Friday Holiday Funny

Josh from Cartoons by Josh offers this cheerful holiday message…

If you have not seen it yet, have a look at some of Josh’s cartoons on the WUWT stuff coffee mug link on the sidebar. It beats sending coal.

And with that, I’m off the grid until about January 2nd. Guest posters will be filling in for me. Open threads will also be made available.

Have a Merry Christmas everyone!

– Anthony

Very good – the Christmas wish (demand?) was in the first screen, “page down” took me to the red button and “no pressure!”
Enjoy your “time off”.

You’ve done a great work this year, Anthony. I can’t give a Nobel Prize but I can pop over to the tip jar.

I’m burning wood as fast as I can throw it in the stove. Not much going on here in terms of industrial CO2 output so I am doing my patriotic part to keep us warm this Christmas season. It can’t hold a candle to what Anthony has done for real, but it’s my piece of flesh.

Merry Christmas everyone!
As I have recently traveled from Oklahoma through Arkansas, Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee, Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio to West Virginia, seeing all the broken down trees from ice storms, wind and floods. The slow recovery of The Grand Ole Opry area, Opry Mills Mall, etc…
My new year wish will be pretty obvious, that things will get better.

And a big thankyou to all those who keep their CO2 output up. We must do something about this goddamn global cooling that everyone’s talking about.

A merry Xmas to all but mostly to the C^4 team at RealClimate (Catastrophical Climate Crew Claque)
The entertainment that this team of gifted comedians has provided since ClimateQuake has been priceless. Their ability to move ones emotions from incandescent rage, through bewildered incomprehension at their arm-waving idiocy, and into side-splitting ROTFL hysteria is a God given gift!
Their genius with satire has converted millions of us tto the right side of the debate.
Thank you dear RC clan, you may be a dwindling group but your services to Mankind will be long, and gratefully, remembered.
PS-and a Happy New Year too.

Naturally the politicians asked the climate scientists for an explanation of the very white Xmas and in the spirit of the Season, Santa and “The Team” responded accordingly-

Against the fall of night, this shortest day
When all lies drear and spare,
Down twilight paths troop bands of revelers–
Dancing, singing, raising torches high,
Striving to kindle golden Sun again.
So we bedeck Great Halls with boughs,
Weave crimson holly into ivy wreaths,
Amidst dire frost set candle-lamps aglow.
Bare branches yet may burst to green in spring,
Flourish afresh as rushing thaws begin.
Listen! Hear age-old carols echo cheer
As celebrants brave winter’s dark and chill.
Now family and friends do offer praise,
Proclaim peace and prosperity at each New Year.
May all rejoice and chorus in good spirits:
WELCOME, YULE!

So let me get this straight–the global warmers are claiming this snow, cold and ice are the result of “global warming”… That the hysteria they’ve shouted from the roof tops over and over about the earth heating up, drying out, and dusting off was just a pile of conjecture… That they really have no idea what’s happening climate-wise… That everything they’ve been harping and complaining about was just complete and utter foolishness because… because… because they didn’t have a clue to start with and they don’t have any more of a clue now! How more transparently foolish can they be?
And for the rest of you, please do have a Merry Christmas. Next year ought to be very interesting.
