I like how he phrased it in such a way that he can’t actually be accused of saying “climate change causes terrorism” but just links the issues to parasitize the legitimate emotions over a bombing then transfer them to the climate farcing cause. Idiots are often very skilled at their idiocity.

His statement is not just crass and insensitive, it’s historically ignorant. When I was young and trying to make a living in London in the 70s, our streets and those of other British cities were full of bombs planted by the IRA. I personally was within a few hundred yards of around seven of those. Many people were killed and maimed. Incidentally, a huge amount of the financial support which funded the IRA’s murderous campaigns against innocent civilians came from Irish-American ‘charity’ collections in Boston and New York.
At the same period, the Bader-Meinhof gang in Germany, the Red Brigades in Italy, and the Basque separatist movement in France and Spain were all active blowing up and shooting civilians. In Europe, we just went about our business calmly, and ignored the mayhem – it was very much ‘normal’ to live with it then.
There have been plenty of terrorist-type acts in America too. It’s a global phenomenon which goes back to the Anarchists. How can anyone sane link it to supposed ‘global warming’, which is neither measurable nor observable to the man in the street?

Atlantic magazine ran a photo gallery two months ago about the improvised weaponry being used by the rebels in Syria. I found it very informative. Besides showing the making of small lethal rockets with rather simple metalworking equipment, there are also details about IED’s to be noticed.

In several shop photos there’s one particular guy noted in the comments, who was so relatively “white” he was thought to be some Special Forces type sent from the UK or USA to help the rebels.
But it was pointed out to remember the Roman Empire, that Syria was actually “whiter” than a lot of Europe. True enough, people like President Assad could “pass” without notice, and most of the people in those photos would be of uncertain ethnicity to me, especially without any hints from clothing or facial hair.
I know that Salon magazine opinion piece writer wanted the bomber to be a white American. He subsequently said he still hopes that, after deciding somehow that Bill O’Reilly was agreeing with him.
Who is the racist? Was the writer hoping the bomber would be arrested while wearing his treasured NASCAR jacket, pulled out of his 4×4 pickup truck?

PLEASE help me understand something…..i see so many “scientists” claiming that the climate controls the weather, since the climate is simply the AVERAGE weather from the previous 30 years for a given area how can any scientist claim the climate controls the weather?
IF the climate was in control everyday would be what the climate says it should be…..OBVIOUSLY it is a rare day when the weather matches what the climate calls for……
a baseball example, alex rodriguez has been injured and IF he comes back and plays a full season, his career averages say he should hit over 300 and around 40 home runs, so does his previous “climate” on the field determine what he will do next year?
