British Medical Journal on Facebook “fact check” ‘… inaccurate, incompetent and irresponsible’

Hot on the heels of the bombshell admission last week by Facebook lawyers in legal filings that “fact checks” are nothing more than opinion, this open letter to Zuckerberg and Facebook/Meta from highly respected The British Medical Journal (BMJ) shows even more reason Facebook is simply engaged in wanton censorship. It is equivalent to a professional ‘bitchslap’ in my opinion.

It it worth repeating and sharing everywhere. It is time to pushback twice as hard. h/t to Willis Eschenbach.

Open letter from The BMJ to Mark Zuckerberg

Dear Mark Zuckerberg,

We are Fiona Godlee and Kamran Abbasi, editors of The BMJ, one of the world’s oldest and most influential general medical journals. We are writing to raise serious concerns about the “fact checking” being undertaken by third party providers on behalf of Facebook/Meta.

In September, a former employee of Ventavia, a contract research company helping carry out the main Pfizer covid-19 vaccine trial, began providing The BMJ with dozens of internal company documents, photos, audio recordings, and emails. These materials revealed a host of poor clinical trial research practices occurring at Ventavia that could impact data integrity and patient safety. We also discovered that, despite receiving a direct complaint about these problems over a year ago, the FDA did not inspect Ventavia’s trial sites.

The BMJ commissioned an investigative reporter to write up the story for our journal. The article was published on 2 November, following legal review, external peer review and subject to The BMJ’s usual high level editorial oversight and review.[1]

But from November 10, readers began reporting a variety of problems when trying to share our article. Some reported being unable to share it. Many others reported having their posts flagged with a warning about “Missing context … Independent fact-checkers say this information could mislead people.” Those trying to post the article were informed by Facebook that people who repeatedly share “false information” might have their posts moved lower in Facebook’s News Feed. Group administrators where the article was shared received messages from Facebook informing them that such posts were “partly false.”

Readers were directed to a “fact check” performed by a Facebook contractor named Lead Stories.[2]

We find the “fact check” performed by Lead Stories to be inaccurate, incompetent and irresponsible.

— It fails to provide any assertions of fact that The BMJ article got wrong

— It has a nonsensical title: “Fact Check: The British Medical Journal Did NOT Reveal Disqualifying And Ignored Reports Of Flaws In Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Trials”

— The first paragraph inaccurately labels The BMJ a “news blog”

— It contains a screenshot of our article with a stamp over it stating “Flaws Reviewed,” despite the Lead Stories article not identifying anything false or untrue in The BMJ article

— It published the story on its website under a URL that contains the phrase “hoax-alert”

We have contacted Lead Stories, but they refuse to change anything about their article or actions that have led to Facebook flagging our article.

We have also contacted Facebook directly, requesting immediate removal of the “fact checking” label and any link to the Lead Stories article, thereby allowing our readers to freely share the article on your platform.

There is also a wider concern that we wish to raise. We are aware that The BMJ is not the only high quality information provider to have been affected by the incompetence of Meta’s fact checking regime. To give one other example, we would highlight the treatment by Instagram (also owned by Meta) of Cochrane, the international provider of high quality systematic reviews of the medical evidence.[3] Rather than investing a proportion of Meta’s substantial profits to help ensure the accuracy of medical information shared through social media, you have apparently delegated responsibility to people incompetent in carrying out this crucial task. Fact checking has been a staple of good journalism for decades. What has happened in this instance should be of concern to anyone who values and relies on sources such as The BMJ.

We hope you will act swiftly: specifically to correct the error relating to The BMJ’s article and to review the processes that led to the error; and generally to reconsider your investment in and approach to fact checking overall.

Best wishes,

Fiona Godlee, editor in chief
Kamran Abbasi, incoming editor in chief
The BMJ

Never liked the Facebook set up anyway as forums does it much better but then too many people are too lazy to run a forum, so they flock to facebook who does the work for them.

Better to set up a forum instead.

This.

I’m old enough to remember when we owned and controlled what we published. We had blogs to put our personal random stuff out there, and forums (fora, really) to discuss our collective random stuff. Nobody but us owned it.

By submitting to the control of Big Tech, you are giving away control. Don’t do it!

I’ve set up several free independent fora for random groups on the interwebs when their existing platform was curtailed or stopped by existing owners. People didn’t even realise it was not only possible, but as free as a bird. Many are still going quite happily.

I hate the all — Facebook, Twitter, Google, Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, etc., etc. Without changing careers and a major change in lifestyle (Unabomber Estates, anyone?) I’m stuck with the tech companies.

As for social media, I make limited use of Facebook. With Twitter, I’m still blocked for saying Kyle Rittenhouse acted in self-defense — despite the fact a court and a jury of his peers found he did act in self-defense and violated no laws.

But you can fight back by limiting tracking. First, stop using Chrome. Use the Brave browser as much as you can, Edge when you can’t and Chrome only if you’re forced to. Second, clear your cookies everytime you close your browser and change your settings to never allow third-party cookies. Also use private browsing as much as possible.

I have downloaded the Brave browser. It seems to have some relation with Chrome. For instance, you can run maps.google.com in it. Also you can install extensions for Chrome.

What’s the deal with that?

Also, I have looked for the duckduckgo browser. I have found the instructions for installing it on Win10 but they do not work. Any ideas there? Or do you have a link that you have actually used to install the duckduckgo browser? There are links that claim to do that but they do not work.

Brave is based on Chromium which is the “engine” that drives chrome. That’s why chrome extensions work. There are two main engines, the other being Mozilla. Firefox uses Mozilla.
I would expect websites like maps.google.com to work fine regardless of browser.

I don’t think there is a desktop version of the DDG browser, only phone/tablet apps.

Not when I found that you had to send a certified letter to their physical offices to remove yourself from AOL.

Used Yahoo, back then, for searches.
Yahoo eventually succumbed to big tech fortunes and they sold Yahoo to a company in India.

Bought a domain from Network Solutions and used that for email since the mid-1990s.

There were a lot of companies back in the early 1990s claiming that they’d “never sell your personal information”.
All of them changed their usage “contracts” until personal information is their total reason for allowing people to use their systems.

Prior to that, it was BB bulletin boards and dial up service with the fastest modem you can afford.
The key trick was to find a local number for dialing the BB. Local numbers allowed toll free calling.

Stating unpopular facts on Twitter, such as Rittenhouse did nothing wrong and isn’t a white supremacist or quoting studies that show the vaccinated still cary the SARS-CoV-2 virus and can infect as many people as the unvaccinated will get you locked out from Twitter. the vaccinated still cary the SARS-CoV-2 virus and can infect as many people as the unvaccinated

What’s worse is that since their symptoms are often less or hidden (having actually suffered they symptoms from the vaccination in my experience), they will infect more people than unvaccinated people. Therefore vaccinated people are actually more dangerous to those at risk.

It used to be well-known and understood that vaccination protects the vaccinated, and it’s the unvaccinated that are more at risk. How that got turned around, I’ll never fathom.

It’s been known for a long time that one can’t vaccinate out of a pandemic.

The usual vaccine protocol is to protect individuals from episodic exposure. Vaccines are broad-spectrum. Until now they’ve generally been killed or attenuated viruses. The vaccines raise antibodies against a number of protein targets on the virus.

