The Coming Energy Shocks under a Biden Administration

Reposted from Forbes

By Tilak Doshi,

There is a view that suggests that now that Joe Biden has (most likely) won the US presidential election, a modicum of pragmatism will prevail as the Democrats’ excessive   campaign promises face  the cold light of day and as the real costs of policy decisions become apparent. Furthermore, one would have to note that there are limits as to what even a US Presidency – the world’s most powerful executive office — can do within constitutional limits. There is the likelihood that the US Senate will remain Republican and hence provide a check on the more extreme pledges made in the name of ‘net zero’ emissions in the power sector by 2035 and in the entire economy by 2050.

Energy Policy Discontinuities

But don’t be lulled by soothing thoughts of policy continuity under a Biden-Harris administration. The contrast in Republican and Democratic world-views of fossil fuels and global energy geopolitics could not be more stark. And nowhere are the costs as extravagant as in the promises made regarding  the Green New Deal. The adverse impacts on US domestic affairs will be as profound as they will be on the global stage. The policy discontinuity expected to take place in the oil and gas sectors under a Biden administration is about as radical as one can contemplate in US and global affairs.

The Biden Plan for a “100% clean energy economy [which] reaches net-zero emissions no later than 2050” will require his administration to sign in its own words “a series of new executive orders with unprecedented reach that go well beyond the Obama-Biden Administration platform and put us on the right track”. The 4-year, $1.7 trillion Biden plan – reflecting an even more aggressive “climate crisis” action plan set out by the House Democrats — includes banning fracking in federal lands and waters, denying federal permits for new fossil fuel infrastructure projects, and ensuring 100% clean renewable energy by 2035 in electricity generation, buildings, and transportation.

Joe Biden flip-flopped during the campaign trial over his proposed ban on fracking, depending on whether his audience was in an oil and gas-producing state like Pennsylvania or in environmentally-obsessed California. But, as President, ‘where the buck stops’, Biden will have to handle, for example, the situation in New Mexico where Democratic Rep. Xochitl Torres Small has repeatedly tried to reassure constituents of her support for the state’s mainstay oil and natural gas industry.

Will a Democrat-run New Mexico – which depends hugely on oil and gas production on federal lands — be somehow “exempted” from the anti-fracking ban in federal lands of a Biden administration? Or will the oil and gas workers in that state be sacrificial lambs for the global climate cause? An analysis by the state’s oil and gas association projects New Mexico to be among the states potentially hardest hit by a Biden presidency, losing over  62,000 jobs by 2022.

Taking a page from the previous Obama-Biden book, a politicized Environmental Protection Agency under Biden would block oil and gas pipelines and other fossil fuel infrastructure by enabling activists to launch interminable legal suits as in the case of the Dakota Access Pipeline. A Biden Administration would also likely resurrect the Obama EPA’s “sue and settle “ practices — deals through which radical environmental groups file lawsuits against federal agencies so that  court-ordered “consent decrees” are issued based upon a prearranged settlement agreement collaboratively crafted together by like-minded climate advocates in advance behind closed doors.

Re-joining The Paris Agreement

At the international level, Biden is committed to immediately re-join the Paris Agreement if elected president. At a stroke, a Biden-Harris administration will advantage key global energy players which have been sorely tested by President Trump’s “energy dominance” and “America First” agendas. A Biden presidency which would relinquish the role of the U.S. as the world’s leading oil and gas producer would no doubt be welcomed by Russia and the OPEC oil and gas exporters struggling with low energy prices. For oil and gas companies such as Russia’s Gazprom and Rosneft or Saudi Arabia’s Aramco, the prospect of a US government-induced degradation of its own country’s prolific shale oil and gas production as part of a climate change commitment would be like music to the ears.

