I got this late, but this must be the most clueless thing I’ve ever seen, especially coming on the heels of the biggest ethics scandal ever in the history of Penn State. Maybe clueless doesn’t even describe it. I’m at a loss for representative adjectives.
An Ethical Critique of the Climate Science Disinformation Campaign
Dear Attendees of COP-17:
On Tuesday, November 29th, in a seminar organized by Penn State University and the University of Washington on the ethical dimensions of climate change join us to look at two issues.
One, an ethical analysis of the climate change disinformation campaign. We will examine whether this is a new kind of crime against humanity?
Second, we will look at the piratical significance for negotiations in Durban if climate change is understood to create human rights violations.

Reader may recall Brown is pretty much the whole department of the Penn State Rock Ethics Institute that previously tried to ethically link tornadoes to climate change.

This seems rather fitting:

Some European (in a brown shirt), bring it.
The some european “troll” sounds more like a North Korean?
Don’t waste your time on him.
The best way to protect freedom of speech and scientific critic(enlightenment) in the future is to stand up and fight for them today.
If you let the radical environmentalist (enviro-socialism/communism) have it their way (give away our freedom for security)there will defnitly be a far greater chance that we end up loosing both freedom and security.
Of course, I didn’t threaten anyone. But I know y’all can’t read, otherwise you would have understood climate science long ago…
Have a nice day!
Some European:
I read your posts with interest and sadness. Interest because it is informative to read the views of one who yearns for a return of the Third Reich so much that the yearning drives him/her to express it in this thread. Sadness because anybody who wants that return is clearly deluded.
I write to sincerely suggest that you obtain medical aid before your delusion results in harm to yourself or others.

Don Brown’s talk at the University of Kansas was recorded on video. That is available at https://www.cresis.ku.edu/gallery/video/lectures I have not watched it yet. CreSIS is the Center for Remote Ice Sensing, on the KU campus.

The problem is that he is not alone.
Many radical people demonstrated in the streets in late 60’s and 70’s to “make a better world”.
And some of them are now in “control” in the “system” nationally and globally.
They will never give up, because if they give up now all the marching in the streets in the 60.s and 70’s will look just plain stupid!
Who wants to die of age looking like a complete jerk?

If you read so well, look up “projection” in the psychology section of your institution.
Then look up “evidence” and “critical thinking”. You seem unaware of all three terms.
Ethics, smethics! Penn State officials wouldn’t know the difference. They can’t even police their own sports program. Hypocrisy at its best.
Michael Mann has more hair than Penn State has ethics!
I came upon a lot more about the now notorious Prof. Donald Brown here:

Basically he’s trying to make all left-wing environmental campaigns a matter of “ethics” (sic) so that anyone who opposes or even questions a statement, proposal, legislative bill, etc. can now be attacked as “unethical” (sic).
It’s a form of lefty propaganda that has been around for ages, newly dressed up in CAGW attire.
