Swedish Scientist Proposes Cannibalism to Fight Climate Change

CHRIS TOMLINSON
6 Sep 2019

Swedish behavioural scientist Magnus Söderlund has suggested that eating other people after they die could be a means of combatting climate change.

The scientist mentioned the possibility of cannibalism during a broadcast on Swedish television channel TV4 this week about a fair in Stockholm regarding “food of the future”.

Söderlund is set to hold seminars at the event, entitled “Gastro Summit — about the future of food” where he intends to discuss the possibility of eating people in the name of cutting down greenhouse emissions.
According to his research, the main problem with the idea is the widespread taboo of eating human flesh and said that conservative attitudes could make it hard to convince Swedes at large to take up the practice of cannibalism.

I think on some level we all suspected it was only a matter of time before a climate fanatic seriously suggested such perversion.

I can understand someone in extreme circumstances making an impossible choice, like the survivors of Flight 571 which crashed on an ice field in the Andes. But to suggest that cannibalism is something the world should seriously consider, as just another conservation measure; how has the world come to this?

and wasnt the New guinea example of Kuru from eating the dead rellies enough proof its not wise to eat your own species?
the fact most animals also dont do that is a pretty good indicator its NOT a smart thing..the few monkeys etc that do? well ebola and other issues may well be spread via that method as others maybe the monkeys doing that are also suffering from the effects OF cannibalism ie their version of Kuru BSE CJD
catching and assessing the brains of those that do might be enlightening indeed

No one is going to want to eat the old, as they would be too tough, if emaciated, too fatty, if obese, and likely laced with medical chemical. No one is going to want to eat the diseased for obvious reasons. That leaves healthy people, including accident victims and volunteers. As extreme liberals tend to join or follow insane agendas, they could probably be talked into volunteering, ignoring the fact that many might be vegans, which might impact food quality.

For a “scientists” to think and spout this way, the public’s response would be that things must be worse than they think (as nothing bad is happening to them or elsewhere that is not normal) because this scientist is talking this way. The public puts much too much trust in scientists and, when they hear absurd things, they should demand answers to serious questions and force the scientist to defend the position. This behavioral scientist knows little, probably of how climate and our various metrics work and simply believes that AGW is real and must be dealt with. All too many academicians have taken AGW on faith.

This guy needs to be assessed for psychopathy and placed in a position where he cannot hurt society.

I began to wonder if this post normal stuff was a mass pandemic of some kind. There seems little doubt now. Inventing a dozen or more genders and worrying what bathrooms they should use. Parliamentarians seeking approval from an autistic child (with abusively exploitive parents) who can see CO2 molecules. Franz Kafka and Salvador Dali teamed up would be flummoxed trying to dream up something crazier than today’s everyday reality.

No wonder climateers were ‘at home’ with global discussions about the need to get rid of the Medieval Warm Period and the Little Ice Age and doing tricks with the data to hide temperature declines. No wonder the late Dr. Schneider advised climate scientists to lie about their findings to convince the public the climate was in imminent crisis. No wonder without question they took him up on it.

I find it interesting he is mysteriously short on details of how the business is to be run. Older and diseased humans would have to be culled from the meat herd. Babies are too fatty and puny. A five year old might be OK for a special Chinese or Middle-Eastern feast, and perhaps Muslims might be able to export infidel babies. Of course in Sweden the slaughtered people would have to be halal, and I suspect the Swedes themselves might make the best fodder for others. And I suspect the Swedish males themselves, effeminate, useless, whimpering men that are basically of no use to the world, will likely be the first specimens. Their occupiers have already found use for the women.

Washington State is legalizing the composting of dead humans and disposing them anywhere and everywhere. They are oblivious to the dangers of prion diseases such as kuru, Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease and Mad Cow. They have chosen to expose many future generations to an incurable madness and death just to avoid using a little carbon energy for cremations.
The brain and spinal tissue, even eyes, CSF and organs of prion disease victims are quite toxic. No amount of time or chemicals can render prions harmless, only the extreme heat of cremation can destroy them.
A diagnosis of prion disease is easy to miss. Ingested prions may take over a decade to replicate enough for the disease to manifest, and the symptom is confusion and psychosis similar to Alzheimer’s or drug overdose. If a crazy person got killed running out into traffic and a brain biopsy not conducted, the garden or playground where their toxic remains are deposited on is forever contaminated with lethal molecules.

