The Tuvaluan polar bears too.

The polar bears on Tuvalu are in danger of going extinct from climate change.

Good spot, thanks! Gavin Schmidt’s line:

But when it comes to the plus 1ºC global trend in warming, only the human-caused effects — the greenhouse gases, moderated partially by cooling from air pollution — fit the evidence.”

That’s because in a climate model the only mechanism for significant warming on decades or century scales are GHGs from humans. There are no natural warming forcings at all. Seems a bit….odd, doesn’t it?

So Gavin’s argument is basically we built a model in which the only significant warming factor is anthropogenic GHGs. If we run the model with these forcings it warms. If we leave them out it doesn’t. Ergo, its humans wot dunnit.

Proof by circular argument. He might as well be looking for proof of the existence of witches. Monty Python anyone?

Every prediction has over-shot the mark.

Many, way over the mark (i.e. no ice over the Arctic Ocean).

(Yes, it’s true not all predictions called for the melting of the ice cap.)

This is my first basic argument and in my opinion the best against AGW.

(Although, I’m sure there are many more points of argument.)

It’s “settled science,” …wrong.

Actual science is never “settled.”

If you can’t or wont debate… your case is weak.

So far,the Cult of Calamitous Climate has a perfect score.
100% Wrong.
Perfection.

Now that is not by chance,or they might have got one of their Garbage In;Gospel Out programmes to produce a result close to reality.

Of course if your “policy based evidence manufacturing”
requires you to avoid reality, actual measurements and deny our own history,I suspect such results are guaranteed.

AOC is the official spokesperson for the libtard crowd that have already received their equity lobotomies! This makes everyone equally stupid; and goes along with the diverse sexual mutilations that are de rigueur among the social media crowd, and the all-inclusive bankruptcies that are currently being pushed by the Bai Den Regime on middle and working class Americans through their enlightened economic policies!

The Diversity, Inclusivity and Equity program, or DIE, is the goal of the neo-Marxists controlling the Dementia-Patient-in-Chief! All they are asking is that you DIE, while forgoing wealth, pleasure, and intelligence!

Sea level is going up at about the same rate as it did when the
first tide gauges began to keep records over 200 years ago.

Since 1850 Global temperature is up about a degree. Hurricanes
are occurring at about the same frequency as they always have.

The only reason there are more tornados is because there are
more people and ways to see them, and more stuff to wreck.

Wild fires (they used to be called forest fires) are mostly a
function of mismanagement and arson.

The polar bear population has not decreased over the last decade
like climate science said would happen.

Droughts are not more frequent or more severe, precipitation in
the United States has increased over the last 120 years.

The IPCC tells us that pound for pound methane is many times
more powerful than CO2 as a greenhouse gas but they never say
how much it will increase global temperature and that’s because
it barely will.

Ocean acidification is pretty much a fact free conjecture.

There’s plenty of evidence that climate science manipulates or
rewrites historical data to fit anthropogenic global warming theory.

Greenland and Antarctica aren’t melting, it’s way too cold there to
melt. Ice loss is a function of snow fall and calving icebergs.
Temperature doesn’t have anything to do with it, and the warm
water melting ice at the grounding line of the polar ice caps has
no doubt always been there.

Actually, there have been fewer and milder tornadoes lately, although I get your point about less observations before we had radar. Since we have had radar, there are less tornadoes and weaker tornadoes lately.

We’ll have a storm front coming through tornado alley later today. It might spawn a tornado or a few, but they will probably be low-power tornadoes. Let’s hope. 🙂

I’ve got some serious question for you.

You know for sure about all the evil stuff that happened because people were just too willing to buy lie after lie after lie they were told by their governments.

Of course these lies have never been sold by making those people feel as the evil perpetrators, but by being the good guys who are morally and intellectually (or religiously/ racialy)superior.

Now to my question :
How many more lies and decades of lies does a person like you need to reach the point when he says :” Stop. I can not take no more bullshit. This guys repeat the same recycled lies for decades.
I don’t believe them anymore ”

Because this is the scenario you are living in.
There is nothing relevant in terms of climate change that is a threat to humanity :
Sea levels are not rising any faster than 100 years ago.
Forest fires are down by 90% compared to 100 years ago(that’s why the Biden regime started hiding data prior to the 80ies) and only rising because of deliberate mismanagement to increase the fuel load.
During the last 3 decades less people were killed by natural desasters than in 1931 when 3.7 million were killed.
The artic ice is not disappearing but was 63 years ago so low that a submarine(USS Skate ) surfaced at the northpole.
The number of polar bears ain’t shrinking.

Yet you are here, year after year, decade after decades,
climate gate after climate, failed prediction after failed prediction.
You have no intention to learn from mistake and you don’t even have an idea what understanding is.
Guys like you are the very people you pretend to fight.
Stubborn, dumb and immune to everything that proves your delusion wrong.

You white western leftie guys are so crazy that even people from your beloved ideology in communist china have created a specific insulting term( baizuo)

You’ve got that bass ackwards, mate. One goes looking for any correct prediction and all one finds are failed predictions.

That’s a good thing, since all the predictions are of doom.

And all those predictions of doom are just threats: “Do what we say or The Earth and everyone on it, including and especially you and your children, gets it.”

What “we” say to do is always the same; raise taxes, redistribute all wealth (10% 90% for the Big Guy), eliminate fossil fuels (but no nukes, mind you), stop eating meat, and form a One World Government.

So we can thank our lucky stars that none of the predictions of doom have come true. They have been empty threats meant to scare the sheeple into compliance.

The results were:

1) In first place – resign from office immediately – 20%

2) Tied for 8th place – address climate change – 3%.

Apparently even the amped up predictions of doom preceding and during COP26 have been no more persuasive than all of the other “cry wolf” predictions on imminent climate doom for the last 40 years.

It’s always a fools errand and a waste of time to argue with religious zealots. They won’t listen to a word you say, and will just spout memorized non-facts, like “the science is settled” (sic) and the “worst flooding in history”.

But if you must do it, don’t start with ACW folks, start with someone easy, like a lifetime

William Haas
November 10, 2021 3:58 pm

I do not understand how anyone who knows science can believe in the AGW conjecture. According to the AGW conjecture H2O is the primary greenhouse gas. Adding more H2O to the atmosphere should hence cause more surface warming. If that were the case then the wet lapse rate must be greater than the dry lapse rate in the troposphere. But it turns out that the opposite is true. The wet lapse rate is significantly less than the dry lapse rate so hence adding H2O to the atmosphere must cause cooling and not warming. The AGW conjecture cannot possible be correct.
