Here is Reed Timmer, of “Storm Chasers” fame and TVN, on these storms. At the end, the chase is ended as they do S&R after coming upon the damage. Designating EF ratings is quite technical, but from the view in this video, the damage has at least strong EF4 written all over it and, very possibly, EF5.