A Biden-Harris administration intent on renewable energy and climate change priorities by constraining US oil and gas production would achieve, at a stroke, the long-sought and common objectives of Russia,  Saudi Arabia and other OPEC oil and gas producers. It would achieve results that Saudi policy since 2014 had consistently failed to attain by engaging in an all-out price war against a resilient and resurgent US oil and gas sector.

The Middle East: Wary of a Biden Presidency

But Biden is no unalloyed blessing for the Middle East. While assisting Russia, Saudi Arabia and the rest of the OPEC+ group by hobbling US oil and gas production, a Biden administration will also consider easing President Trump’s “maximum pressure” sanctions on Iran. Biden’s loyalty to President Obama’s legacy project to rehabilitate Iran is well known, and he has stated that he would return to the 2015 nuclear deal if Tehran “resumes compliance”. A potential resumption of Iranian exports of over 2.5 million barrels per day (its peak export level in 2018 before President Trump’s oil sanctions were imposed) would make it impossible for the OPEC+ group to balance supply and demand. The OPEC+ cutback agreement of 9.7 million b/d would be at the risk of collapse, along with oil prices from their already low sub-$40/barrel levels.

According to one newswire report, key members of OPEC “are wary that strains in the OPEC+ alliance could re-emerge with Joe Biden as U.S. President” and “would miss President Donald Trump who went from criticising the group to helping bring about a record oil output cut”. While President Trump brokered a deal between Russia and Saudi Arabia that brought about a record oil output cut by the OPEC+ group, a future President Biden would likely re-assess US ties to Saudi Arabia (called by Biden a “pariah” state) and Russia (which he considers to be the most serious security threat to US interests).

The surge in U.S. oil and gas exports which gathered pace in the past decade allowed President Trump to pursue an  “energy dominance” agenda which made the U.S. less vulnerable to political and social upheavals in the Middle East. It increased its foreign policy leverage in achieving strategic objectives, giving the Trump administration greater latitude to support allies and sanction rivals. It made it easier for President Trump to impose export sanctions on oil-producing adversaries such as Venezuela and Iran without the fear of a resulting spike in global oil prices.

A Biden presidency committed to the radical decarbonization agenda would undermine these achievements, and in the process, make the US and the rest of the world far more vulnerable to the vicissitudes of volatile energy markets and political instability in the Middle East. Whether the energy shock emanates from the eclipse of the US as the world’s leading oil and gas producer (leading to high oil and gas prices) or from the collapse of the OPEC+ production cut agreement brought about by the re-emergence of unconstrained Iranian exports (leading to very low oil and gas prices), a Biden presidency presents some dangerous scenarios in global energy affairs.

A Biden administration cannot make any treaties without 2/3 of the Senate approving. Even if the Democrats get 51 seats they cannot approve a treaty. With a conservative Supreme Court following the Constitution he will not be able to do whatever he wants about joining treaties with other countries.

“A Biden administration cannot make any treaties without 2/3 of the Senate approving.”
They found a way around that with both the Iran Nuclear deal & the Paris Climate Accord, so not much of a road block.

“Even if the Democrats get 51 seats they cannot approve a treaty.”
Same answer as above

“With a conservative Supreme Court following the Constitution he will not be able to do whatever he wants”
That assumes this is a reliably conservative Court. not much evidence of that given Roberts frequent efforts to placate the left mob. And they can always just refuse to hear a case

We should really all wait to see what government we actually have before making prognostications. But any idea that if there is a Biden-Schumer-Pelosi administration that it will in any way provide a stable regulatory environment ignores what happen during Obama’s 8 years.

Laws are for Republicans. Democrats can rule by decree. Indeed, Obama’s executive orders are the same as statutes that cannot be undone by a Republican president.

According to various left wing judges, that restraint only works one way. Republicans are not permitted to undo Democrat presidential orders. Democrat presidents are free to do whatever they want.

With ACB replacing RBG, there are now 6 notionally conservative justices on the USSC, so there at least a decent chance that it really will be a reliably conservative court.