The anti-Covid mRNA raises antibodies only against a single protein target — the Corona spike protein.

RNA viruses rapidly mutate during reproduction. When the virus infects an mRNA-treated person, the viruses with mutated spike proteins escape the narrow-focus antibodies and get transmitted into the population.

The mRNA treatment is leaky.

This is standard vaccine-resistance microbiology. It’s well-understood.

The delta, omicron, and all the other Corona variants that have entered the population since December 2020 are produced by the “vaccinated.”

Using a leaky vaccine to control an on-going pandemic (they’re all leaky) will only produce resistant viral variants and prolong the pandemic.

The only way to end a pandemic is to let people get the virus and then use drugs to help the vulnerable fight it off.

The CDC and the medical establishment are doing everything exactly wrong. See Inglesby, et al., 2006 “Disease Mitigation Measures in the Control of Pandemic Influenza.”

If the CDC/Fauci/Wallensky had planned to prolong the pandemic indefinitely, they’d not have done anything different than the actions we have observed. An observation, not an accusation.

Yellow fever is a virus with high mortality even in young and healthy. It is transmitted by Aedes mosquitoes. Yellow fever vaccine is widely recognized as one of the inducers of a potent, long live immune system protection of the host (person). The YFV vaccine is a strongly attenuated, but live replicating yellow fever virus. It “discovery” was by Max Theiler, who received the 1951 Nobel Prize in Medicine-Physiology. it is a fascinating story.

I saw small pox in one of the last epidemics in India at the age of 15. I will never forget the 11 y/o on a string cot in a tiny mud hut. She had no skin visible between the lesions and she was septic. The vaccinator had been in the village a few weeks earlier and grandma had said to keep her back so she could look after 2 young siblings when they were sick from the vaccine.

My Mum said, as I had heard her say many times before, “We have to consign this child to God’s care.”

Pat,

While I agree with the overall thrust of you post, I have to specifically offer counterexamples to your assertion “The only way to end a pandemic is to let people get the virus and then use drugs to help the vulnerable fight it off.”

This was certainly not the case with the smallpox virus (European pandemic of 1870-1874), nor was it the case with the polio virus (US epidemic of 1949-1952).

T cell immunity is what clears a viral infection from an infected host. T cell memory cells are long lived relative to B-cell/plasma cell antibody production. Virus cognate Tcells arising from real replicating viral infection usually recognize a broad array of structural (spike protein) and non-structural (polymerase) viral epitopes (snippets of peptide motifs) that the virus cannot evade. Even small amounts of evasion (mutation to those epitopes) results in drastic fitness reduction for the virus. The mRNA and JnJ vaxes do a poor job of inducing much if any long lasting, broadly covering T cell immunity.
This is why the Swedish approach to natural herd immunity achievement via infecting the base of young and healthy of this largely inconsequential seasonal cold virus was the correct approach. T cell immunity is crucially dependent on a replicating viral infection.
immunology has known this for several decades now. what Fauci, Wallensky, and Collins are pushing is anti-science. And they privately must know this. Whatever is motivating them now is deeply malevolent.

The covid vaccines smelled bad to me when they were first unveiled. Having a healthy un-jabbed control group is not conducive to the populace submitting to further diktats from the authorities. If it becomes obvious to the jabbed that ongoing m-RNA therapies are not in their interest, they may take it out on those who experimented on them. The more stringent calls to force the survivors to submit to the jab suggest that time is running out.

Fascism was always the political left. It just got branded as politically ‘right’ because that Austrian guy gave it such a bad image. It’s just about the state controlling the means of production instead of the state owing it.

Just look at the beetle. The Volkswagen. The ‘people’s car’. How was that not a socialist concept? It’s all so obvious when you look at it. Socialists don’t want you to look.

More accurately, they have set up a sham system where they in fact censor content just as surely as if their own employees did it, but their friends and cronies do the technical tasks so that they can claim that they don’t make any censorship decisions.

Something similar to theoretically having Dementia Zhou set up a “third-party” election advertising fairness board called the Democratic National Committee, which impartially decides whether Trump and Biden ads contain any misinformation rather than having a government agency do it.

It’s not that they’re biased, it’s just that every Biden ad turned out to be perfect, and every Trump ad happened to be filled with lies. Stop with the conspiracy theories already!

One of the things about the Khashoggi killing that bothered me was the assumption that only the Prince could have ordered it. The King is still the King. He had more than enough reason to call for the killing, and more than enough power to order it done. While the media was all up in arms about the Prince, the real malevolent actor was given a pass. Everyone seems to forget that the Prince needed/needs the approval of the King to change the changes being made.

I disagree. Damaging the reputation of and trust in corrupt institutions is beneficial to the public and the world. Those members of the public who still believe in a mainstream will simply have to learn — many of them the hard way — that institutions so powerful they aren’t hurt if you don’t buy their services are not to be trusted one bit; and that therefore we must individually treat all sources of information with skepticism, now and forever.

The hard part is making sure the rest of us still have the ability to exchange true news and commentary with impunity. And for that, we must free Assange or at least depose and punish those who are railroading him to his death.

Social media censorship is an end run around freedom of speech, which is guaranteed in the Constitution. link

If the social media can no longer censor then we’ll be back to: you can say anything you want but if you say something illegal you may end up in jail.

The problem with sending people to jail is that it requires due process. That’s a PITA for the government and that’s why they want the social media to do what they aren’t allowed to do.

What are the limits to free speech? Everyone has heard the quote about falsely yelling fire in a crowded theater. What most people don’t realize is that it came from a case involving opposition to the draft in WW1.

Holmes, writing for a unanimous Court, ruled that it was a violation of the Espionage Act of 1917 (amended by the Sedition Act of 1918) to distribute flyers opposing the draft during World War I.

link

So what’s the difference between “no draft” and “vaccines bad”? There are things the government would rather that we didn’t say. The Constitution and the courts have mostly ensured that we can still say them. On the other hand, there’s Assange and Snowden, et al.

VACCINE BATCHES VARY SYSTEMATICALLY IN TOXICITY AND ARE DISTRIBUTED TO UNSUSPECTING AMERICANS BY THREE COMPANIES: RESEARCHER
James Hill , MD Updated December 18, 2021

Researcher Craig Paardekooper (Kingston University, London) claims US Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) data show vaccine batches are sequentially marked by varying toxicity.
Paardekooper claims:
· VAERS shows about 1 in 200 vaccine batches (~ 0.5%) are “highly toxic,” having a high number (1000-5000 times the baseline rate) of severe adverse reactions — including hospitalization, disability, and death — in the short term, i.e., within a few days or weeks of injection.
· 70% have only one short-term adverse event reported.
· 80% have only one or two short-term adverse events reported.
· The toxic batches are distributed among all 50 US states.

UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCES OF MRNA SHOTS
Analysis by Dr. Joseph Mercola, December 20, 2021

STORY AT-A-GLANCE
·   “Worse Than the Disease: Reviewing Some Possible Unintended Consequences of mRNA Vaccines Against COVID-19,” by Stephanie Seneff, Ph.D., and Dr. Greg Nigh, is one of the most comprehensive descriptions of the many possible unintended consequences of the mRNA gene transfer technologies incorrectly referred to as “COVID vaccines”

·   As of December 3, 2021, the U.S. Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) has logged 19,886 COVID jab related deaths. Pfizer — the only company that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has granted full licensing for an as-yet unavailable COVID shot — accounts for 13,268 of them

·   Calculations suggest VAERS COVID-related reports are underreported by a factor of 41. That means that in the U.S. alone, the actual death toll may be closer to 374,576. Including international deaths reported to VAERS would put the death toll at 815,326

·   Key side effects that are now being reported in massive numbers include miscarriages, heart attacks, myopericarditis, thrombocytopenia (low platelet count), shingles, Bell’s palsy and a variety of permanent disabilities, many of which involve neurological dysfunction

·   The side effects we now see being reported were entirely predictable based on the known science detailed in Seneff’s and Nigh’s paper

MIT scientist Stephanie Seneff’s paper,1 “Worse Than the Disease: Reviewing Some Possible Unintended Consequences of mRNA Vaccines Against COVID-19,” published in the International Journal of Vaccine Theory, Practice and Research in collaboration with Dr. Greg Nigh, is still one of the best, most comprehensive descriptions of the many possible unintended consequences of the mRNA gene transfer technologies incorrectly referred to as “COVID vaccines.”

BREAKING NEWS: PFIZER’S OWN STATS: 1200+/40,000 TRIAL PARTICIPANTS DEAD | INTERVIEW WITH DR. NAGASE
The Strong And Free Broadcast   December 13, 2021
 https://rumble.com/vqq3hw-breaking-news-pfizers-own-stats-1200-40000-trial-participants-dead-intervie.html

Rumble — Dr. Daniel Nagase graduated from Dalhousie Medical School in 2004, is a registered member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons in Alberta where he has been a doctor for over 15 years, an emergency doctor for 10 years and has treated patients in rural under-serviced communities throughout Alberta since 2015. Dr. Nagase was fired after treating three covid patients with Ivermectin at the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre. Listen to him speak on the dangers of the injection from a microbiology perspective.

Pfizer’s COVID vaccine trial results; are these statistics “acceptable”?

Absolutely not. They wouldn’t be acceptable for any medication brought to market, this magnitude of side effects, 31% either died, had permanent disability or were not recovered. It’s insane that at the time of the report to government authorities, April 30th, 2021 that this drug, this injection wasn’t pulled off the market immediately.

Explaining some devastating known side effects…

Sequela is some type of a problem that lingers even though you recovered. Let’s say you had an extremely high fever with seizures and the seizures never actually went away, you keep getting occasional seizures every now and then, or you have paralysis of an arm or a leg after the seizure and that just doesn’t go away.

Reverse transcriptase is where mRNA is turned into DNA, and depending on where that segment of DNA accidentally interrupts and integrates itself into the cells DNA, you can either be causing cancer, you can be causing mutations, or you might not cause anything at all. It’s completely random. The reverse transcriptase itself can lead this mRNA injection into causing new mutations in the DNA.

Effects on pregnant women…

Out of 274 pregnancy cases where pregnant women received this injection, there were 75 serious reported clinical events. 75 over 274. That’s a 27% serious clinical event instance. Any pregnant woman who received this injection after April 30th, 2021 should be suing their obstetrician for malpractice. Absolutely unheard of.

Effects on our children…

There were 34 instances where children under the age of 12 were given this injection between December 1st and February 28th. Of those 34 children, 24 had serious side effects. Of those 24 kids who had a serious case after getting this injection 16 were resolved or resolving, 13 had not resolved and five were unknown.

Risks of genetic damage to children….

We’re not even talking about the genetic damage. This is just the damage that they discovered in the first three months between December 1st and February 28th, a pregnancy is nine full months. We don’t know how many of the other cases that were non-serious in the first two months might turn into serious events, miscarriages stillbirths, birth defects, deformities, developmental delay, which is where a child doesn’t develop the ability to walk, talk or think at a normal rate. In previous years, it was called mental retardation. We have no idea what the long-term effects are.

Are smaller doses for children safe and effective?

No, as long as there’s enough of a dose, if it’s a 1/3, one quarter, one tenth a dose, it only changes the amount of time it takes to produce copies of itself. It’ll just take a little bit longer at one tenth of the dose than at the full adult dose. There is no safe dose for this injection.

OH THE MYSTERY OF HOW CORONAVIRUS DOESN’T INFECT AND KILL PEOPLE IN JAPAN ANYMORE?
Absolutely no one who writes for newspapers has any idea of why Covid may have almost completely disappeared from Japan since the sudden Delta wave in August. The trajectory collapsed on August 25th and vaccines don’t explain it.
“While Omicron explodes around the world, COVID cases in Japan plummet and no one knows why”

Call it the hunt for a potential “X factor,” such as genetics, that may explain the trend and inform how Japan could deal with the next wave… blah blah blah

BREAKING — JAPAN PUTS WARNINGS ON COVID JABS
Analysis by Dr. Joseph Mercola December 28, 2021

STORY AT-A-GLANCE
·   Japan has taken steps to warn its citizens about serious side effects linked to COVID-19 injections
·   They’ve added a warning label to the jabs, warning about the risk of myocarditis — inflammation of the heart muscle
·   Japan is also taking strict measures to monitor and report all side effects to the unprecedented jabs
·   Hospitals must report, in detail, any adverse effects that occur within 28 days of receiving a COVID-19 injection
·   Japan’s Ministry of Health includes a “consent to vaccination” section on its website, which states mandatory vaccination and discrimination against those who choose not to be vaccinated are not advised; this includes at workplaces, which are told not to force anyone to get injected
·   Japan is standing out as a protector of informed consent and medical freedom, during a time in history when many other countries are opting for totalitarian control

IVERMECTIN META-ANALYSIS BY DR. TESS LAWRIE NEARS MOST CITED EVER
September 20, 2021

The Dr. Tess Lawrie publication concludes with this:
“Moderate-certainty evidence finds that large reductions in COVID-19 deaths are possible using ivermectin. Using ivermectin early in the clinical course may reduce numbers progressing to severe disease. The apparent safety and low cost suggest that ivermectin is likely to have a significant impact on the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic globally.”

She reported, “The story of Ivermectin has highlighted that we are at a remarkable juncture in medical history. The tools that we use to heal and our connection with our patients are being systematically undermined by relentless disinformation stemming from corporate greed. The story of Ivermectin shows that we as a public have misplaced our trust in the authorities and have underestimated the extent to which money and power corrupts.

Had Ivermectin being employed in 2020 when medical colleagues around the world first alerted the authorities to its efficacy, millions of lives could have been saved, and the pandemic with all its associated suffering and loss brought to a rapid and timely end.”

Dr. Lawrie called out the corruption of modern medicine by Big Pharma and other interests.

She went on, “Since then, hundreds of millions of people have been involved in the largest medical experiment in human history. Mass vaccination was an unproven novel therapy. Hundreds of billions will be made by Big Pharma and paid for by the public. With politicians and other nonmedical individuals dictating to us what we are allowed to prescribe to the ill, we as doctors, have been put in a position such that our ability to uphold the Hippocratic oath is under attack.

At this fateful juncture, we must therefore choose, will we continue to be held ransom by corrupt organizations, health authorities, Big Pharma, and billionaire sociopaths, or will we do our moral and professional duty to do no harm and always do the best for those in our care? The latter includes urgently reaching out to colleagues around the world to discuss which of our tried and tested safe older medicines can be used against COVID.”

