When you tell a basic lie like you won a Nobel when in fact you no more right to it than a administrator that filed some documents for the IPCC. There was a fellow in Hayward, CA who used to do murals like this, and paintings of people either on the outside of buildings, or inside (as in the Butterick/Qume building). Sometimes it was really startling. Sort of like the more talented screevers (sidewalk artists)…
