Thanks Josh…another good one!

Good one. Reminds me of the shirt I recently bought, which says “I love CO2” which I wear when I give local weather & climate talks.

Plants love CO2
Animals love Plants
All life loves CO2
Can’t live without it!

Only dead things hate CO2

Ironically, dead things become CO2 quite easily.

Clintel proposes a new way to analyze climate data
In his lengthy video presentation, CLINTEL President Guus Berkhout proposes creation of a new analytical facility — the Laboratory of Climate Imaging, Int. — to look at climate data in a new way. He calls it “Climate Imaging”, but it is not about pictures. It is a combination of data mapping, transformation and visualization. He also uses the additive Int to make clear that LCI is not an Intergovernmental, but an International organization.

Where can I get the T-shirt?

That’s not funny… That is whole heartedly righteous!

Another one hit out of the park Josh!! Thank you!

Need to make these as stickers, then get kids to stick them up all over the place. Make it a “rebel against authority” thing.

Invisible to the human eye while beautiful at the same time.

Tricksey that CO2 molecule!

Only invisible to regular human eyes, but remember, Greta, the Doom Princess, can see CO2. When she said that her parents might have considered that something was wrong.

Can anybody tell me, does that little misguided doom-mongering dwarf actually ever smile, can’t say I’ve ever seen a picture of her doing so, except perhaps when the cheques come rolling in??? 😉

What do you suppose her cut is after Mommy and Daddy take theirs? This is after all a trafficked child we’re talking about here.

Climate porn, but still porn.

I suppose the caption, “Feed Me, Seymour!” probably wouldn’t have communicated as well. 😎

I have a photo I shot some time back of a grackle looking at me like a really grumpy mommy, as if to say “Where have my food insects gone? My kids are HUNGRY!!!!” or maybe “What did you do, Human???”

…. or some such thing.

“A brief digression on carbon dioxide:it is not a pollutant.
Calling it a pollutant runs the risk of trivialising the toxic effects of true pollutants. Carbon dioxide is not toxic.
It is a product of human metabolism and we exhale it at more than 100 times higher concentration than is found in the atmosphere.
In the reverse cycle, plants absorb carbon dioxide to use as the feedstock for photosynthesis.
Carbon dioxide is a fundamental part of our lifestyle, but it also happens to be a greenhouse gas.”-
Dr. Alan Finkel, Eighth Chief Scientist of Australia in “Getting to Zero”, Quarterly Essay,Issue 81, April, 2021.
And its effect as a greenhouse gas?
To be continued…..

Have we noticed that hurricanes have recently stayed away from the USA and mostly stayed out to sea? CO2 is getting so thick over the USA tropical storms can’t penetrate it. CO2 displaces so much H2O, and convection is so reduced, that it can no longer support tropical storms near the USA.

Molecules – a pity there are so few of them.

Remember when it was all the rage to talk to our houseplants? Proponents truly believed their plants responded to their pep talks with stronger growth and more bloom. Well, duh! Of course the plants responded, they were being bathed in lots of lovely CO2 and sucked it in to produce better growth.

Prince Charles still talks o his plants and trees – quite mad, of course, and soon to rule over us. Not surprising that he believes in Global Warming and follows Saint Greta!

Alas he probably believes that the plants are simply responding to his posh accent and has no idea that it his exhaled CO2 that is making his plants happy. As long as his mum is still kicking there is always the chance he will kick the bucket first. BUT is William an improvement over Charles?

Josh, I think your text might better have been “Don’t kill the plants” as the 3rd rock we inhabit doesn’t care if plants on land attrit for a (geologically) short while or not. You’d have to remove the water to make this a dead planet.

If there was no CO2 there would be no plants so it would be dead.