I wouldn’t count on Chief Justice John Roberts to vote conservative. He has already shown he is a judicial activist when he deemed the Obamacare Fee to be a Tax. Justice Roberts also sided with the Left when hearing the case of Pennslyvania extending its voting date beyond what the State legislature set out. Roberts voted with the Leftists on the Court which caused a four/four tie in the vote and this had the effect of allowing the Pennsylvania judge’s ruling to stand and that’s why we have the fiasco ongoing in the Pennsylvania election.

So don’t count on Roberts for anything. The U.S. Constitution says “Congress Shall Make NO law” restricting religion or the free exercise thereof. But Justice Roberts doesn’t seem to understand what that means and has voted to restrict religious practices and their free exercise.

Roberts does not interpret the U.S. Constitution as it is written, he sees things in there that aren’t there.

I think we can pretty much shit-can what they ‘cannot’ do. So for, they haven’t exactly been restrained by rule of law – certainly not decency.

Yes, the very same criminals that tried to steal the 2016 election using the power of the Federal Government against Trump, are being put back in charge of the Henhouse.

They tried to rig the election so a Democrat would win in 2016. They failed, but came close. This time, the criminal cabal will correct their mistakes and we may never have another Repubican president. We’ll have One Party Democrat rule in perpetuity. Kinda of like China. All you peons better get in line, and get your minds right, like they do in China.

The election is not nearly over. Hand recounts in WI, GA and probably AZ. These will show large voting fraud via computer and illegal ballots. PA and MI will be thrown to Trump by SCOTUS. The criterion is proof of fraud large enough to change the election. That criterion has been met. All votes counted without Republican poll challengers violates Federal election laws and are thus tossed out as product of a crime. Since Trump was ahead prior to this illegal activity. he will be the winner of these states.

The alternative is that SCOTUS throws out all the election results due to widespread election fraud. The election is then voided and the decision goes to Congress. The House votes for president and the Senate votes for vice-president. Each STATE has a single vote in each chamber. Republicans control 37 states. If it is thrown to Congress, Trump remains President.

Under current Senate rules, it does require a 2/3 majority of the Senate to approve a treaty, however the 2/3 rule can be changed by a simple majority. So if the Democrats get 51 seats, they can approve a treaty – it will just be a two-step process.

(The political consequences of changing the 2/3 rule affect the likelihood of the Senate making that change but they do not affect the power of the Senate to make that change.)

The education of Americans on “How things really work with executive orders instead of Congress and the courts part 2” is about to begin. We will begin with a review of Part 1 (Obama) where two of the three branches of government in the Constitution run silent for four years. I suppose it beats thugocracy but not by much.

Maybe the use of snap elections in other “democracies” is not such a bad idea. Alert: There will be a called election of the people in two weeks on the question of the dire emergency from human caused climate change with 10-year cost projections from the CBO.

In the twisted minds of globalists, penalizing energy costs in the developed world allows the developing world to catch up, as if the developed world has anything to do with why countries with inept, oppressive, corrupt and self serving leadership can’t keep pace with free market capitalism, much less catch up. Penalizing energy consumption in the developed world has the same effect as a direct transfer of western wealth to despotic leaders, which was the UN’s goal driving the creation of the IPCC in the first place.

Robert of Texas

They will attack the fossil fuel industry using the easiest of the perverted governmental weapons – regulations.

Require energy companies to contain a certain “mix” of power generation, so just dictate that 50% must be “Green” no matter what the problems are or costs. After all, it will be the consumers that pay for all this.

Shutdown fossil fuel mining on all Federal lands. Ban it from all near shore (10-20 miles) waters. Regulate waste-water injection so that it becomes a huge bottleneck and cost.

Increase the subsidies to businesses and home owners to install more “green” power production. Subsidize batteries used to store energy. It’s just public money after all and the middle class has lots more to tax.

