Friday Funny – climate ‘cliff notes’

Josh writes:

As many know I have a bit of a ‘glass half full’ opinion on the state of climate science and with the recent IPCC offerings along with activist mutterings of ‘we are all heading for a cliff type’ alarmism and calls for Climate Scientist strike action, I imagined this view of where we/they are at.

  1. Looks like the men in white coats have hit upon the best solution to the Mikey problem.

  2. those Welsh Rhinos aren’t that rare, just go down Church St in Cardiff any Friday night. Plenty of Big Game hunting to be had.

  3. I think the people you are trying to vilify with this comic – climate change activists and frankly the great majority of people who are educated and informed in the matter – would have a taste in graphic comedy that is vastly superior to this kind of childish misrepresentation.

  4. Another Friday Funny: New report, Coffee production expected to decline by 34% by 2020! Due to climate change

In 2013 coffee production was up each year for the past 4 years and up 13% in the past 5 years.

  5. Nice, but it needs a lot of money bags on the activism side that explains the cliff edge to break and appear to fall. It is all about appearances anyway.

  6. Paul Woland: So you didn’t enjoy that? Oh good….bloody good! So glad (Otis Reading) that you’re one of the educated…..hahaha

Really Paul? Why don’t you take a look around the ‘net and find a copy of the “10:10″ video, give it a look. Perhaps you’ll reconsider.

Great, Majority, Educated and Informed? I do not think those words mean what you think they mean…http://youtu.be/wujVMIYzYXg

  9. Josh,
    This really hits home.
    One of the best!
I have forwarded this to many friends, many have been converted with the facts and data from WUWT, this is icing on the cake!

  10. We skeptics *are* the great majority of people who are now most educated and informed in this matter, Paul.

  11. Paul Woland: I see you are also posting your politically correct “argument from authority” claims at Judith Curry’s. My prediction is you won’t last long either here or there since you are obviously very ignorant of the CAGW subject.

“climate change activists”? You mean like the IPCC “activists” who brought us the scientific frauds of short-centered principle components? Or Yamal; Upside-Down Tijlander; Hide the Decline; Gleickgate, 28gate, or Glaciergate?

If you want to play here, be prepared to discuss things like those frauds, or core issues like ‘positive feedback’, RSS, the (non-existant) tropical hot spot, etc, etc…

    What, like this you mean?

The subtle irony and delicate artistry embodied there is really worthy of a prize, dontcha think?

  13. Hey Magma,

Guess you missed the blog stats for WUWT.

Actually, what is your point? Do you have one?
