Guardian Hails Chinese Economic Problems as "Peak Coal"

Kangbashi, a subdivision of the Chinese city of Ordos, Inner Mongolia: a city newly built in the middle of no where is a ghost city which can accommodate up to a million people is completely empty with empty shopping malls, roads, parks, etc.

The Guardian is celebrating that according to official figures, Chinese coal consumption fell in 2014. But is this fall in consumption structural, or is it simply a symptom of China’s growing economic problems?