This is the “Liberal” attack plan – it really does not matter who the head figure is. The result will be the creation of non-sustainable jobs, industries, and higher taxes – in other words the loss of wealth. As the problems these regulations cause become apparent, new regulations will be added to address those problems in a never-ending spiral of government red-tape. This goes on until the wealth is exhausted. Just look up the 30-year history of Venezuela for more details.

BUT!…on the plus side, The U.S. will act more politely towards other countries (while they take advantage of us).

You might want to be aware of Hammer and Scorecard, greg, here.

Also, this video

The speakers seem credible. One is a retired high-standing Air Force general, and the other a retired NSA senior analyst.

The short of it is that apparently CIA software deployed to secretly change votes in targeted foreign elections has been turned around to change votes here in the US.

As all the vote counts are transmitted over the web, they can be grabbed, modified, and re-transmitted in microseconds of real time.

The story is the guy who wrote the software has come forward as a whistle-blower of its use in the current election, in favor of Joe Biden.

However, Hammer and Scorecard evidently leave forensic tracks, which have been recovered. Proof positive of fraud, they say.

It’s only a matter of time before such tracks can be eliminated, though. The entire engine of democracy is under mortal threat.

It’s going to take a real and concerted effort to change the way we do things, to preserve the integrity of the vote in future elections.

You can call yourself a sceptic. I call myself a realist.

In the theoretical world you play with models and charts and stroke each other’s beards.

In the real world you compare the predictions to the practical test results, and if the test results don’t make the predictions you stop and find out why. It is called being professional because once you claim to be a professional, you are legally expected to act like one.

When the project you have signed off on suffers major failure and you are dragged into the courts excuses like “I said it MIGHT” and “it was one POSSIBLE scenario” don’t impress the legal system.

“Climate Change(tm)” in context of what you seem to think it is, is utter junk and anyone who doesn’t question it constantly needs to go back to working in bars and swimming pools.

What you’re referring to is Climate Change, capital Cs. And what you’re really referring to is Catastrophic Anthropogenic Climate Change. But you don’t say it. (after all, if there’s nothing catastrophic, why worry?)

The catestrophic affects are almost all caused by global warming, the mean T of the planet increasing. Calling it CACC, leaves them way to much play room.

The simple fact is that all the many benefits of additional CO2 are manifesting, and the theoretical harms are failing to appear.

There are 71 million voters likely to listen, plus all the extreme left wanting to discover what his channel serves of “fake news” they can protest about. My impression is that the oil marked is relative stable, so either big oil is sure Trump wins or they assume Biden is retreating from his oil corking plans.

An eventual Biden administration could get in serious trouble. It could be difficult to get Trump off the limelight, particular if he is not president and more free to do and say what he sees fit.

I had to make a number of trips on the Ohio and Pennsylvania Turnpikes a few years back. These were midweek trips, not in peak season. It can be quite exciting on a narrow, twisting, old-school skinny shoulders and only 2 lanes highway surrounded by semi-trucks. The traffic was constant, even at night. There were always dozens of cars in the rest areas with several filling up with gas.

I demand that someone on the Green New Deal side explain how all those trucks are going to carry all that stuff using electric motors and batteries. They will need another trailer just to haul the batteries. And what about recharging? How many truckers, or automobile drivers are eager to wait hours every couple of hundred miles to recharge? How many recharging cables will be needed if every “fill-up” goes from 5 minutes to some number of hours? How many high-tension electric cables and towers will have to be strung to get the electricity to the charging stations? Oh, and how many more windmills and solar griddles will be needed to generate the additional electricity to charge up all these electric vehicles that will of course be humming smoothly down the highway in ten or 15 years? This is nuts.

Re-charging the batteries is no problem. All of those now unemployed oil, gas and coal workers in giant hamster wheels will provide a much more consistent power source than solar or wind.

Not enough to charge your car of course. You have to take what you can get.

How much electricity to charge the Tesla lithium fire-battery? How long does it take, where is it going to come from?