All of the diseases you mention exhibit symptoms similar to manganese poisoning, which is a more reasonable, evidence-based etiology. I read a report once about a hotspot of deer wasting disease in Colorado that mentioned the soil was high in manganese (the author was unaware of the possible connection). Kuru was probably caused by manganese oxide ash from a local volcanic eruption contaminating their food.

But the entire native population across New Guinea were traditionally involved in cannibalism, so why Kuru in just one tiny region? A more likely explanation is the massive eruption of a local volcano in 1911 which showered the foodchain of the Fore region in a black manganese oxide ash.

I am not surprised that this suggestion comes from Sweden. It has , as they say ,” form ” in practices that are , by modern standards , less than human.
Whilst many countries experimented with eugenics in the 20th cent for reasons of “racial purity” and “ethnic hygiene” none were as enthusiastic as the Swedes , according to the article from the Guardian:
https://www.theguardian.com/world/1999/mar/06/stephenbates
Not surprising either is the comment that this policy was favoured particularly by those on the Left , and so -called “Liberals”. To quote from the article (in a notoriously left leaning paper):

-“Academics say the Swedish programme started as a large-scale experiment in racial biology but after the war aimed to weed out social problems.
As in Britain, where some of eugenics’ most enthusiastic supporters were on the political left, liberals and Social Democrats backed the Swedish programme and sustained it for decades.”-

September 7, 2019 12:38 am

It has been suggested that certain political figures are already indulging in this practice, as they seem to be subject to a form of twitching that is associated with cannibalism. I suppose we need to look out for a new version of Mad Cow Disease, that was promulgated by feeding offal, including nerve tissue, of cattle back to the same species. I somehow doubt that the church of climate alarmism, being a death cult, would have a problem with such an “abomination of nature”.

How does the math even add up. Let’s say for every 2.5 births there is 1 death (average over world population) . That means if I eat only 2.5 people over my lifetime I’m carbon natural. I’m going to need more than that. Also I have questions.

Do I get more credit for eating them alive because the ratios will improve?

When Columbus came upon a cannibal island, called Satanasia on his maps (Guadelupe?), the soldiers were horrified at the smell, thought they were in hell. The locals pillaged neighboring islands for human food. Not too far away there was no sign of this.
Next they found the sacrificial temples of Mexico, where tens of thousands of teenagers were regularly “sacrificed”, not sure if also treats were eaten, and thought indeed this is hell. The narrative was to make sure the Sun rose in the morning.

The woke of course say Columbus was the bad guy.

So this has happened often before, the Swede likely knows this, and why. I wonder if Greta has heard of this?

How did we come to this? I think that when a large majority of young men and women in 1st world countries spend 1/3 and more of their waking lives immersed in the make believe worlds of video games, it has to have an effect. Has to. Adolescence begins and never ends. Only a child believes in such nonsense. That a trace gas among trace gasses can somehow have a multiplicative effect on local, regional, and global weather and climate is patently absurd and ridiculous. ONLY A CHILD BELIEVES SUCH NONSENSE. Yet, here we are, actually debating whether we should consider eating one another to save the planet. I’m sure there’s a video game or two with cannibalistic characters. And you gotta admit, as crazy climate solutions go, this one’s “edgy,” right? Everyone nowadays demands to be noticed. Everyone demands to be heard. Look at me! Look at me! Everyone is convinced that he is special and has a closetful of participation trophies to prove it. Yeah, I’m convinced that the countless hours spent playing video games has warped the minds of an entire generation. And when they’re not furiously thumbing a game controller, they’re obsessively swiping up, down, left, and right with their dumbphones. Google spoonfeeds them propaganda, and they get their revisionist history from Wikipedia. It’s no wonder we haven’t been conquered by Belgium by now.

It really is look up to the stars, or end up on the menu.