PHARMA’S WAR ON SCIENTISTS TO MANDATE JABS FOR LIFE
Analysis by Dr. Joseph Mercola December 29, 2021

STORY AT-A-GLANCE
·   Another cache of emails obtained via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request by the American Institute for Economic Research (AIER) reveals Dr. Anthony Fauci and his boss, National Institutes of Health director Francis Collins, colluded to quash dissenting views on the lockdowns

·   October 4, 2020, three medical professors — Martin Kulldorff from Harvard, Sunetra Gupta from Oxford and Jay Bhattacharya from Stanford — launched the Great Barrington Declaration, which called for focused protection of high-risk individuals rather than the continuation of blanket lockdowns

·   As support of the declaration rapidly spread, Fauci and Collins discussed how they could stop the call for a sane, science-based approach. In an email to Fauci, Collins wrote, “There needs to be a quick and devastating published take down of its premises”

·   The emails between Fauci and Collins are the smoking gun showing that it is they who are waging war against science

·   Despite having a combined annual budget of $58 billion, and a combined staff of 31,000, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the NIH/NIAID have not yet conducted an actual study to determine how natural immunity stacks up against the COVID jab, likely because they don’t want to know the answer

The more we learn about Dr. Anthony Fauci, the worse he looks. The grandfatherly figurehead has now had two years in the limelight, urging people to “follow the science,” which he has shamelessly equated to his own ever-shifting opinion.

Another cache of emails obtained via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request by the American Institute for Economic Research (AIER) now reveals Fauci and his boss, National Institutes of Health director Francis Collins, colluded behind the scenes to quash dissenting views on the lockdowns.1

Fauci and Collins Conspired to Destroy Dissent

October 4, 2020, three medical professors — Martin Kulldorff from Harvard, Sunetra Gupta from Oxford and Jay Bhattacharya from Stanford — launched the Great Barrington Declaration, a statement anyone could sign onto that called for focused protection of high-risk individuals, such as the elderly, rather than the continuation of blanket lockdowns. AIER sponsored the declaration.

“Current lockdown policies are producing devastating effects on short and long-term public health,” the declaration stated. “Keeping these measures in place until a vaccine is available will cause irreparable damage, with the underprivileged disproportionately harmed.”

As support of the declaration rapidly spread, Fauci and Collins seemingly panicked, and discussed how they could possibly stop the growing call for a sane, science-based approach. In an October 8, 2020, email to Fauci, Collins wrote:2,3,4,5
“The proposal from the three fringe epidemiologists who met with the Secretary seems to be getting a lot of attention … There needs to be a quick and devastating published take down of its premises …”

“Don’t worry, I got this,” Fauci replied. Later, Fauci sent Collins links to newly published articles refuting the focused protection solution, including an op-ed in Wired magazine, and an article in The Nation, titled “Focused Protection, Herd Immunity and Other Deadly Delusions.” “Excellent,” Collins replied.

This correspondence is a real peek behind the curtain as to who Fauci and Collins really are. They’re not interested in debating scientific merit. Their go-to strategy is simply to demolish the opposition by any means necessary.

I post this note as a health warning.

I strongly oppose the medical apartheid that has been imposed upon the Covid-unvaxxed, and I would also strongly oppose similar oppression of the vaxxed, even though they are more dangerous to society.

I do support Professor Peronne’s statement (below) referring to the European COVID-19 policy as “completely stupid.” The same statement also applies to Covid-19 policies in North America and Asia, which I would describe as imbecilic and corrupt.

We cannot expect our governments to ever admit the truth, that they mandated the mass injection of our populations, including our children, with Covid-19 “vaccines” that were dangerous and ineffective.

FORMER WHO ADVISER TELLS VACCINATED TO QUARANTINE OVER WINTER
Analysis by Dr. Joseph Mercola  December 30, 2021
[excerpts]

STORY AT-A-GLANCE
·   According to President Biden, “a winter of death” awaits anyone who rejects the experimental COVID jab. If we are to go by actual science and data, the warning Biden issued should have gone out to the vaccinated, because everything points to the double and triple jabbed being at increased risk for infection, especially with the Omicron variant.

·   One reason for this is because the COVID jab reprograms your innate and adaptive immune systems, causing immune depletion. Data also show that the more heavily “vaccinated” a population is, the higher the case rate gets.
___________

According to President Biden, “a winter of death” awaits anyone who rejects the experimental COVID jab which, by the way, has been consistently shown to do far more harm than good.

White House Chief of Staff Ronald Klain defended Biden saying “we have a duty to warn people what they are facing if unvaccinated.”4 But from my perspective, the rub is that they continue to pretend that lies are truth and truth is lies.

Everything is upside-down, and many are rejecting this “winter of woe” message for the simple fact that they know the opposite is true.

If we are to go by actual science and data, the warning Biden issued should have gone out to the vaccinated, because everything points to the double and triple jabbed being at increased risk for infection, especially with the Omicron variant.

One reason for this is because the COVID jab reprograms your innate and adaptive immune systems, causing immune depletion.5 Data also show that the more heavily “vaccinated” a population is, the higher the case rate gets.6 And even this fails to account for the massive increase risk of dying from the jab or becoming permanently disabled, as many jabbed millions have already suffered.

FORMER WHO ADVISER TELLS VACCINATED TO QUARANTINE OVER WINTER

Back in August 2021, the U.K. Column interviewed professor Christian Perronne, a French infectious disease expert, long-time vaccine policy chief and former vice president of the World Health Organization’s European Advisory Group, who issued the opposite — and likely far more accurate — warning:7

“Vaccinated people are at risk of the new variants … It’s been proven in different countries, so vaccinated people should be put in quarantine and should be isolated from society. Unvaccinated people are not dangerous; vaccinated people are dangerous to others.

It’s proven in Israel now. I’m in contact with many physicians in Israel. They’re having big problems now; severe cases in hospitals are among vaccinated people. And in the UK also, you had a larger vaccination program and also there are problems.”

Not surprisingly, despite impeccable credentials, Peronne has been censored and shunned for his contrarian views on COVID countermeasures, the COVID gene transfer shots in particular. During his interview, he didn’t mince words, referring to the European COVID-19 policy as “completely stupid.”

Dr. Peter McCullough and Dr. Robert Malone are two of the most knowledgeable and ethical physicians on the planet regarding Covid-19 and the “vaccines”.

It is more-than-obvious that the Covid-19 “vaccines” are harmful and ineffective – we’ve known that for at least one year. The insistent lies of Twitter, Facebook, drug companies, governments and health authorities do not change that reality. There will be a day of reckoning – their deceit is becoming increasingly desperate and obvious, to even the most obtuse of humanity.

The VAERS data greatly under-estimates the number of people killed and injured by the Covid-19 “vaccines”- some estimates say by a factor of ~40 times – that would suggest total North American and European deaths caused by the Covid-19 “vaccines” of almost 1 million, and tens of millions of vaccine-injured.

DR. PETER MCCULLOUGH: VACCINE MANDATES SHOULD BE REPEALED
By Tammy Hung and Jan Jekielek December 29, 2021
[excerpt]
COVID-19 vaccine mandates “have to be repealed” as the vaccines are “still in research” and “people cannot be mandated to participate in research,” says Dr. Peter McCullough.