If they use wind and solar for producing hydrogen or electric trucks, they can’t use it for other things like domestic and commercial supply

Wind and Solar are not sustainable on an industrial basis. They need replacement every 15 or 20 years. They cannot run a modern world economy. Anyone who thinks they can is dreaming. Put down the bong, Griff!

Griff let me point out a few things which you may not know about the transportation industry.

Tesla’s Semi (which looks like a cylon) has reduced load capacity to not exceed the US DOT 80K lbs max for a truck. 300-500 mile range makes it only good for intermodal transport where the max range is 350 miles from the rail hub. The charging is 12+ hours to max charge, which is longer than a mandatory 10 hour break for drivers. Tesla will “give” you one of their Semi (cylons) but only IF you install their charging stations at $1M a piece. But range is not the only factor to intermodal transportation, you see, drivers continually have to haul containers back and forth from shippers to the rail yard and vice versa, sometimes carrying empty containers in what is called a dray. If they have to drive without a container to go get one, it’s called empty miles. If you have a tractor only capable of running 8 hours a day you have a driver losing out on 4 hours before a mandatory break because the tractor is out of commission. If you have a tractor that can run 14 hours before a 12 hour charge, then you’ve got a driver missing 2 hours due to the charge. That’s not under a full load either, which means more energy is needed and it’s not all efficient highway miles either, a lot of it is stop and go in city traffic, which diminishes the efficiency.

As for rail: how do you think your goods that travel on rail now hit your stores? A truck. Intermodal truck, with an intermodal container. Goods are transported on rail now, but it is a truck that carries that container to the stores (or to another rail line in a cross dock). And diesel engines run the rail lines for BNSF, CN, UP..etc.

Ports: same thing. Containers are transported to a cross dock where they are either carried to their destinations or the goods are transported into a bigger container to be carried to their destination. Ships are run on diesel engines to cross oceans and carry the massive amounts of weight through the water.

Over the road: aka what you are probably used to seeing on the highways unless you know the difference between a trailer and container. Over the Road drivers are the absolute best time keepers in the country because they have to be. There are huge fines for driving out of hours and so trips are planned accordingly to maximize driving hours to distance in order to make money and shipping dates and times. You throw in a tractor with a limited range and long charging time and you won’t see the end of diesel engines any time soon.

And that is not even considering the cranes necessary for containers to be put onto a rail line or onto a ship and taken off of either respectively. Nor to the yard jockeys that have to move those containers into position at the yard itself. All of these run on diesel engines.

There are many more factors to consider when it comes to transportation operations, it’s an exciting industry to be honest, one that will never be boring that is for sure. But simply announcing a cylon tractor with a range of 300-500 miles is not the way to begin turning an enormous industry that is dependent upon engines that do not need to shut down for 12+ hours in order to charge because transportation is 24/7 365 in our world.

I think that’s right. State’s like Texas and Oklahoma and others aren’t going to be dictated to by Wahsington DC. States have rights, and they are going to exercise those rights.

My governor in Oklahoma for example, is not onboard with Traitor Joe Biden’s mask mandate. The mask mandate is a joke, since Biden cannot mandate the wearing of masks for all US citizens, unless he declares Martial Law and suspends the US Constitution.

What Traitor Biden can do is request the various governors of the States to implement a mask mandate. He can ask, he can’t tell. One of the beauties of our Republic.

If Dementia Joe (actually his advisors) thinks a Democratic President can “bring America together” while going after oil and natural gas affordability ( and $2/gallon gas) and jobs it creates here, he will find out a very harsh lesson. The Republicans will (a near-certainly) take back the House of Representatives in 2022 if Democrats go after fossil fuel affordability as they have promised, exactly as what happened to Obama in 2010 after he went after the US healthcare system.

Pelosi just barely won the position the last time around, and this time there are a number of new Republican members and Pelosi has a number of Democrats who are not happy with her for one reason or another.

