The idea that climateers are afraid to debate, is more true than ever. The “Climate Policy Caused” deepening global economic depression, shuttered major industries, spiralling power and fuel energy costs (predicted by Obama because of gov policy) which hikes prices and induces grave shortages of food and everything else is baked in for several years.
Scientists, CEOs are more and more speaking out and beleaguered ordinary UK, German and French citizens are taking to the streets. Heads of state are being kicked out. Eco crash test dummy Sri Lanka wiped out their economy…
The once confident anthro global warming academics are beginning to waffle (except bewilderingly in Australia) double punched by what maybe a second bout of global cooling. Papers on climate models running too hot. Papers saying things are going to be worse at a 1.5C temp rise than earlier thought (this and other examples of throwing in the towel).
They know the jig is up and that they are central culprits in the unavoidable developing human disaster. They vacuously hype a return to the push for more renewables but they would give their right arms for enough coal and natural gas to get their poor compatriots safely through the looming winter. No, we’ve had peak renewables in Europe and there is no turning back. Yeah, there is no appetite for debate or any need.
Makes them sound like adventurous, swash-buckling heroes instead of the mealy-mouthed, debate-dodging, watermelons they truly are.

Sorry, you’re quite wrong here. Many of them are positively slavering to see their poorer compatriots going cold and hungry this Winter.
Actually, they’re pretty smart not to debate Morano and Monckton. Those guys are fast on their feet.
Is the Climate Minister a coward? Yes, clearly. But it’s better for him than exposing his ignorance. I think it was Twain who said “it is better to be silent and thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.”

The refusal to debate should be a warning sign to AGW believers.
That’s presuming they are rational people in search of the truth, which as we all know, they are not.

Of course, Tony has no facts. There are no facts to be had establishing that human CO2 is changing the Earth’s weather.

The earth has been warmer than present 4 times since the last major ice age 11 to 12 thousand years ago .

The Little Ice Age from 1300 to 1850 was the coldest period in the last 10,000 years.The earth started to warm up from 1850 till 2000. Many countries around the world struggled to feed their populations during the little ice age , the cold and hunger killed millions .
Fact 3.
From 1850 to 1950 the earthed warmed ,the warmist time was in the 1930s and early 1940s before very much coal and oil were extracted and used .
Fact 4.
It has been known for over 100 years that the effect of CO2 on the earths temperature is logarithmic which means the atmosphere is saturated at the present levels .
Increasing levels will have a very small warming effect if any .

The unproven theory of climate change depends on the tropical hot spot .
Satellites have been circling the earth since 1979 and have never found this hot spot .
Fact 5.
There is a very real danger that the push by ill informed people towards restricting nitrogenous fertilizer manufacture using natural gas will lead to mass starvation around the world.
The worlds population will exceed 8 BILLION by the end of November this year.
Half of the worlds population (4 billion ) are fed by food grown with artificial nitrogen fertilizer.
Of the other 4 billion at least 1 billion are permanently hungry if charaties asking for money are to be believed
and if distribution and control OF the food was equitable and not under govt/mega biz controls and regs then more could eat better. never forget dumping butter etc in Nth sea while people starved in africa and elsewhere..that woke me up to the abuse and mismanagement as a young teen

Brilliant
watched ‘Into the Ice’ on BBC 4 last night – so typical. A team led by a Danish investigator (I hesitate to use scientist) visits the top of the Greenland ice sheet to investigate melting, which seemed to consist of putting up weather stations and recovering snowfall data whilst dropping down into 400m deep moulins to see whats at the bottom (lowering a camera would have been equally effective but not so much fun!).
This was in April and their previous visit was the previous August.
On one sunny still day he walks out naked onto the ice and snow and expresses his concern that he is able to do so…..there is no evidence of the snow melting, there is evidence that he is shivering with cold however whilst he goes through a breathing and exercise routine. This shows how inexperienced of the environment he is – either that or naive – it can feel very warm with all that reflected sunlight when actually it isnt. The refusal to register reality though continued that same day when he tried to cook and the gas in his cooker was frozen.
Next he goes to find the 2m high weather station he installed in August only to find it completely buried in hard pack snow. They so want to find catastrophe that they cant see anything else.
How much are they being paid to go on these ‘scientific’ jollies, when their sole purpose is to confirm their own bias – ridiculous.
Climate science cannot be debated openly. If the imminent demise of ones children is questioned, one is immediately shouted down with accusations of heartless ignorance, the BBC is by far the worst – it has refused to accept that science doesnt work like this and all its nature programmes are severely debased by the lack of climate science debate and reality

The next time some doofus glues himself to something, let him stay there and be read all of the real science about climate and just how specious is his belief in a climate crisis made up of CO2 emissions. They will likely tear themselves off to flee the truth…