McCullough, a cardiologist, epidemiologist, and internist who manages COVID-19 patients with heart-related complications and patients who become ill after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine, contends that COVID-19 vaccine mandates violate the Nuremberg Code.

McCullough notes that the CDC and FDA have yet to publish “their first monthly safety report” on the vaccines, and that as of Dec. 17, the CDC’s VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System) has reported 20,622 deaths post-vaccination globally and over 983,000 adverse events.

TWITTER SUSPENDS KEY mRNA VACCINE CONTRIBUTOR DR. ROBERT MALONE
By Jack Phillips December 29, 2021 Updated: December 30, 2021
[excerpt]
Dr. Robert Malone, a key contributor to mRNA vaccine technology and an outspoken critic of COVID-19 mandates and rules, was suspended by Twitter.

Writing on his Substack page, Malone, who had massed more than 500,000 followers, confirmed that his account was “permanently suspended from Twitter” and said, “We all knew it would happen eventually.”

“Over a half million followers gone in a blink of an eye. That means I must have been on the mark, so to speak,” he wrote on Dec. 29. “Over the target. It also means we lost a critical component in our fight to stop these vaccines being mandated for children and to stop the corruption in our governments, as well as the medical-industrial complex and pharmaceutical industries.”

According to Malone’s post, he directed users to read his Substack page for future updates.

The facts are showing the BMJ correct, and Pfizer’s vaccine development sloppy. There are cases of anaphylactic shock and myocarditis that were apparently not in them original EUA submission. This has resulted in new additional warnings applied by the FDA, and some countries contraindicating or withdrawing approval for the healthy 18-34 age cohort.

Facebook ‘opinions’ hid the BMJ truth that Fauci’s does not want out.

BTW, the newest (Friday) UK NHS data says the following:

  1. Vaccine works poorly against omicron variant; almost 25000 confirmed omicron infections, over 70% in fully vaccinated.
  2. Omicron appears mostly a cold without much lung involvement and little hospitalization. Of the almost 25000 confirmed cases, only 85 hospitalizations and ‘only’ 7 deaths, all with severe comorbidities.

So don’t get a booster, get omicron and then natural immunity. The opposite of what Fauci’s is now saying and Biden will apparently say Tuesday.

In America there’s still plenty of Delta still around. If you already had the first two shots, you may as well get the booster.

In any event, you’re going to be exposed to Omicron and that’s sufficient to cause your system to react and develop immunity. If you do actually catch Omicron the chances are that you won’t know it unless you get tested.

If you don’t have symptoms, don’t get tested (unless someone forces you to). If you catch Omicron, even if you don’t have symptoms, you’ll have to isolate for a couple of weeks and that will mean you aren’t doing your job. In Great Britain, we’re seeing hospitals that are short staffed because employees have to isolate.

I wouldn’t suggest that infected hospital workers report for work. But what about the people who keep the electricity on or do otherwise important jobs necessary for keeping people fed and warm?

Discretion is the better part of valor.

If you have a family to support and what you’re being asked to do is not an inherently immoral act, it’s not weakness or lack of principle to make a prudent choice.

We have recourse to the ballot box. If it turns out that we do not, then simply quitting our jobs is not an adequate remedy anyway.

Discretion has nothing to do with it in my case. I have a reasonable concern about the side effects noted with the vaccines and my doctor agrees.
It would be an immoral act to take something that could cause me harm and deprive my family of my continued existence. I would also be diminished by knuckling under the coercion prevalent with this administration.
If you wish to be a servant or subject of the Biden realm, that’s your business. Life always has its risks and I’ve determined which ones I’m willing to take.

I think some people should go to jail.

About the only person I trust about the pandemic is Dr. John Campbell (a retired nursing instructor).

The official line is: vaccinations, masks, social distancing. Other things like HCQ, Ivermectin, and calcifediol have been aggressively suppressed. If there were an effective treatment, the vaccines would never have received emergency approval. The motivation to suppress treatments is crystal clear.

The refusal of doctors to treat patients symptomatically, before they are hospitalized, is heinous. The refusal of pharmacists to fill Ivermectin prescriptions is heinous.

Having said all the above, my wife and I, will be getting our boosters. Our age bracket makes that almost a no-brainer. We’re also taking D3 and zinc and getting outside and exercising. The official line should be pushing things like that hard, but obviously isn’t.

On the other hand, if I were the parent of young children, I would think really really hard before letting them be vaccinated. ie. I probably wouldn’t.

The failure of the U.S. and world medical profession to treat Covid-19 empirically constitutes an unconscionable failure in duty. Any reasonable empiric started within the first five days produces a dramatic reduction in hospitalizations and deaths. Ivermectin and HCQ combined with other drugs show >=85% effective, with a p <0.001.

It’s relatively easy to show that the mRNA shot has very likely killed more Americans than has Covid-19.

It’s also easy to show that Covid-19 is no more dangerous than the seasonal flu.

The mRNA shot is all risk and no benefit. That includes the so-called boosters.

Given the availability since mid-2020 of effective early treatment, there is zero medical reason to take the mRNA shot.

All you need is access to a medical doctor with professional integrity.

For me and my wife, the decision is now purely economic. I no longer believe there’s a medical benefit that outweighs the risks because it’s ineffective against the omicron variant. Earlier this year my view was that it was a net beneficial choice to take the shots to reduce the severity of any infection, so I did. Now it looks like omicron is not omg but more of an actual vaccine.

My wife is required to maintain fully-vaxed status for her job. If my employer requires it, I will comply, but so far they aren’t, so I will avoid the booster(s).

The tetanus toxoid has likely coevolved with the mammalian immune system to be highly immunogenicity. It takes very little to incapacitate the nervous system’s motor neurons synaptic message control and induce the classic “locked jaw” muscle contraction that can’t relax.
Botulin toxoid is similar, but it causes relaxation muscle paralysis. If it was injected as toxoid prep similar to tetanus toxoid (formalin treated) people couldn’t get effective results from the localized micro injections of Botox facial wrinkle therapy as antibodies would require a substantially higher amount that could be disastrous.

Indeed. The experience in South Africa is that Omicron has displaced Delta. If that happens world wide, the pandemic is over because the symptoms are so mild that it’s literally no worse than the common cold.

With any luck I will get one booster shot and be safe from Delta for as long as necessary and then there will be no more booster shots.

Then maybe someone will go after the guilty. Did Fauci use taxpayer money finance the gain-of-function research in Wuhan that led to this whole mess? Who was the idiot responsible for lifting the ban on gain-of-function research?

Then maybe someone can go after Pfizer for their sloppy research. And someone can go after the FDA for not investigating said sloppy research when it was brought to their attention.

Libel is textual, slander is verbal. Both are defamation.

The below is from Wex (Cornell University Law School) – the difficulty here, as in most such suits, would be proving #4.

To prove prima facie defamation, a plaintiff must show four things: 1) a false statement purporting to be fact; 2) publication or communication of that statement to a third person; 3) fault amounting to at least negligence; and 4) damages, or some harm caused to the person or entity who is the subject of the statement.

As we have previously reported, journalist John Stossel is suing Facebook after Facebook’s ‘fact checkers’ labeled climate change information that Stossel posted as “false and misleading”.