This will be interesting.

More Republicans in the House might also have an effect on the presidential election if the decision ends up in the House of Representatives.

Before anyone jumps on me, let me say that I voted for Trump.

I couldn’t figure out why Biden picked Harris. She did not do well in the primary. She is not a great campaigner. Did not bring any new electoral votes to the ticket. Then it hit me. Biden is in China’s pocket. Harris’s Indian background was designed to appeal to India. China and India are probably the most important nations to Russia. I think a priority of Biden/Harris is to renew our efforts to corral Russia by peeling away China and India. Part of this strategy is to wean other nations away from Russian natural gas exports to deprive Russia of foreign earnings as well as influence. Reagan urged the Saudis to expand oil production in the 1980s for similar reasons which cause a depression in the US oil industry.

If this is true, there will be token efforts to throw roadblocks in front of fracking to please the base but they will not significantly affect natural gas production. Didn’t production expand during Obama who also railed against climate change?

Reply to  Kevin
November 12, 2020 2:51 pm

Biden didn’t pick Harris.

Other than Biden kowtowing to China, your analysis and understanding of what Obama did is deeply flawed IMO. The expansion of US natural gas production did occur because of the Obama Admin, it occurred despite everything the Obama Admin could do to stop it. Shale gas revolution started on state-owned and private land leases that the federal government couldn’t stop. The WOTUS gambit was the Obama attempt to go after fracking, but the EPA’s WOTUS rule was put in legal limbo by the Supreme Court up until the new President Trump rescinded it, just like he did the legally stalled Clean power Plan attempt to k1ll coal and make natural gas electricity expensive.
Western Europe is set to become more dependent on Russian natural gas with Nordstream-2. There will be no other option for Germany with the prospects of LNG from North America off the table with a Biden War on Natural gas and fracking. The current state of low-priced natural gas is wind and solar electricity’skryptonite, so to speak.

Also remember Biden had backed himself into a PR corner last Spring by stating his VP pick would black woman.
Dementia Joe was told who his pick was by Obama and other senior leaders in the Democrat’s top echelon. When the top DNC leadership told the other candidates in no uncertain terms to drop out and endorse Biden last March, everyone knew Joe would just be a place holder for the VicePresident to become President given Joe’s mental decline.
Harris was vicious on Dementia Joe at the Democratic debates last Fall. Obama picked Harris for Biden. Obama will be the shadow US President he couldn’t be in 2017 because of the 22nd Amendment. The Great Appeaser will be back at the White House as the de facto President.
Politically the only question will be will Dementia Joe resist his VP Harris using the 25th Amendment on him, and how will Congress handle this. Nancy Pelosi is already working appropriate enabling legislation to form a commission to work under the 25th Amendment section 4 for overseeing how to dispose of a resisting removal of Dementia Joe.

I think it goes without saying that authoritarian Leadership from Moscow to Beijing to Tehran to Pyongyang will view Joe Biden as a Weak US President.

When we get weak US Presidents (viewed as weak, whether they are or not) then bad actors are encouraged to push the limits via military aggression on neighbors.
Consider two past weak US Presidents who refused to allow the US to engage bullies in the lead up to two World Wars and what happened to the world during their administrations.
Woodrow Wilson – January 1913 – January 1921.
Franklin D Roosevelt – January 1933 – April 1945.

Woodrow Wilson, even though he was ardent white racist (Wilson was a true blue Democrat after all), was very much a Pacifist, Wilson resisted US involvement is the Great War European conflict until he could no longer resist domestic problems occurring because of the torpedoing of US merchant vessels by German U-boats. Pacifism in a US President is disaster for the World.