We, humans, have always looked up, from the earliest times for open ocean navigation, to Apollo, and now Artemis.

Except in extreme circumstances, I can think of few things more depraved and repulsive than cannibalism.

Come to think of it, what really is in “Swedish meatballs”? But seriously, the idea that “the ends justify the means” is part and parcel to the Warmunist ideology. No idea, no matter how grotesque, or how morally decadent is wrong if it serves the “saving the planet” ideology.

Cannibalism is not the answer – the way to eliminate climate dissenters is to blow them up.

Real UK TV advert, promoting climate alarmism.
The final sequence is worth the wait……

Nope. It is not confined to PNG.

Are they running out of food in Sweden? Why would this guy suggest eating humans when there is plenty of other food to eat at the present time?

As soon as enough coal-fired powerplants are built to bring the underdeveloped nations up to the standards of the developed nations, the world population will stabilize and then start to decline, so we should have plenty of food for everyone.

Unless, of course, the Earth starts drastically cooling. Then there might be problems feeding everyone. Perhaps that is what scientist Magnus Söderlund is anticipating.

If Earth’s climate stays reasonably warm, humans will be able to feed themselves without resorting to drastic measures.

The Socialists here got rid of the food reserve several decades ago. Is it a coincident that canned food can’t be stored as long as it used to be? Doubt it. However, it is no coincidence that both the Swedish military and civil defense have been successively dismantled and now not much left. The Socialists are behind most of major reforms, no surprise …

O.T. Did anyone notice that the Swedish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Margot Wallström, finally had to step down? They might be celebrating in Israel right now … Her greatest merit as a minister was the #8 pos. on the Simon Wiesenthal top ten list of anti-semitic/ anti-Israel activity 2016.

Oh. The original article was about synthetically manufactured animal meat, which is apparently now a reality. I guess that concept isn’t edgy enough for a total nihilist.

A product for a practice which is technically cannibalism (i.e. consumption of human flesh). This covers similar ground as the current practice of selective and recycled-child under reproductive rites (“planned parenthood”), except selective-child deals in aborted human lives rather than synthesized clumps of human cells. The reality is worse than the fiction.

Even if the idea of cannibalism wasn’t absolutely abhorrent, haven’t these people ever heard of prion disease?

Neo-cannibalism not only promoted by a Swedish professor but also Swedish state television:

SVT aired on September 3 a TV show called “Ask Lund” where distinguished academics and professors answer scientific questions. The question of cannibalism was brought up, and a reporter asked people on the street what part of the body they would prefer to eat if they had to…later they discussed details about human flesh.

Bizarre!

Groupthink is a powerful force. It causes people to do really stupid things sometimes.

Interesting. A high profile Catholic makes some questionable comments on climate change and the usual suspects go completely overboard with their comments about religion, especially the Catholic Church. But when a high profile atheist makes some weird comments the words ‘atheist’ or ‘atheism’ are (so far) completely absent.

Human meat has a sweet taste. It’s sometimes called “long pig” on the menu in places like Fiji.

There are moments when I think I have seen the deepest ends of human depravity and then something comes and shatters it. Of course, this is not new. And it’s not the worst we have seen. There are individuals out there that so sick, it defies even the most imaginative of minds. But that a movement – as massive as the current climate scare is – goes down to propose this sick crap busts a cap with me. But no – we had crap like this already right here where I live. The Nazis did not eat human flesh (at least not that I am aware off) but they reused human products such as hair harvested from the millions they murdered. The Climate Fanatics and the Nazi butchers seem to have more in common than meets the eye. Beware …

Human meat is not solution. Its just Illuminati asshole system new step towards Hell. like drugs and euthanasy and so on they want murder ppl for get more space. They dont care climate they care just their power and ideology. all cow fart ideas are crazy and real climate solutions dont sre that like. lies lies and lies. believe more sheeps!

This idea would allow Sweden to kill two birds with one stone, as it were. Sweden has a migrant crime problem, Sweden is worried about climate crisis and believes eating the dead will solve it. So kill all the migrants and eat them, problem solved. There may be some question as to whether the meat is Halal, but not for too long.
