Ed Fix,
If I search an online dictionary for words that have meanings close to your description of Al Gore, one of the words has a Ancient Greek root ‘ἰδιώτης’ which in Latin is ‘idiota’.
John
I saw on TV this afternoon that Gore has been given the title of “World’s first Carbon Billionaire”.
…and don’t forget Barbara Eden as the psychiatrist who fosters the doubts about the sanity of the mad denier.

Apachewhokows: Do you mean a list of lies like this:

Apachewhokows is a rabid warmist who comes here and post mostly cryptic crap and then goes home to laugh at us. A month or so ago he made the mistake of linking his name to his warmist site and thereby let the cat out of the bag.
Weirdest site I ever looked BTW.
I did not bother to keep the link but if you want to you can find it by searching all the old WUWT posts from about November on back. He has only posted twice that I know of since then.

Googled “World’s first Carbon Billionaire”.
First up!

Nov 2, 2009 – Critics, mostly on the political right and among global warming skeptics, say Mr. Gore is poised to become the world’s first “carbon billionaire,” …

Billy Liar,
It seems so. In some it seems they have had a quadruple humor bypass. But that is their humorless face to the public.
Surely among fellow CAGWers there is lots of humor. CAGWist humor among fellow CAGWers: like fondly entertaining the idea of executing skeptics, like chuckling about branding skeptics, like smiling at a video showing the blowing up of skeptical children in class (the red button pushing teacher), like recent scientific association’s leaders apparently gleeful avoidance of l’affaire Gleick, like the CG ‘team’ cheerfully blocking skeptic papers and ouster of journal editors, like a pseudo-skeptical blog’s inner circle giddy at the idea of skeptics as mentally ill, etc, etc. I am sure their inner CAGW circle’s humor abounds.

Isn’t this a bit puerile?
Yes it is. As are most of the best cartoons.
Your point is?

“I hope he isn’t talking about my fire tornado video, because he still ain’t gonna get it!”
Hi Mr. Tangey! Stunning video, and I love the music! Wonderful that you snubbed Big Al!
Apparently Gore’s hypocrisy didn’t go unnoticed. Here’s another one:

Mr Green Genes,
In addition to ‘puerile’ as applicable to humor about Al Gore, the word sophomoric also applies to most of the funniest humor that is about him. He is a veritable lightening rod.
Sophomoric:

Can’t help but think of the original Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea movie when the Van Allen Radiation Belt started on fire representing the original Catestrophic Global Warming (although not anthrogenic in origin). The usual suspects, the UN and a mad denier play key roles.

They are both science fiction. Good science fiction makes the authors rich. Bad science fiction makes us poor.
That should be “Big Oily, Greasy, Slimy Man”

Its drawn that way so people like you can understand it.

Must be a parallel world . . . with four year lag time. In the podunk city I live it, they are still broadcasting from the 50-60’s and don’t like teach their children to the five R’s. (Reading, Writing, ‘Rithmatic, and Rational Resoning) :-O
Or obviously proofing skills . . . that’s “Rational Reasoning”!