Although WW2 US propaganda portrayed FDR as a firm, determined leader, FDR did everything he could to keep the US out of the involvement of the European War. FDR did this to focus US resources on his New Deal domestic agenda items, just as his fellow Democrat Wilson had wanted for the 1910’s US social liberalism, both focusing on domestic agendas.
There is clear historical evidence FDR was suffering mini-strokes as early as 1938 and this was causing cognitive problems for FDR by the beginning of WW2 in Europe. He is now seen by many historians as “The Weak Man of Yalta,” for his obviously impaired cognitive state at that crucial conference with Russia’s Stalin and Britain’s Churchill. Having been tipped-off by Soviet spies in Washington DC and in the FDR Admin (Alger Hiss), Stalin at Yalta took advantage of a feeble FDR suffering from clearly failing executive function (due to his melanoma which was causing periodic aneurysms), with FDR finally having a fatal stroke in April 1945. Washington insiders knew of FDR’s decline, but wartime propaganda silenced any public awareness of FDRs health problems.

The UK experienced leadership weakness and appeasement under Neville Chamberlin. And Chamberlin allowed Hitler to walk all over Great Britain, France and allies and take the Sudetenland (part of Czechoslovakia) in 1938. That appeasement only made the ultimate problem of dealing with Nazi Germany worse with Germany’s invasion of Poland a year later.
In the years leading up to building conflict, such pacifism and perceived weakness in Western leaders only emboldened authoritarian leaders in Berlin and Tokyo.

It still continues to this day. In 2014, Putin knew Obama would ultimately do nothing but squawk like a school girl at Russia’s seizure of Crimea from Ukraine.

The history of foreign aggression against neighbors will repeat itself with a weak President Biden.President Xi of China fully intends on forcibly re-uniting Taiwan, now that Hong Kong has been fully assimilated in the PRC. The time frame is probably January 20th to early April (US president’s inauguration day) of next year to take advantage of both a disorganized Dementia Joe’s Administration and Biden’s innate weaknesses, both cognitively and being more focused on a string of domestic actions from his Progressive wing. China intends on quickly and decisively taking Taiwan before a US 7th Fleet can be ordered to assist Taiwan military forces by a Biden National Security/Defense strategy team including the new SecDef and his/her staff.

This Chinese Taiwan invasion will likely be the first and most crucial foreign policy test and crisis for The Weak Man of the Potomac, Joe Biden.

And you can be sure Putin will be watching how Biden responds. Putin sorely wants to return the Baltic states back to USSR-style submission, and thus re-unite the Russian Kaliningrad district back to Mother Russia. And Fat-Boy Kim in Pyongyang will be watching too.

Obama, as US Senator, clearly understood what would happen to the Paris Agreement if submitted. Even if Trump submitted it, even Mitch McConnell would look for his vulnerable GOP senators and let it go nowhere. Biden would still then do what Obama did, issue executive orders that get injunctions from federal courts.
Thus the Democrat’s imperative is to Pack the Supreme Court with 4 to 6 more Liberal Justices to Rubber Stamp approve their un-Constitutional agenda. They need the US Senate control to do that. Then it’s Game Over for our Constitutional Republic.

I’m currently listening to Rudi Guiliani (Rush Limbaugh show) who is saying he believes Trump will win Pennsylvania by about 300,000 votes if the Courts rule in Republicans favor.

He says there is massive fraud, involving hundreds of thousands of votes in multiple States, and he sounds like he has the evidence to prove the case. They have a Dominion computer operator from Michigan that is whistlblowing on the operation in Michigan. She says she just couldn’t remain silent after seeing all the corruption going on.

Wipe that smile off your faces, Democrats ! 🙂

“Resist this Administration. Make ourselves ungovernable.” Look that up, see who said it over and over. Then see what they are saying today.

From the article: “There is a view that suggests that now that Joe Biden has (most likely) won the US presidential election, a modicum of pragmatism will prevail as the Democrats’ excessive campaign promises face the cold light of day and as the real costs of policy decisions become apparent.”

As if radical Democrats care one wit about the real costs of anything.

