Friday funny bonus: Gore Graph Jam

Kate at smalldeadanimals.com sends her regards with this graph:

gore_climate_graph.jpg

This is primo Graph Jam material.

In other news, it now appears that Mr. Gore had a triple play.

Normally I wouldn’t link to the National Enquirer, but they seem to have a good track record of being right on such things. Dirt is their #1 business. For example, they were right about presidential candidate John Edwards scandal, while the rest of the MSM ignored it. Even CNN admits as much.

Talk about an “Inconvenient Truth”.
The poor fool, needs help, but is being abandoned.
I’m still waiting for an “Inconvenient Reassessment”, before I forgive him.

Now for that unapologetic master satirist and burner of hydrocarbons,
Iowahawk: http://iowahawk.typepad.com/iowahawk/2010/07/the-two-randy-vicars.html
Posted this on Tip and notes, didn’t think this would ever make a thread.
Note: adult content. due to hilariously ribald Chauceresque satire.
Also do not have adult beverages in your mouth, or food, please turn away from
computer if you do…

Chakraquiddick works for me -LOL .
As for the National Inquirer ? I can say that I’ve never read it , except for the headlines that one sees in magazine racks . However , one of my anthrpology profs who was involved in the investigations of cattle mutilations in Colorado during the mid 70’s swore by it . Apparently the NI had interviewed him several times and had reconfirmed his statements before they published .
As a caveat , I must add that he refused to divulge anything juicy – aliens ? weird cultists ? – to his students on the grounds that he was doing “Secret Government Work”.

.Apple Computer named former Vice President Al Gore to its board of directors.
WRI Board Member and Former Vice President
Former Vice President Al Gore is Vice Chairman of Metropolitan West Financial, LLC,
Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers alGore is Partner
Since alGore is on so many boards, how does he find time for broads?
At some point, these companies will think having his name around is a little icky.

Don’t you think it represents a sad state of affairs when the National Enquirer represents the best of investigative journalism in America?

I think it’s sad that the majority of Americans get their news from tabloids. Or at least I read that somewhere last year.
Maybe WUWT needs a print version by the checkout counters, or next to those big salon bowls women put over their heads. 😉

“AGW” (ALGOREWARMING) is true!?! What is happening? They MUST be putting something in the Water Supply (or maybe it’s already there and can’t get it out). In 2006 – Portland! In 2007 – Hollywood? And in 2008 – Japan? I just know that there’s MORE of this to come. I can feel it in my toes. Tipper wouldn’t have dumped Albert over something just this vile and loathsome. There’s more, this is 2010. And, I have a feeling it’s going to be really bad. Really, really, really bad. Tisk… tisk… tisk…
Do you think the President will give him a pardon?

Nope. That honor goes to Matt Drudge and The Drudge Report. It was his first big exclusive and original claim to fame.

Well. Interesting that I can’t follow any of the National Enquirer’s links (“not available in your area” says the screen.) Perhaps a function of how easy and lucrative it is (if you are very very rich) to sue for libel in the UK Courts?
In the mean time don’t think this is a pecadillo only known to US Warmistas.
Our Minister of State for Energy and Climate Change – The Right Honourable (sic) Greg Barker:-
http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/article68659.ece
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1169340/Gay-Tory-MP-Greg-Barker-uses-marital-home-claim–left-wife.html
His Boss, The Secretary Of State for Energy and Climate Change, The Right Honourable (sic) Chris “Buff” Huhne:-
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/debate/article-1288454/Its-Chris-Huhnes-hypocrisy-lies-matter–sex-life.html
The Chairman of the Climate Change Select Committee, The Right Honourable (sic) Tim Yeo:-
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/politics/conservative/2529667/Tory-MP-Tim-Yeo-in-conflict-of-interest-row-over-car-tax-report.html
http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/this-britain/after-36-years-yeo-asks-the-daughter-he-gave-away-to-contact-him-735586.html
Now, personally, I don’t care what these characters get up to in their spare time, although it is a bit rich when they then stand on an electoral platform of promoting marriage and the importance of family values.
But do you think that this is a so-far unidentified problem of mankind’s CO2 emissions?
As we all get hotter and hotter will we all throw caution (and our families) to the wind and start pursuing some little hottie?
Better put it on The List:-

Phewwww! Wotta Scorcher!!!

Gore probably wouldn’t be happy to see attendees at his soirees wearing poodle skirts and/or barking at him. Here’s a link to a picture of such a skirt, which most of you whippersnappers under 50 have never seen “in the flesh”:
Huge URL.
The site also sells cat’s-eye glasses, saddle shoes, and cinch belts, for those who’d like a complete Retro look. (Say, poodle skirts could become a secret-handshake way for female climate contrarians identify themselves to other disbelievers. It’s so absurd it makes sense. Sorta.)

Unless there’s strong new evidence that we haven’t seen yet, if Gore is put on trial, he’ll be acquitted. Why? The accuser failed to fully cooperate with the police way back in 2006. If I were a juror, that fact would raise reasonable doubt in my mind.
What about the other two independent accusers? Isn’t that par for the course in high-profile cases. If there are any attorneys following this thread, please enlighten me: Would the judge in Case #1 allow testimony from accusers in Cases 2 and 3, who weren’t actually there to witness alleged Crime #1?
Pascvaks’ skepticism is warranted. I think that the Gores’ recent actions are all about preserving the family fortune. The fact that the recent allegations distract attention from the Gores’ recent financial moves strikes me as being too convenient. And yes, I classify the divorce as a financial maneuver.

That’s wrong – you don’t release chakra – a chakra is a an energy focal point wiuthin the body. You don’t release anything except for maybe man juice but you do cause chi to move through the chakras more fluidly – so the graph is a bit of a joke and should be changed asap before it’s a laughing stock.

If alGore is charged and convicted, his travel will be restricted. That will limit him to hand waving.
No chasing to Mexico City and the girls down there.

Not enough tangible evidence to prove Gore’s bad behavior? I thought all you needed was a bunch of Powerpoint slides to prove an “inconvenient” truth.