Facebook’s response was to say that their ‘fact checks’ are protected opinion rather than asserted facts. In doing so, they may have defanged the ‘fact checking’ process.

Facebook’s response has shown that they take seriously the prospect of a successful lawsuit.

None of these vaccines will ever be “approved” and found “safe & effective.” They will never be more than experimental drugs “authorized for emergency use.” And they will never abide by the legal requirement for “full disclosure” for the “voluntary” use. If the information proclaimed here is correct, much is explained, including why the FDA is requesting 50 years to respond to the FOIA suit for release of vaccine approval data.

It’s only confounding because you only looked at the headline and not the details.

The FOIA request was overly broad, requesting over 300K pages of documents. It takes time to gather, review, redact, and otherwise process those pages. The standard FOIA rate to do all that is 500 pages per month (which for the large number of documents requested would work out to take about 50 years).

Remember, responding to FOIA request is only allocated a tiny portion of any agencies work hours each week (the FDA office that would need to do the work has ten employees, including two trainees, and is currently processing about 400 FOIA requests.).

Courts do not waiver from the standard 500 page per month processing rate even when a FOIA request would take years to process The FDA said. The FDA has invited Plaintiff to narrow its request by specifying records it no longer wants FDA to process and release, and Plaintiff has declined to do so. If Plaintiff decides to request fewer records, then FDA will be able to complete its processing at an earlier date.”

So, in short, the more documents you request, the longer it takes to process all of those documents in order to release them

None of these vaccines will ever be “approved”

Contrary to the misinformation you’ve been swilling, the fact is the FDA already approved the first of the vaccines back in Aug:

Comirnaty and Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine | FDA

On August 23, 2021, FDA announced the first approval of a COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine has been known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, and will now be marketed as Comirnaty

You don’t understand what an EUA means. In order to get an EUA, the product must demonstrate:

  1. There is an Emergency
  2. There are NO alternatives available
  3. It must be 30-50% Effective
  4. The benefits outweigh the risks

If any of these conditions are not met, the product must be pulled from the market. Revenue loss begins.

This is why we are seeing variant after variant in order to keep the “Emergency” active. Easy to do when you just dial up the PCR testing rate to create an “Emergency”.

The Cominarty product has FDA blessing, but current product does not. Because of that the current EUA product has no liability issues, however if the above reasons activate and the current Pfizer product is withdrawn then the Cominarty product assumes liability status because it NOT EUA.

Now you understand why the successful alternative treatment protocols (HCQ,IVM,etc)have been suppressed.

Thimk!

So don’t get a booster, get omicron and then natural immunity. The opposite of what Fauci’s is now saying and Biden will apparently say Tuesday.

Here in regional Australia, they have just opened the state borders. Now we have to wear face nappies everywhere (although I avoid it by carrying an open bottle of water and sipping it constantly). We had 1 (one) case in our town (500 km from anywhere). In one day there are 24 cases.

I said from the very start that we’ll all get it, and our elimination policy was pie-in-the-sky insanity. This seems to prove me right.

Omicron seems like the very best way to get rid of covid 19, like all the other covid viruses. A very contagious and almost harmless variation. This pretty much always happens with viruses.

Notice all the scaremongering by media and politicians, and how they started out saying that omicron was perhaps less dangerous, but now they have ‘cancelled’ that message. Now it’s all about how contagious it is, not how dangerous it is. We’re being gaslighted all over again.

There’s a pub that just got fined $7,000 for not checking that customers have had two vaccinations. They posted it on farcebook wrapped around a toilet roll and said they’ll carry on.

In a sane world, if they just had a sign stating their policy, people who believe that the unvaccinated are dangerous can keep away.

Some idiots would argue that the unvaccinated would be more likely to spread the virus, but it just isn’t true. They’d be more likely to have symptoms than infected vaccinated people, and stay home. The vaccinated infected people are more dangerous. When i got my vaccination, I couldn’t even hug my daughter. She’d had a terrible two days from both of her vaccinations (like most people I know), and I could easily have caused her the same reaction from mine, even though I had no symptoms.

I’m vaccinated myself because I want to travel. I have no problems with vaccinations in general. I detest the vaccine apartheid, however, and refuse to ‘prove’ my vaccination status except when I leave the country (assuming they ever let me when my flight goes).

Thank you Rud – I believe that is the correct path and have advised my governments, based on conversations with my physician friends – IF omicron is similar enough to convey broad immunity to Covid-19 – it is reportedly quite different from other variants. It’s definitely worth a try – our governments keep adopting the same failed tactics again and again, and expect a different result – what’s that called again?.

Please study and use the World Council for Health Cease and Desist Declaration. It serves as both a cease and desist order as well as a notice of criminal and civil liability. It is just 2 1/2 pages. Here you can also see an introductory video by Dr. Tess Lawrie: https://worldcouncilforhealth.org/campaign/covid-19-vaccine-cease-and-desist/

As I have published previously and sent to our rulers in Edmonton on 17Dec2021:
Highly effective, inexpensive early treatments like Ivermectin were officially suppressed, resulting in millions of needless, preventable Covid-19 deaths.

Despite a scary-sounding name, the new Omicron variant appears to be all hype and no real threat. Primary symptoms of infection with this SARS-CoV-2 strain is a couple of days of fatigue, headache, body aches, scratchy throat and intermittent cough. South Africa reports that no patients so far have required oxygen or even hospitalization for their symptoms. All have been very mild. The first four cases in Botswana were all fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Nevertheless, we can expect another over-reaction to this mild Omicron variant – one hopes Alberta will be less extreme than other parts of Canada and overseas.

By far the greatest harm to society from Covid-19 was caused by excessive government-mandated over-reactions – lockdowns, costly and inappropriate treatment protocols and the toxic Covid-19 “vaccines”.

Based on all the evidence, the government over-reactions to the Covid-19 virus were never justified, and were ineffective and dangerous – but then, this was never about public health – it really was all about control. If it was about public health, our governments would have promoted Vitamin D, Ivermectin and other highly-effective health measures – not destructive lockdowns and dangerous, ineffective “vaccines”.

There is ample evidence of fraud and criminal activity in the governments’ illegal over-reactions to the relatively mild Covid-19 flu. Our governments have collaborated, knowingly or unknowingly, with a global fraud to peddle costly, ineffective, dangerous Covid-19 “vaccines” that are already causing enormous harm – premature deaths and serious illnesses – much worse than the Covid-19 flu.

The following important evidence, including that in my 13Dec2021 email below, supports criminal prosecutions of those responsible for the fraudulent mismanagement of Covid-19.

US HOSPITALS: FRAUD, MURDER, CASH; FEDERAL ASSASSINATION-FOR-HIRE PROGRAM < JON RAPPOPORT’S BLOG
[excerpt]
“Attorney Thomas Renz and CMS [Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services] whistleblowers have calculated a total [federal] payment [to hospitals] of at least $100,000 per [COVID] patient.”
by Jon Rappoport December 14, 2021

The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, a private medical organization founded in 1943, has the story — “Biden’s Bounty on Your Life: Hospitals’ Incentive Payments for COVID-19” (11/17/21), authored by Elizabeth Lee Vliet, M.D. and Ali Shultz, J.D.

