Friday Funny – Josh on "connect the dots"

Josh always has his brush and pens ready. I no more than posted A request to readers: write a “connect the dots” letter this weekend and he had a cartoon for Friday Funny.

I see how to connect the dots on Josh’s cartoon. I wonder if any of the usual suspects can do it without making adjustments to the data…

Letter P is the odd one out.

When models go main stream, humour must follow. Have a peek at the latest absurdity.

Well, I’m glad to know after reading http://www.wunderground.com/climate/facts.asp that all skepticism is so easily rebutted. I for one now welcome our new government overlords and am ready to pay higher taxes and live in a mud hut to facilitate them in saving the planet.

Thanks for the link OssQss, its very interesting.

That Wunderground post was meant to be a joke wasn’t it?
Please tell me it was a joke…
Didn’t anyone there notice that although the 1900 to now has a positive trend, from 1950 it’s essentially flat?

Surprise….i wrote my letter to the ‘bigger editor’ on April 17, 2012. The big lie is not limited to just Carbon climate forcing. Other big government lies include ‘green energy’ that never returns the investment energy, ‘peak oil’ that is the constant by-product of Earth’s fission and ‘big bang’. In his Dec 14, 1936 Time magazine article interview, titled “Shift on Shift”, the “Father of Big Bang” said it was a hoax, but he needed the fable to fund the 200 inch Mt Palomar telescope. For the summary of decades of research into the federally funded fables read “Becoming a TOTAL Earth Science Skeptic”. Find and share Truth.

Adjusting historical temperature records with the northern hemisphere bias removed (ahem), and adding favorable cloud and water vapor processes to the models to help the co2, I see a straight trend through the H, Y, and the P. And the trend goes up from the middle of the E diagonally to the top of the same letter.

Lets see what can be made of this with some adjustments and infilling!

Do the warmists need to have the dots numbered so they can read what it says?

Well, I’ll need water to make mud and all of the water will be busy elsewhere raising the ocean levels, so I’ll probably be out in the cold, since my former house would have been sacrificed and burnt to the ground to un- sin me.
May I borrow your stoop upon which to clean my fish?

Ps If anyone would think that my immediately prior post makes no sense and is replete with logical whoop- de- doos,, I would reply that I’ve been taking a correspondence course in Communications for Climatologists and thought I’d practice up a bit before hitting the big time.

Thanks Josh, just as HADCRUT4 is released this is a good caption! Hype!
Note that this new release barely manages to change the date of the new cooling spell from 2001 to 2002.
Now the past is well-cooked. Thanks? CRU!

If that wunderground graph is using only a few continuos stations, they are showing some serious cooling over the last two decades. They really need to learn how to look at their own graph, it puts a lie to their story.

Anyone notice the “Google Ad” that came with this one?
It’s for equipment for SNOW AND ICE MELTING on your roof!
Considering that 1/2 the state of MN is having a FROST tonight, (a HARD frost, i.e. 28 to 30 F, definitely leaves things WHITE in the morning!) that’s a HOOT!
Happy GORE-BULL warming, everyone. Particularily you folks in CA LAUGHING at us in MINNESOCOLD.
