Anthony I am very impressed with your site and read it advidly along with Steve M's climateaudit. After seeing some of the conditions that the weather stations are in I begin to understand how the agw alarmists made so much head way early on in the debate. The only problem is that now there is such a large advantage with the liberal media that has to be overcome. Keep up the good work and I have also made my house more energy efficient.

Great job

Naturally. The basic shape of the graph is probably quite accurate.

Now, all ya gotta do is push it down by a couple-plus tenths of a degree on the left end and add a couple of tenths due to exurban creep microsite violation, and presto. There you have it. 0.6C warming.

I know, they're BOTH listed.

I'm just going off the listings on the chart.

The site survey has it listed as the power plant, (City Public Works Yard).

Does this mean that this is where they park all their big trucks, snowplows, etc?

Still, for a couple of locations in the middle of Utah, with a 20 mi difference, there is a drastic temp difference. Can't be alt difference.

There are some common points, though - they both had a big spike in '34.

Hi Jerry,

You can see what has yet to be covered in MD and VA here:

Maryland (quite a few left) http://gallery.surfacestations.org/main.php?g2_itemId=143

Virginia (also quite a few left) http://gallery.surfacestations.org/main.php?g2_itemId=255

Any help you can muster with these would be greatly appreciated. You can register as a surveyor at www.surfacestations.org and I'll contact you with details.

Thanks for your consideration!

If you really want to see something different, compare the "annual mean of monthly temps" from Panguitch, UT to that of Parowan Power Plant, UT (according to google maps, about 20 mi to the west).

How would the AGW people explain THIS difference...

Where did they move it to, and what does the new record look like?

Would be interested to see if the new location's starting temps are the same as the old location's stopping temps...

More exhaustive concrete evidence of global warming.

About these-here CRN ratings, Rev.

Assuming no car exhaust (but why?), we'd have to rate this one a three. But it looks more like a THREE to me!