Here are stunning excerpts:

“Upon admission to a once-trusted hospital, American patients with COVID-19 become virtual prisoners, subjected to a rigid treatment protocol…for rationing medical care in those over age 50. They have a shockingly high mortality rate…”

“As exposed in audio recordings, hospital executives in Arizona admitted meeting several times a week to lower standards of care, with coordinated restrictions on visitation rights. Most COVID-19 patients’ families are deliberately kept in the dark about what is really being done to their loved ones.”

“The combination that enables this tragic and avoidable loss of hundreds of thousands of lives includes (1) The CARES Act, which provides hospitals with bonus incentive payments for all things related to COVID-19 (testing, diagnosing, admitting to hospital, use of remdesivir and ventilators, reporting COVID-19 deaths, and vaccinations) and (2) waivers of customary and long-standing patient rights by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).”
_______________________

I commented:
Even though this article reads over-the-top, I know some of this is true – eg Filed treatment protocols in the USA: delays in early treatment, remdesivir kills, ventilators don’t help.

A knowledgeable friend responded:
The trouble with this article is that it sounds like a far-out conspiracy theory; however there are a lot of similarities to other information I have verified. Yes, remdesivir kills, usually by kidney and liver failure and yet hospitals are still using it and blind to much safer and more effective and more-researched anti-virals. Ventilators kill and yet hospitals are still using them when simple oxygen delivery is apparently more effective. It is very profitable to have Covid patients, but I do not understand why Medicaid pays for these expensive ineffective treatments. Are they getting incentives?
One must always ask to what purpose and the elephant seems to be a need to pump up the Covid numbers and keep the profitable fear-machine going.

S.AFRICA STUDY SUGGESTS OMICRON ENHANCES NEUTRALIZING IMMUNITY AGAINST DELTA
By Reuters Staff 28Dec2021
(Reuters) – Research by South African scientists suggests that Omicron could displace the Delta variant of the coronavirus because infection with the new variant boosts immunity to the older one.

The study only covered a small group of people and has not been peer-reviewed, but it found that people who were infected with Omicron, especially those who were vaccinated, developed enhanced immunity to the Delta variant. The analysis enrolled 33 vaccinated and unvaccinated people who were infected with the Omicron variant in South Africa.
While the authors found that neutralisation of Omicron increased 14-fold over 14 days after the enrolment, they also found that there was a 4.4-fold increase in neutralisation of the Delta variant.
“The increase in Delta variant neutralization in individuals infected with Omicron may result in decreased ability of Delta to re-infect those individuals,” the scientists who conducted the study said.
The results of the study are “consistent with Omicron displacing the Delta variant, since it can elicit immunity which neutralizes Delta making re-infection with Delta less likely,” they said. [here]
According to the scientists, implications of this displacement would depend on whether or not Omicron is less pathogenic compared to Delta. “If so, then the incidence of COVID-19 severe disease would be reduced and the infection may shift to become less disruptive to individuals and society.”
Alex Sigal, a professor at the Africa Health Research Institute in South Africa, said on Twitter on Monday that if Omicron was less pathogenic as it looked to be from the South African experience, “this will help push Delta out”.
According to an earlier South African study, there is reduced risk of hospitalisation and severe disease in people infected with Omicron compared with the Delta variant, though the authors say some of that is likely due to high population immunity.
The Omicron variant, first detected in southern Africa and Hong Kong in November, has since spread worldwide and threatened to overwhelm hospitals in some countries.

More omicron good news, this time out of South Africa. The health ministry just announced a cessation of contract tracing and quarantine for those exposed to symptomatic omicron. They found the majority of omicron cases were asymptomatic or so mild people did not bother even getting tested. So omicron is just mostly an endemic cold virus, as is the case for UK NHS symptomatic confirmed omicron cases.

Rud,
Extrapolation for South Africa to UK, USA, Australia (for example) is complicated because of the ways that immunity can be acquired and how long it is effective.
South Africa has high levels of natural immunity to Covid because of the widespread prevalence of existing viral illnesses that were able to create relevant immunity.
In these other countries, most immunity is from vaccination.
This raises the question of whether one form of immunity is better than another.
It also bears directly on preferred actions for the unvaccinated and partially vaccinated, the choice as you say “So don’t get a booster, get omicron and then natural immunity. “
The danger is two-fold, one: that the illness is more severe in counties other than South Africa and two: that earlier variants like delta will persist more in these other countries and so cloud the choice over vaccination or natural immunity.
These issues will be better known by New Year, so it might be prudent to avoid this decision just yet.

So far, in the US, the omicron virus is behaving much the same as in Africa. Very modest symptoms,. sneezing, runny nose, some aches and pains for a few days, then a quick recovery. There are apparently at least some young men, age ~18-25, who have more serious responses and require hospitalization.
Omicron does cause some deaths, but the odds are extremely against more than 2-5 or so/10,000 people, depending on the populations

Facebook’s characterization of “fact checks” as opinion is not an admission, it is a deceptive legal strategy which exploits a loophole in American libel law that says, if a derogatory statement about someone is mere opinion, then it is not actionable and the plaintiff is out of luck.

Within the last two months Facebook has gotten two different courts to accept this view, thus defeating libel suits brought by John Stossel and Candace Owens. I believe both plaintiffs have filed appeals, which have not yet been heard.

I hope they both win, because the rulings are nonsense. Calling commentary a “fact check” is in fact a straight-up claim that the “fact checker’s” statements are objective fact.

CLIMATE CHANGE, COVID-19, AND THE GREAT RESET – A Climate, Energy and Covid Primer for Politicians and Media March 21, 2021, Update 1e May 8, 2021
https://thsresearch.files.wordpress.com/2021/05/climate-change-covid-19-and-the-great-reset-update-1e-readonly.docx

SUMMARY

We published in 2002 that there was NO catastrophic human-made global warming /climate change crisis, and green energy schemes were NOT green and produced little useful (dispatchable) energy. Dangerous global warming and climate change have NOT HAPPENED and green energy schemes have proved to be COSTLY, UNRELIABLE AND INEFFECTIVE.

Global warming is NOT a threat, but global cooling IS dangerous to humanity and the environment. In 2002 we predicted that natural global cooling would start circa 2020, based on low solar activity, and that prediction is strongly supported by recent evidence.

Politicians foolishly believed scary global warming falsehoods and brewed the perfect storm, crippling our energy systems with costly and unreliable green energy schemes that utterly fail due to intermittency, at a time when we need more cheap, reliable, dispatchable energy due to increased energy demand and imminent global cooling. The people of Australia, Britain, Germany, California, Texas and elsewhere have all suffered due to GREEN ENERGY FAILURES THAT WERE PREDICTABLE AND WERE PREDICTED.

We published in March 2020 that there was no justification for the Covid-19 lockdown, and that it would cause great and needless harm. The Covid-19 lockdown is now estimated to have caused 10-to-100-times the damage of the Covid-19 illness, in terms of increased harm to individuals, families and the economies they depend on.

The same leftist groups concocted and promoted the global warming fraud and the Covid-19 lockdown scam, for political and financial gain. Then these groups linked the two frauds, stating “to solve Covid-19 we have to solve Climate Change” – utterly false and foolish, not even plausible enough to be specious. Then these same groups proposed their Final Solution, the “Great Reset”, a Chinese Communist Party style dictatorship, a centrally-controlled economy where we live like poor slaves, lorded over by our wealthy political masters.

