The trolling stunt was a street performance of a passage from Jonathan Swifts satire “A Modest Proposal“:

After watching and then reading some of the comments here it does lead me to one conclusion.People here are far to kind and considerate to people like this. It is clear to me that this deranged lunatic will end up attacking others and needs to be removed from society before some poor innocent person/people suffer at her hands.

I have a theory about this young girl at the Town Hall with AOC.
She is actually Titania McGrath!
Titania (Comedian and ‘Spiked’ Author, Andrew Doyle) is a “ social justice warrior who promotes identity politics and political correctness” on her twitter account.
McGrath characterises herself as “ a radical intersectionalist poet committed to feminism, social justice and armed peaceful protest”, while her creator describes her as “a militant vegan who thinks she is a better poet than William Shakespeare.”
Doyle has written a book, “Woke: A guide to Social Justice.”
Titania is named after the Queen of the Faeries in “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”.
Doyle’s live comedy show featuring Titania (played by Alice Marshall) debuted at the Edinburgh Fringe on 13 August this year.
Doyle’s twitter account has been closed four times for “hate speech” but on each occasion it reopened it gained scores of thousands of additional followers!
Could this be Titania’s first appearance in the US?
Alternatively the woman is bat crazy.

Why would AOC give this lunatic a wink and a nod? It doesn’t make sense. It would be acknowledging the hoax behind the hoax. Like “I get what you’re doing. You’re trolling my scam. You want a piece of this, just like Crazy Bernie, Fauxcohontas, Pete Bootygoose, and the rest.” Unless AOC is really trolling all of us. Now wouldn’t THAT be something? Imagine if AOC announced that her Green New Deal was meant as farcical hyperbole to demonstrate the insanity of AGW. But she won’t, and it isn’t.
I don’t think the woman who wants to eat babies to fight climate change is a plant or a troll. She’s just insane. A little bit more mad than AOC, and possibly a tad less photogenic. But who knows? The baby eater may have a substantial Instagram following, which may be what this is all about. Being famous is more important these days than life itself. Instagram “influencers” can make a lot of money, too. Not so crazy.
Of course it is impossible to know.
The wink may have been some odd sort of tic that AOC has, or maybe she thought she was a paid commenter overdoing the bit they were supposed to perform.
The fact that AOC took no steps to assure her supporters that no one would be eating babies or advocating nuk-a-ler attacks as part of the plan to “fix the climate”, may be the most significant takeaway.
Aside from that, this serves as an excellent illustration of Poe’s Law and it’s applicability to Democratic lunacy in general and climate change alarmism in particular.
No one, not her, her staffers, or supporters, seemed to want to dare to shout this insanity down, contradict it (except in the gentlest way imaginable: We have more than a few month, but only slightly), or really say much of anything…because they are trained to support any jackass thing anyone on their side utters.
And there is no way to discern parody of such unrestrained inanity/insanity.
In fact their is no way to say anything crazier than what these people might come up with on any given day as part of their actual plans.
I think it is clear that the person making the eat babies and bomb Russia crap was acting.
That many here are sure this is exactly what crazy people act like…yes, maybe. Maybe some of them do.

Here’s how to do it:
In a large bowl, stir shortening and water until shortening is melted. Gradually stir in flour and salt until a very soft dough is formed; cover and refrigerate for 1-1/2 hours.
Cut potatoes and rutabagas into 1/8- or 1/4-inch cubes; do not make cubes too large or they will not cook properly. Gently combine ground baby; break into small crumbles. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, rutabagas (aka Swedes), onions, meat mixture and seasonings.
Divide dough into 12 equal portions. On a floured surface, roll out one portion at a time into a 8-in. circle. Mound 1-1/2 to 2 cups filling on half of each circle; dot with 1 teaspoon butter. Moisten edges with water; carefully fold dough over filling and press edges with a fork to seal.
Place on ungreased baking sheets. Cut several slits in top of pasties. If desired, brush with cream or beaten egg. Bake at 350° until golden brown, about 1 hour. Cool on wire racks. Serve hot or cold. Store in the refrigerator.

Oddly enough, Fred Phelps of the Westboro Baptist Church in Topeka, Kansas (yes, THAT WBC) proposed this idea of eating babies (and each other) a number of years ago. His suggestion that we do this precedes the Swedish one by quite a few years. Phelps’ motivation though was the world-is-doomed and homophobic doctrine of his church rather than climate change.
