Think Tank will be in Salt Lake City Next Week with Live Rebuttal to United Nations ‘Civil Society’ Sustainability Conference

The Heartland Institute, the world’s leading think tank promoting climate realism and free-market solutions to environmental challenges, will livestream a program on August 26 from Salt Lake City, site of the United Nations Civil Society Conference. Heartland’s rebuttal will show how the collectivist climate and sustainability programs promoted by the U.N. would cause more harm than good, especially for the world’s poorest.
This year’s U.N. Civil Society Conference, which takes place August 26 – 28, will focus on sustainability and climate change. The Heartland Institute rebuttal will begin at 9 a.m. Mountain Time and end at 1 p.m. Mountain Time (11 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET) on Monday, August 26.

The livestream can be viewed here.

U.N. climate solutions are far more like forced global governance than true solutions. And they don’t even appear to be trying to hide it anymore. They’re growing more emboldened by the day so it won’t be long before you see Enforcement Trucks everywhere with large UNs painted on their sides in a neighborhood near you.

Enforcement Trucks everywhere with large UNs painted on their sides in a neighborhood near you.
But their paint color is Baby Blue to signify that when it comes to actual enforcement they are woosie cowards.

Yup. I think Barney Fife was issued more ammo than the blue helmets get.

“BUILDING INCLUSIVE AND SUSTAINABLE CITIES AND COMMUNITIES”
Translation: “Forcing Expensive Greenie “Solutions” (to a non-problem) down your throat without you even realizing it, along with a heaping helping of PoliticallyCorrectSpeak.” Who needs democracy anyway?

There was absolutely no media coverage of the rebuttal. Meanwhile the alarmists/UN conference got heavy coverage by breathless reporters.