The tragic reality is that the twin frauds of Climate-and-Covid have been accepted by most politicians. Some have covertly or overtly embraced extreme-left politics, and others are so simple-minded and gullible that they believe any falsehood that is repeated often enough. We are governed by scoundrels and imbeciles.

December 19, 2021 10:17 pm

When political agendas serve to hide the truth, people get harmed. This is especially evident when medical findings are censored by ignorant political hacks. Many (perhaps millions) died as a result of the censoring of information regarding effective treatments for Fauci Designer Flu, as well as hiding the dangers of “gene therapy”.

That’s more than irresponsible; it’s fatal in a big way.

Similarly, the censoring of information regarding the truth about global warming, how innocuous it is, and indeed beneficial, it’s true causes (or absence), in the face of a worldwide tsunami of alarmist political propaganda, has harmed billions of people who suffer skyrocketing energy costs and the consequential inflation of every other commodity. The theft, poverty, and hardships inflicted are unconscionable.

The “fact checkers” are propagandists pure and simple. Whatever their motives might be, their actions result in tragedy for (most of) humanity.

Appropriately, it’s skilled work force of IT/sysops, programmers, and software engineers could then go find gainful employment working in the coal and oil-gas industries.

They are censoring the data, therefore they are publishers not platforms, therefore they should lose their special protections under the law currently protecting them from lawsuits.

Funny isn’t it, how in this time of Credentialism, there were no actual names provided of the “factcheckers”.

My guess: twenty-something uni grad (social studies, over $100K in student debt, no math credits, no real science understanding).

the self appointed fact checking, so-called, has been a political exercise on the part of those who control these media outlets as a way of promoting their political stance. For example, orange man bad.

Re Fauci, Pfizer et al concerning medical experimentation:

23 Nazi scientists, physicians, and senior officials of Nazi medical administration and army were put on stand at the Nuremberg Trials. The Nuremberg Trial (Military Tribunal #1) was the trial in which the Nazi scientists and doctors were tried and sentenced their verdict. These trials of Military Tribunal #1 were also known as the Doctor’s Trial. These trials took place on December 9, 1946. The procedures of the trial lasted for 180 days. There were about 1,500 documents of proof and 85 witnesses.
Seven of these doctors were sentenced to death, nine were given long prison sentences, and seven were acquitted. The seven doctors who were sentenced to death were hung on June 2, 1948. The nine who were delivered prison sentences all went to prison for a minimum of fifteen years.

Facebook. Well, I posted there some links to scientific articles in Nature. They blocked the comments. I posted a link to GitHub where I corrected a climate computer model software bug (this was the only case where they unblocked it when I protested, which is quite amazing because any other protest went to their Artificial Extreme Stupidity). They erased a comment of mine against homeopathy telling that it’s ‘bullying’. I guess it’s illegal to bully pseudo sciences on fakebook, they deserve respect. I reported a highly illegal page that sells recipes for ‘curing’ cancer with dangerous substances that can result in the death of the ‘cured’, doing fiscal evasion on top of that. They did nothing, because they earn money from the scam advertisement.
On top of that, they pushed on me idiotic articles from all sorts of journals I did not ‘like’ or ‘follow’. A nano-technology group I followed ‘published’ an alarmist ‘study’ about climate. Probably nano-climate or something.

I had enough so I removed my account there.

Fact checkers operating without facts or integrity. And with warnings. Hoodwinking.

The WHO and the CDC built their pandemic response model on what they learned from their failed attempt to foist a global H1N1 pandemic in 2009. This time they had friends in high places and the focus of their response was propaganda not a scientifically based response for. COVID -19. Coronaviruses are vastly different than a flu virus. They are air borne and not dependent on droplets, which makes them highly contagious. The are breathed in and breathed out. South Korean research that was censored demonstrated experimentally that cloth and surgical masks do not work for COVID 19. So why did we settled on them when N95 and KN 24 masks actually work? We are still wearing useless masks more as a political banner than a useful measure to fight the pandemic. Why did we end up with a COVID-19 test that is so extremely sensitive that it has a high false positive rate. It tests for spike proteins. We all could have spike proteins in our airway and not actually be exposed the COVID-19, nor be infected with the virus. Furthermore, there is very strong evidence that the virus was likely underway in the Fall of 2019— globally by the time the WHO rang pandemic alarm bell in March 2020. In late Summer and Fall of 2019, between Washington DC and Philly there was a big up tick of viral pneumonia and coronavirus admissions beginning in August through December 2019 with warnings going out in Sept 2019 that a bad flu season was expected. Remember, at the time we had a coronavirus test that was not specific of COVID 19 so COVID 19 would have been undetectable until March 2020.. By March 2020 COVID-19 was already well distributed through out the USA and unstoppable and still is. The non-scientific socio-political response is and will continue to be a man made catastrophe globally. The pandemic did unify the the world and the result has been an increase in globalism, central control, social repression and a giant step toward globalized socialism. We should wonder if this was an accidental outcome?. And who benefited financially the most? The research on SARS Coronaviruses began globally after the 2006 outbreak. The gain of function research accelerated as the Crispr-CAS-9 technology was underway by 2015. The purpose of this research was for developing vaccines. This is the reason the vaccines were able to hit the market in record time…a good thing right? . Given all the research on SARS coronaviruses since 2006, you would think that the WHO and the CDC would have been better prepared for a SARS Coronavirus pandemic. If this is true why did we get a Flu virus response protocol. It has not worked and is still not working. No the only solution they have for us is to do it harder, faster, more and more and longer. This is always the message of the self righteous and/or /marketers who stand aloft from the actual needs and realities of human community.

I’ve read extensively on the 1918 flu epidemic. Masking didn’t work in cities like San Francisco that mandated it

We hope you will act swiftly: specifically to correct the error relating to The BMJ’s article and to review the processes that led to the error; and generally to reconsider your investment in and approach to fact checking overall.

“Fact checking” has the veneer of cold ruthless objectivity, and when it can approach this ideal then it has considerable worth.

But cold ruthless objectivity is in short supply these days. Many people hardly recognize such a thing.

The BMJ recently published a paper about the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine trials. The person who raised many many issues was sacked. The very next day the FDA granted EUA to the Pfizer vaccine. Not a surprise really when one considers the FDA receives nearly 50% of its funding from big pharma.

BMJ’s headline was stupid. Lead Stories’ response to the open letter is pretty reasonable. it seems to me it is by no means an open and shut case BMJ good, fact checker bad, as your article implies.

It seems to me that Facebook does not care about enabling all people to share information with others. It seems that their term “fact checking” means that they want to suppress facts they don’t like. Why would you patronize Facebook? They are a business. Don’t give them any business. Speak freely where you can and eschew the business of controlled information.

They are helping to prove that the trouble with ignorance is that it gains confidence over time.

“Lead Stories’ Response To BMJ Open Letter Objecting To A Lead Stories Fact Check”

Opinions can differ. Is this a small problem at 1 site or larger problem that could occur at many other sites but are currently unreported? Is absence of evidence, evidence of absence? In a world of sensational headlines competing for our attention, I’m sad to say there doesn’t appear to be a standard left to follow to judge the correctness of headlines & articles. It’s now harder to know who to trust.
