are ‘disappeared’.

Crossing state lines is no longer major no no.
In fact, it’s a basic right.
Women are not the property of their State, so they can travel between them for any reason they damn well please.
Just like that, state lines stopped being the ultimate frontiers and crossing these is no longer a taboo.

Lowering the grid voltage has an effect on consumption?
If so, does it increase the load?

I think Novak Djokovic should fly to Mexico, sneak across the border, catch a midnight Biden Flight to NYC area, and just show up at the US Open. And, he should pick a valid, active SSN at random and use it on the entry form.
The following WUWT article (only 2 weeks old) was mocking a simulated forecast of 40C in England in 2050 for June 22nd.

Right now the London forecast for July 19th is 37.78 x, it may not break the Cambridge 2019 record of 38.4 c, so you in for a bit of a reprieve LOL. Nasty heatwaves are not new for the UK…. and may be getting hotter due to urban sprawl. https://www.theguardian.com/theguardian/from-the-archive-blog/2014/jul/18/heatwave-weather-summer-temperatures#:~:text=19%20August%201932%20(35.6C,89.6F)%20in%20the%20shade.
I have my doubts that anywhere in the UK will reach 40C next week. Fortunately we don’t have to wait long to see in this case.

It turns out I was wrong. The UK reached 40.3 C.

“There’s a fair amount of evidence that says that myocarditis is triggered by accidentally injecting the vaccine into a vein.”
Wouldn’t that result in a similar rate of myocarditis regardless of what vaccine is being administered?

For decades, a leading global authority was Dr Allen Christophers, with whom I was fortunate to work on an Australian legal case.

“What researchers have learned in recent years is that no level of lead is safe for children. Studies have even shown lead concentration in the blood as low as 2 micrograms per deciliter of blood (μg/dL) can lower IQ in children. And once children have blood lead levels of 5 μg/dL and above (what’s now considered lead poisoning), they can suffer severe neurological damage in the form of attention deficit and hyperactivity disorders.
In 2014, the CDC found that 4.2 percent of children test, or half a million, had elevated blood lead levels of 5 (μg/dL) or greater. But Eric Roberts, the lead author of the new paper in Pediatrics, and colleagues suspected this number was incomplete.”
1.2 million children in the US have lead poisoning. We’re only treating half of them. – Vox
Another search was for heavy metal poisoning cases. Results, no mention of heavy metals like Pb or Hg in the USA