From the article: “The 4-year, $1.7 trillion Biden plan – reflecting an even more aggressive “climate crisis” action plan set out by the House Democrats — includes banning fracking in federal lands and waters, denying federal permits for new fossil fuel infrastructure projects, and ensuring 100% clean renewable energy by 2035 in electricity generation, buildings, and transportation.”

Right. The Democrats are going to “ensure” 100 percent renewable energy by 2035. This just shows how crazy the delusional, radical Democrats really are. There’s no way they can keep that stupid promise, even if the Democrats had complete control of the US governent.

My first thought on reading this is Biden plans to be President until 2035. Exactly how is that going to work? He is not President right now, so how does he plan to become President for 15 years straight? Just wondering.

From the article: “But Biden is no unalloyed blessing for the Middle East. While assisting Russia, Saudi Arabia and the rest of the OPEC+ group by hobbling US oil and gas production, a Biden administration will also consider easing President Trump’s “maximum pressure” sanctions on Iran. Biden’s loyalty to President Obama’s legacy project to rehabilitate Iran is well known, and he has stated that he would return to the 2015 nuclear deal if Tehran “resumes compliance”.”

The deal Obama and Biden made with the Mad Mullahs effectively allows the Mad Mullahs to develop nuclear weapons after a certain period of time.

If Biden goes and rehabilitates the Mad Mullahs, then he will be causing a war in the Middle East. Saudi Arabia and other Arab nations and Israel and not going to sit idly by while the Mad Mullahs build up a nuclear arsenal.

I would expect a conventional war in the Middle East between the Israelis and Arabs against the Mad Mullahs, very soon after it becomes clear that the Mad Mullahs have been given a clear path to develop nuclear weapon by President Traitor Joe Biden.

Democrats are fools when it comes to foreign policy and dealing with murderous dictators. They are out of their league as history shows. During Democrat administrations, the Bad Guys of the world run wild with impunity.

All the murderous dictators in the world have a big smile on their faces anticipating a Democrat administration in the US.

“a future President Biden would likely re-assess US ties to Saudi Arabia (called by Biden a “pariah” state) and Russia (which he considers to be the most serious security threat to US interests).”

Which just shows how clueless Joe “Traitor” Biden really is. Former Defense Secretary Gates said Biden has been wrong on every major foreign polcy position for the last 40 years. And Gates is exactly right.

Maybe by “serious threat” Joe “Traitor” Biden is talking about a threat to himself personally. The Russians might make public why the wife of Moscow’s mayor gave Joe “the Big Guy” Biden’s son, Hunter, three and a half million dollars.

Why did they do that, Joe? What did the Russians buy from you for that 3.5 million dollars? Is that why you think they are particularly dangerous?

How about the Chinese? They gave you and your son a lot more money than the Russians. Shouldn’t you also fear them?

Joe “Traitor” Biden starts out his administration (if he wins) already compromised and vulnerable to the biggest enemies of the United States. Blackmail will be Russia and China’s game. Joe “Traitor” Biden’s game will be to give them whatever they want to keep them quiet.

Isn’t that lovely. Which just goes to show just how dangerous to our freedoms the lying Leftwing News Media really is. They elevated a mental cripple and a dishonest politician to the highest office in the Land. Of course, it looks like they had a lot of help from Democrat election officials.

When you have a lying, Leftwing News Media, a country cannot govern itself properly because the people have all been convinced that lies are really the truth.

With Joe “Traitor” Biden, the US heads down the socialist road the EU is taking. I wonder how long it will be before the police are knocking on our doors about an opinion we expressed on the internet? They may come after me because they don’t like me calling Biden a traitor and a criminal. My Social Credit Score will start out at zero under a Joe “Traitor” Biden administration. And will probably stay there.

Nail on the head over and over again! Nice job!!! You left out Biden’s brother and his dealings in Iraq. Iraq doesn’t like us much. The Ukrainian Government was actually investigating Biden and his son. (right?) Russia, China and others have Biden where they want him.
