Josh thinks climate science is BEST left to rough and tumble experts. The next installment may best this one.

I really shouldn’t drink tea while reading WUWT on Monday. OK, all you Peppers, cry foul the dastardly Ad Hominem! Between Donna and Judith this week, we all can breathe a bit easier as the foundations erode from the house of straw.

Was pleased to see that Lubos Motl had found a far less ‘aggressive’ looking pic of Ms Curry for his blog yesterday, than that used in the ‘Mail on Sunday’ article.

Now THAT’S walking the talk.

From Dr. Curry’s blog, it appears to me that she is pulling her punches.
Is this a boxing match or a Pro-Wrestling match between team members? Skepticism always.

Is that co2 leaking out of the balloon? If it is this is more offensive than Cain’s smoking ad.

Great one, I saw it on Curry’s page!!
In the same spirit, please enjoy this comic book, “Zombie Preparedness” from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) this Halloween!

I was a critic of this project at first, but it really came out very well! We need a “Climate Change Preparedness Kit” next…..one bottle of fine scotch etc.

I was surprised though that Yahoo and AOL both had lead stories today about the “skeptic” Muller finding out he was wrong, catastrophic AWG is real, and no mention of Curry’s comments.
Actually, I’m not.

Richard Muller seems to be a plug and play physicist. He does seem to spin anything as is convenient to support the establishment story as is shown by this quote from a recent debate in which he engaged.
“Dr. Richard Muller appeared to dismiss the concept of building foundations, stating that buildings “are made lightweight on purpose, so that you don’t have to have a large structure at the bottom to hold it up”

Saw this on Dr. Curry’s blog. Unlike some scientists, she appears to have a great sense of humor.

Here is a quote that should be funny, if it wasn’t for the fact that people believe this trash….

“Snowtober” occurred during a year in which the U.S. has already suffered a record number of billion dollar weather disasters, including Irene; spring flooding along the Mississippi River, and the ongoing Texas drought. Scientific evidence continues to mount that certain types of extreme weather events, including heavy precipitation events (both heavy rain and snow) are becoming more common and severe due to global warming.

Read about it here at the Washington Post:

So, Muller wanted to do to Curry what he’s done to Watts –
but he tried to kiss her first?

NICE! Very good Josh!

No, CO2 is heavier than air–they’d have to tape the balloon to some backboard to keep it up there. I believe it’s simply an indication that their pseudo-elevated canard* is having difficulty “staying up” and Josh recognizes this.

I’ve concluded that deep down, Muller is so superficial he can’t remember his own previous opinions and positions. Tight focus on today’s glittering bauble idea.

P.S.
Boxing gloves are used to REDUCE the damage from punches. Bareknuckle boxing is far more brutal.
